All of this action just served to confuse Terri. Fire in a forest? Guys appearing out of nowhere?
Terri looked at Yuki. "So your going to let that rude jackass ruin it?" She had never felt so close to someone, so safe. He was warm like a nice blanket. "That's not fare."

Yuki kicked some dirt with his foot and said, "I-I'm sorry, Terri... I didn't... I'm sorry..."
Yuki's pride was hurt worse off, but right now he had to turn all attention on Terri.
Yuki closed his eyes and said, "Terri... I... I'm sorry I didn't just walk away... But he tried killing me... You... Us... I dunno who he was pointed at. Seemed like me, but you were infront of me so... I dunno... I'm sorry..."
Yuki was truely sorry. What to do? Gah. Damn it. He'd kill that guy for sure!

"No that's not what I meant." Terri stood up and faced Yuki. "It would suck if you acted like a coward and walked away." Another rule that she had learned in the mosh. "I just didn't want to loose that moment and then it looked like he was going to try to kill you. What was that about any way? Does that guy just get off on ruining tender moments or something." She dropped the dagger in her boot again, grateful that she hadn't needed to pull the trigger.

Yuki said dazed, "O-Oh. Okay."
Yuki smiled stupidly and said mysteriously (and squeeky), "So... Where were we at?"
Yuki saw her put the dagger in her boot and stared at it.

Terri caught his stare, "What is there a problem with my boot?" Shhe looked down and realized that he was staring at the dagger, "Don't worry about that it was a....gift from a friend. Didn't think I was completely defenseless did you?" In truth she sort of was, at times her only hope was whatever she could remember to weave into her glove or any other articles of clothing.

Yuki was trying to avoid her eyes, since he was red hot with embarassment.
"Er... Uh... N-No... I just... Uh..."
Yuki was about to faint from embarassment. Oh god. Why here? Why now?
Inner Yuki was crying his head off. Damnit.

Terri couldn't help but giggle. She thought that Yuki's embarrassment was cute. "No need for embarrassment you have no need for it."

Yuki looked up at her, his hand on the back of his head, as he stammered, "W-Who said anything about embarrassment?"
About to die here. About to faint.
Oh god. He had to tell her something before he fainted and fell out of the tree.

Terri braced herself on the tree and grabbed Yuki, something was wrong. "What's wrong?" this was starting to frighten terri she had no idea what to do.

Skimmerish he said, "O-Oh nothing... Nothing at all... I'm just uh... Uh... Afraid of heights?"
Yuki wrapped his hands around the tree, hoping to god he didn't faint and fall. That would leave a bruise.
"W-W-Would yo-" Oh he couldn't do this. Yuki's face was beet red, as his hair fell over his face.

Afraid of heights! Terri knew of only one thing to do. She held on to Yuki with one arm and started to look through her journal with the other. She found the spell quick enough and reached out with her mind into his clothing weaving the spell. It seemed to take an eternity but happened in an instant. She pulled the trigger almost as soon as it was weaved and the two of them were on the solid ground. She wasn't willing to let him get hurt.

A silent ringing started in his ears as he hoped to god he didn't have to continue on. May she'd get it. Yes. She probably would.

Terri smiled. She had never been approached so timidly. "You want to go out?" Yuki seemed to be having trouble spitting it out so she tried to help him out a bit with it. He had been acting strange since he had found out that she didn't have a boy friend and things started to make sense.
