Rio smiled and kept playing with his toys. Hehe... I'll get in more trouble once he finds out it wasn't really Kai after he has punished him. Kai was cleaning the kitchen. He noticed his twin was gone and said, "I have a bad feeling he is gonna do something stupid..."

Malcom already knew Rio had done it and had no intention of hurting Kai. But since Rio wasn't going to say anything he figured to have some fun with. He walked into the kitchen. "Kai,how good are you acting skills?"

"Your brother deleted my reports but doesn't seem to want confess to it. So we are going have some fun with him. I need to you to cry and pretty much act like you scared out your mind. Beg,cry,scream whatver comes to your mind." He smiled. " I want Rio to think I'm punishing you. Got it?"

Kai liked the idea, instantly tears came to his eyes and he looked at Malcom fearfully. B-B-But Malcom... I didn't do anything wrong..." he backed against the wall, making sure that he was far from Malcom and sniffled as tears ran down his face.

Malcom shook his head. "It will do you no use to lie Kai. I already know you did it." He walked closer to Kai. "i hate to punish you Kai,but rules are rules and you broke them." Malcom grabed Kai by the arm and started for the attic.

Kai screamed in fake pain when Malcom pulled him to the attic. He sniffled and cried loudly, trying to "pull" away from Malcom. "B-But I swear I didn't do it Malcom! Please let me go!" he begged, his voice faultering from his tears. Rio heard the crying and looked out of his room. He smiled lightly shut the door back. "Hehe~ He really is gonna punish him... nothing to worry about. He really cares about Kai, so he won't hurt him too much." he smiled and went back to his toys.

Malcom closed the attic door behind them. "Keep up the acting Kai. You are doing great. I never wanted you to see this room." He went to the small dresser in the room and pulled out a small tape recorder. "This will play the sounds of a whip. Try to keep your screams in time with it and keep it real. If this does work I have a plan B."
He pressed the button.

Kai smiled and nodded. When the first whip sound came, he screamed in false pain. He leaned against the wall and started crying. "I-I didn't do it... P-Please stop Malcom..." he cried and when the second whip sound came he screamed even louder. He cried more and begged, "P-Please... Sto-" he screamed in sync with the next whip sound, almost as if though he knew it was coming. In his room, Rio heard Kai screaming, and jumped up. He went to the attic and kicked the door opened. "What the ******** are you doing Moron?!" Kai smiled lightly at his twin.

Malcom turned off the tape recorder. "Catching you in a lie Rio. I already knew you earsed my files but since you didn't confess i decided to have some fun." He petted Kai's head. "You honest think I would whip Kai? I already know he doesn't like being hurt or being punished. Thank you for your help Kai,you may go and please close the door when you do."

Kai smiled and kissed Malcom's cheek and ran out of the room happily, shutting the door behind him. Rio glared at Malcom and shouted angrily, "That was low! Especially for you! Using Kai for something like that?! What the hell?!"

"I didn't force Kai to help,Rio but we can talk about that later." Malcom slowy crossed the room closing the distance between him and Rio. "Whats low that you were going to let your brother take your punishment and I will not stand for that." Malcom picked Rio up and chained him to a wall. "I was going to go easy on you but I changed my mind." He went to the many whips on wall. "Tell me Rio do you know what a nine tails is?"

Kai went to their room and started picking up Rio toys that he had left on the ground. Then he grabbed one of his stuffed animals and hugged it happily. Rio tugged against the chains smiling and said, "No clue... What is it master?" he laughed lightly and thought, Didn't think getting punished would be this easy~

"A nine tail is whip with nine lashs. These lashs are cover with small shards of glass." Malcom took the whip from the wall. "It is beyond painful. Most people pass out from it." Malcom walked over slowy. "i hate ruin the new cloths I got you but I'll but you new ones when its over."
He raised the whip and brought it down on Rio's chest.

Rio screamed in pain when the whip came into contact with his skin. He tugged madly at the chains.
