Lena nervously continued to follow the group towards their destination. Looking around, she confirmed they had arrived in Hogsmead and heard Professor Kaydot say they were headed to the Quill Shop. Lena suddenly realised something. Wha-? She thought. They were already in Hogsmead? Just ten seconds ago they were descending the front steps of the castle! How could they already be in Hogsmead? Why is it when you need more time it seems to speed up but when you don’t need time it slows down? She didn’t want to get to Hogsmead; she was terrified of apparating and people would surely laugh at her if they ever found out about her fear of it.

As he walked with the rest of class, Ghaleon couldn't help but find himself continually saying 'destination, determination, deliberation' over and over again to himself. He absolutely refused to allow himself to screw this up.

Cloud looked into Daemon's eyes, and tried to see if he was lying or not. She wanted to do something, if there really was something bothering him...but if he just flat-out wouldn't tell her, she couldn't see anything that she could to about it. She looked at the ground sadly.

Cloud nodded to show her understanding of Professor Kaydot's instruction, and followed him with the rest of the class. She seemed to be generally indifferent to everybody else in the class...most of them were of younger years, and she had never really paid attention to them. Cloud glanced around at the other students now, as if she had never seen them before.

Aludra Yvette... "I'm going to lose a leg, I'm going to lose a leg, I'm going to lose a leg..." A.udra kept saying to herself. Maybe if she could scare herself, she might do a better job at her first Apparation. As long as the Apparation was too far away, she was sure it would be uneventful. But with her luck and skills... she would lose both legs and her tongue. She swallowed deeply as they approached Hogsmeade. ...7th Year Slytherin
