Hearing Reina's words, something within Vincent would seem to spark. He could no longer hold back what he was feeling, all he could picture was Reina, her lovely black hair and that warm, soothing smile. Slowly pulling away from her, Vincent placed his hands on her shoulders and leaned in slowly, "And I will be there for you. No matter how far apart we are or the situation, I will always be there." Before he knew it, Vincent had leaned so close that his and Reina's lips were inches apart and then, without hesitation, Vincent would give in to his feelings and kiss Reina, gently placing his lips against hers. He did not care if Charl was there, he was in a world of his own.

As Reina pulled back, Vincent would as well. He would have an somewhat idiotic look on his face. Anyone could tell that this was his first kiss. Vincent then let out a small laugh, as he heard Reina, "Yes, a rather long and twisting roller-coaster, to say the least." Vincent placed his hand on top of hers, "Though I wouldn't mind it, as long as I can be with you." he told her.

Watching Reina's fingers join together with his, Vincent smiled. "Dating?" he asked. "Well, I would like to think so, but if you aren't comfortable with it, I'd understand." Vincent would then move her hand up to his lips and kiss it. "I will remember this day for the rest of my life."

Charl continued eating quietly. Though she looked focused on the food, Charl was listening to Vincent and Reina still. She smiled slightly as she saw that the two were becoming much closer before she went back to finishing the third box of pocky she was on. She stood up then and shuffled on over to Vincent "Should I go tell Mirai that the fight is off?" she asked, she was a little shy in asking though since she didn't know how Vincent would react. She preferred seeing him like this than how he was before Reina got there.
Hearing Reina, Vincent would let out a small laugh, "Don't worry, I can handle anything that you may wish to throw my way." he told her before focusing on Charl, who had just asked if she should inform Mirai that the fight was off. Admittedly, Vincent had forgotten about the fight, though there was still a part of him that wished to face her, he now finds himself wanting to make Reina happy and if that meant calling off the fight, then so be it. Glancing at Charl, Vincent shook his head, "No, when she arrives, I will inform her myself. We have not seen each other in so long. I think that it is about time for us to meet face to face and talk." he stated. "Besides, she must be in grief over brother's death as well as that of her partner. Though, I can't say that I feel the same about her partner." At this time, Vincent was unaware that the only one of them that died on the airship, was Atticus, not Texas.
Charl blinked up at Vincent before nodding "Oki doki!" she replied. She paused as Vincent brought up Mirai's partner "U-Uh. Her partner is alive actually... He almost died though but when I went to her realm, Mirai told me he was okay." she said. "But yes! Good idea since she should be coming to mourn for Atty," Charl stated before sitting down.
Upon hearing the news that Mirai's partner was still alive, Vincent grew quiet. "So, he is still alive?" he asked. Lowering his head, a calm yet heavy aura would emanate from the boy. It was clear, that despite his calm appearance, Vincent was clearly upset, but due to Reina being in such close proximity, he did not want to risk losing control. "So, she has been with him this entire time? Instead being here with me and mother, she chose...him? Even after all the trouble she caused us, even after Atticus' death?" Charl had made one fatal mistake by informing Vincent of this. "I see. I guess now I know what it is that must be done." With that said, Vincent would let go of Reina's hand and stand up. He then began to walk off towards the house, stopping inches from the door to look back at Reina. His eyes had become so cold in just such a short amount of time. Reina could tell that Vincent was not the same anymore, "Reina, please see yourself home." he advised.
Charl gave a worried look and quickly shuffled along to try and keep up. She began jumping up and down as Vincent walked to get his attention "No! You should have seen them! Mirai could barely even move when I visited let alone create a portal and come here! Don't take it the wrong way, Vin!" she tried to explain.
Looking down at Charl, Vincent eyes went from cold and emotionless to pure hatred and rage, "Then tell me, how did she manage to go back to her own realm?" he asked. "If she was so weak, wouldn't it had made more sense for her to be left on that airship? Or even better, couldn't she have just called out to mother or another one of you dolls?" Vincent looked away then, "She chose him over us. That is all there is to it."

The smile that felt like an eternity of happiness vanished and was replaced by infinite worry. Reina's emotions and reason entered a battlefield as she fought to decide what to do. Would following him only make it worse? She didn't know anymore. Sighing heavily, Reina packed the snacks up and the plush, and walking towards the house, she left them at the front. She would have to settle with only being able to keep him in her prayers. Reina knew that things would just have to work themselves out.

Charl "I am sure that isn't... Wait!" she saw Reina take her leave then and quickly looked back and forth between the two. She whimpered then and quickly followed after Vincent. "Vin! Please don't do this. I am sorry. Don't be angry. I don't like it. I like it when you are happy. Like when you were little and we played together," Charl rambled as she continued to run over towards Vincent. She suddenly fell over and landed flat on her face then. After a moment or two, Charl managed to lift her head up and she sniffled. Strangely enough small little tears were coming from her eyes as she laid there, a few small whimpers came from her as she stared at the grass.
