I think I remember that it was, accurate...I just don't remember the specifics and categories and I just said in the dreams thread I would go calm down before more posting, but wheeeeeeeeeeee not happening!! Omg seriously emotionally charged this is AWFUL!!!!!! AWFULLY FUN BUT AWFUL!!!
Oh me and my friends get along great. They are just really cruel people, I mean I love them to death but they are. All of the people who've given me that (save one - and she gave me her line out of anger I assume - the manipulative thing, wasn't far off except with the whole motivation behind everything, but not the point) are from my HS band clique. Somehow we've mostly still managed to say a clique, we've gone our separate ways, split into pods, have stronger friendships outside the circle of soul-suck. Still though, I'm glad to still have them. They are amazing, SCARY people. I swear they've chased several people into therapy. So I can't take it personally, it's not them ganging up on me, it's just how the voices are. And by the voices I imply a they, but I should say we. I have my faults too, but I'm a little less arrogant (or rather, a little more self-depreciating which conflicts with arrogance), and a little more self-aware and observant. The rest of the voices (versus the passives, we had way more voices than a clique usually has, about half were voices - I think this is why we have so much drama and GRR factor going on even to this day) aren't as much, so it's not that they have more of a harmful intent, they just aren't as aware of the effect of their actions on others - well on friends. They take for granted that I don't care, I unfortunately do, but I was never able to tell them. It's why I'm less with them now, sad but necessary.
Oh wow, that paragraph was serious! And thus has calmed me down a lot. Nice! Although that was long, and boring, oops, haha, sorry!!!

Russian Roulette is not the same without a gun...but since we're dubbed by 4kids we must make do without one.
HAHAHAHAHA, omg, haven't watched the Brooklyn Rage video (uploaded today I think actually), WATCH IT!! I love the beginning!!!

W-wow, you really were hyped up. XD;; Anyway, it was a good test; lots of different potential results. And don't worry, it wasn't a boring read. XD It's interesting learning about other people and their friends and pasts and such. I was never a band member myself, always the art student instead, but I was friends with a couple of them, and I knew quite a few more and... well, you're right, they're very interesting, very out-spoken people often enough. Can't say it was my type of clique, but I understand where you're coming from via the band people I did know. It's good to know you are still able to stay friends with people who say those kinds of things though, and understand that their intentions weren't necessarily bad. And yes, I saw the Brooklyn Rage video. XD I was so excited to have an entire tribute singing video by my favorite character. <3 (okay, so I guess Tristan is really my favorite in the Abridged Series, but Joey is based on Jounouchi and Abridged Joey is based on Joey, so he's still my favorite character in his own way!) The beginning of the video was my favorite part as well. XD

I really was, and today I'm like the opposite, I think I'm getting sick!! I'm also suffering from that extra X chromosome as of this morning ~_~. Combined those aren't joyous at all, I usually excerise to combat cramps and stuff, I can't excerise when I'm ill so it's kind of prioritizing which pain needs to be addressed more. Also I was suppose to go to a party tonight (not going) and the homecoming game for my old HS (still gunna try to go, I only went once since graduating, the year after I graduated - but this is their 50th and a lot of my old alumni friends are gettin together so I'm going to try and suck it up and not puke on the new bleachers).
Ah I wish I had artistic talent, besides writing, one of my fellow flutes and still current best friend (she was a passive, minimal drama and very sweet) was a really good artist - she's a graphic design major now, but yea senior year was nuts for her. She had AP American Political Systems, AP English, AP Calc, AP Bio and AP Art - 5 AP classes of crazy!!! Plus 2 band periods, she had no lunch. She had no lunch the year because of jazz band too (she dropped senior year to do AP Art). Yea my friends are psychotic, I'm a little psychotic too so it's ok.
Haha, I will pay you any amount of money to not sing, that was cute! Ahh I need to watch the anime, I keep forgetting how pretty Kaiba's eyes are. Also while I was there I finally watched the manga abridged videos, OMG ******** HILARIOUS!!! Dude, ugh, the hand thing - so true! A knife?! Haha, that was great. Aww man, so happy. There should be more!

I know, I totally don't understand this being on topic thing... XD But anyway, that sucks you're getting sick JK. D: My mom's sick right now, and my dad might be getting sick too, so now I'm all paranoid about getting sick as well. XP Good luck with your reunion. That's how a lot of high school was for me, except we didn't have very many AP courses. There was only regular Art, and same with most classes. Only the really core ones had AP, but a lot of them weren't even considered AP... like some were Honors, some were AIMs... they were all considered advanced classes, but had different labels, different benefits, and different means of getting in. It was confusing, and really only included English, History, Science, and Math. Silly Joey really could've gotten a lot of money out of that one. XD And yes, the sausage hands are going to get us all!

