I heard they made an American Red Dwarf.. is this true?

I've been watching Red Dwarf since I was about eight, but it's much funnier now that I can understand all the sexual innuendo.
I'm from Australia and I like other such comedies as Fawlty Towers ("It's got a touch of class about it."

I'm templar, AKA Rhys. I'm from New Zealand, and something of a Red Dwarf nut. Well, just a nut really. I've even got a couple of the books, which are pretty awesome, really. Although nowhere near as good as the series. *sighs* also currently addicited to gaia fishing. So not around as much as I could be.

the last templar I'm templar, AKA Rhys. I'm from New Zealand, and something of a Red Dwarf nut. Well, just a nut really. I've even got a couple of the books, which are pretty awesome, really. Although nowhere near as good as the series. *sighs* also currently addicited to gaia fishing. So not around as much as I could be. Do you have Backwards? I have been after that book for ages but can't seem to find it anywhere, its set right after better than life.

Sum Guy I like the show, but I haven't been able to see it in ages. I've been a large fan of Red Dwarf since the early days of watching it with my grandparents, and hearing the famous 'Smoke me a kipper. I'll be back for breakfast.' for which Ace is renowned (Reknowned?) for.
Also a fan of Only Fools and Horses, Black Adder, "It Ain't Half Hot, Mum!," Faulty Towers, Open All Hours and "Are You Being Served?"
I'm also a fan of the 'Carry On' series of movies. 3nodding
I wanted to join, because, for one...this is the only RD Guild on Gaia. Which surprises me. O_o
Secondly, because it's a privillage to be with such fine Dwarfers. :3
Thirdly, I'm always willing to talk about Red Dwarf, whenever the time is right. And here, I believe the time is always right. Am I correct? biggrin
