I wouldn't put in too much time trying to figure out the mauthedoog thing if it's too tricky to get it not to glitch. I'm more than fine with Lyre just being a thief with a custom Fang/Claw blade or something; she could be a myrmidon, even. Besides, the other laguz are being thieves and heroes or somethin' too, right? ...I downloaded Pixen, so i can modify stuff now... I don't know how to know if colors are all right though, I'm just sort of messing around at the moment. sweatdrop

Rei: I DID essentially copy the code from FE8. It didn't work, and fixing the problem would likely be out of my area of expertise.
Lyre: We may have to go with that. I think Janaff was going to be a thief too, and Tibarn a hero. Vika is probably going to be some sort of magic type, either light or dark. I'm leaning towards light; we have a shaman Lord and there are enough anima magics in this game and no light magics.

Thanks. It was inspired by something Madriana said (but for the life of me I can't remember what or where) and I've been tossing it around since, wanting to use it for something.

So I've been plotting things out and wondering... do you want me to type up something in say, playwrights format and pm you chapters or something? It'd also be helpful to know how many characters per chapter... Since this is based off of FE7, do you want me to write up a way to include everyone by having them come in and join or be recruited at different points, say the first chapter starts off with Rei (being the lord character) meeting up with 4 others? And next 2 others join, and then next 2 others with recruitment ability on 1 more?