I either magically avoided getting sick - if so super huzzah to airborne of which I only took 1 - or the illness was really related to my womanlyness - which would suck and it had better not happen again. I've never had illness accompany that in the past, I know some people do but I have never been one of those so that would be very annoying.
Yea, the upside to going to a 4000+ person school, they offered a lot of AP courses. All the English/History/Math/Science ones for the most part as well as some other misc like certain foreign languages and art and such. Although our foreign language options weren't really as extensive as such a large school should have had. Sure we had Tagalog, and I had college friends jealous that we had ASL - however these were my Classics friends (from my Attic Greek and New Testament Greek classes), so I was pretty jealous they had Latin - since most of them went to private school. Ahh how I would have killed to have had an introduction to Classics pre-college, that really might have changed my entire major. Well, I probably would have done English in addition, rather than discovering Classics at the end of my undergrad and not having the time to add it on as a double (not without staying longer, though had I known the economy was about to hit fail mode I might have done it). I hate considering things that would change my life, because I attribute a lot of who I am today to the people I've met along the way and the experiences I've had - things that would have changed if circumstances changed. I can't help but wonder though, "what if," I mean geez the Classics (especially Greek!) are AMAZING!
*flees from the creepy sausage hands*...btw, totally forgot Jou looked that creepy in the manga originally. I think I surpressed that for some reason rofl .

I think I'm magically avoiding getting sick too! I'm so relieved! Dang, that's a big school. o.o But man, at least you had options for languages. All we had was Spanish (the 'proper' kind, so it wouldn't help much in communicating in Arizona, where everyone speaks Mexican Spanish), French, and German. That was it. I really wanted Japanese, or at least Korean! D: But yes, it is strange thinking of 'what if' situations like that... but the point is, they didn't happen, and we can't change that, so I guess there's no point in dreading on it too much. Awww, I always liked how Jounouchi, Yuugi, and Anzu looked in the early manga. XD Jounouchi's hair was cute. Honda and Kaiba were pretty creepy-looking though...

I think I woulda been more inclined to take Spanish had it been the "proper kind"...don't get me wrong, a lot of my HS friends are Mexican and it'd be nice to be able to eavesdrop on them when they are on the phone with family (Muwhaha - sorry, I get curious) or just playing the exclusive a*****e game. I just find "proper" Spanish to sound nicer, and I have a higher interest in Europe than anywhere south of our states, so that would be more useful to what I'd want - it'd also be in better conjunction with French and Italian (a language I want to improve and a language I'd like to learn - just because it would open a whole new world to me being an opera fan).
I dunno other than Tagalog how well represented our Asian languages were, although rumor has it we had Farsi or something? That'd be surprising. My friend who took Mandarin took it elsewhere (she's Taiwanese though and had been taking it elsewhere since she was a little kid, equivalently she was around 6th grade level when we were in 8th or 9th I think). My friend who took Japanese also took it elsewhere (and transferred the credits in). I guess that's at least a good option, you could take virtually whatever else you wanted elsewhere if that's what you wanted to do and transfer it in. And being the bay area there is no shortage of options around, if you want to put in that time and effort to get it done on the outside.
Yea I won't get upset about it, and it's fun to think on, I just think that if ever given a choice at one of my what ifs I'd refuse almost every time.
Honda was WAY creepy looking. Ugh I still don't want to think about that. And yea Jou was creepy but he was creepy in a cute way, so I don't totally mind that except I really like how he looks later so yea, in comparision I'm like "nooooooooo," hehe. I apparently keep ignoring Anzu and Yuugi doesn't look too different to me, save for creepy hands and some even creepier facial expressions.

Well that does make sense in your case, but for most people in Arizona and California, it just makes more sense to take Mexican Spanish, so it was strange that they didn't offer that. XD But man, that's such an enormous amount of options! It was possible to transfer credit for high school, but it was extremely tedious and difficult to pull off, and there weren't many choices outside the school either... so I went with German. I kind of miss the old manga style actually, because it was just... so unique, and kind of elegant in its own strange way, you know? It had real potential as a personal art style, but then instead of maturing it just kind of... changed into the YUU*GI*OU we know today. And I mean, I do like the style to an extent, but some of it is just too cartoonish... like the eyes are way too big, even on characters that are supposed to have small eyes (like Kaiba), and their legs are often drawn skinnier than their arms! It works for the anime well enough, but the manga just had so much more potential in art style, so it was a disappointment to see it turn into pretty much the same style as the anime, except without as much finesse. I do like how he started drawing coats and tight pants though. XD And Jounouchi's added poof is total win.

Well, it probably seems truer to form and the academic world to teach European Spanish. Also there is probably a bit of discomfiture with the stereotypes surrounding the education level of a lot of Hispanics, so it probably IS a bit of a discriminatory/prejudicial act in choosing to not recognize the language differences and utilize the one more geographically convenient. Also, when we were in HS, Bush was president.
Yea, the options are nice, that's one of the nice things about the bay area - it's so culturally diverse. Which is why you have all these options. I mean I probably went to one of the most diverse HS in the country. There is good and bad within that of course, but the good I think far outweighs the bad.
Yea I really like the art style for the anime, but I can see your argument for the manga. And yes, as much as I love to insult it, A lot of the love I have for YGO comes from those stunning coifs ^_~.

Yeah, makes sense... still though. XP I think I'd definitely prefer to live in a more culturally diverse area, but I'm just so used to where I grew up, ya know? It would be tough to move. Heehee, yay gravity-defying coats. <3

I'm certain it would be tough - it's what I'm gearing myself up for though, wanting to move halfway across the world. I like the diversity, but parts of my school district are definitely low income and have all the violence and criminal issues that are inherent to those areas. So I'd have liked to have had more of a secure, higher class community - but, I still am also comfortable where I am.
