"Easy target who still breaths," the girl mumbled back, reaching back into her coat after holstering her left pistol. She withdrew something else and then sliced the air in front of her, letting go of the object. Three throwing knives went straight for Emute, the girl planning on having her pinned up against the wall so she could get a better shot. As soon as the knives were airborne, she had aimed and fired yet again, the gun in her right hand firing off another silver bullet.

'There are times that I love my random clips and there are times that I can never seem to get to the right one,' she thought, withdrawing her left gun again. 'Jade shots next, then obsidian. Hope these work...'

Now, this girl wasn't like normal humans. As a matter of fact, her speed was far greater than someone considered 'normal'. Her eyes narrowed as the smile faded, dodging sword-swings and bullets left and right. She winced slightly as one of the bullets pierced her right arm and a swipe managed to make another cut on her left.

"I wasn't even AIMING for the bird! As a matter of fact, I was trying to not even HIT him!" she shouted. The girl finally dashed backwards, turned around, and then ran up a wall, leaping into the air with a backflip. She took aim with both guns, simultaneously firing. Two jade arrow-like bullets flew out straight at Emute, aiming for the demon's wings.

'Okay, that's it...' the girl thought, attempting to dodge even more bullets and sword-swipes. '...No more Miss Nice Girl!'

She set the pistols to full auto and let all hell loose. Both guns fired, one right after the other, right, left, right, left, jade to obsidian to teflan oak suspension to teflan silver suspension.

And she finally arrived to the two bullets that were gonna cause one heck of a lot of pain to the demon in front of her.

"Eat holy water," she informed, firing the last two bullets in her clip. Holy water hollow point - two bullets shaped like arrows that actually had holy water in the tip. Now looking incredibly beaten up and with narrowed eyes, the girl leapt upwards and onto the rooftops.

"This is why I normally DON'T leave without someone else..." she mumbled to herself. "Now to see if I can get to the hideout without getting KILLED the rest of the way..."

With that said, she dashed off, holstering her guns and running away at an inhuman speed as she leapt into another alleyway.

Cal looked up from were he'd been sitting through all of this, a few blocks down the street in another alleyway.. his fingers were spread and pressed against the ground, his eyes closed. He could figure out what was happening better with touch. he stood quickly, hearing the girl who had attacked Emute. Cal crept soundlessly to the end of the alleyway, waiting for her to get close enough for him to hit her. She had killed Emute's bird... Now she would get both of their wraths... Now, Cal didn't like that bird. At all. But if it wasn't for Em, he would still be wandering... The demon reached into his back pocket, pulling out a pistol.

Cal exhaled through his clenched teeth, glaring in the direction that Emute had ran off into. He fired a shot at a wall for good measure, as if saying that they wouldn't take any crap, then slipped the pistol back into his belt. He turned, jumping upward onto the roof of a building. Super strength comes in handy huh?

Cal turned, feeling the sun before it rose. He closed his eyes blindly, finding a fire escape and running down it, and into an open window. he did so incredibly quickly, the sun was already burning his skin....

Cal glared at the both of them, holding his hand painfully. It had gotten fully exposed to the light...You can believe that that felt really nice...He groaned, holding it tightly..
