A bleeding rose, Scorpion in/on him somewhere, A viper or some kind of venomous serpent either comming out the eye or choking the plush, skull painting/mask, shards of glass sticking out of the plush body(similar to pins and needles),Railroad spike(s) on the body somewhere, Green oozing from eyesockets, half mech body, Broken angel wings, elements sybols or bdy types. Thats all for now. x3

How about like missing limbs??? That would be awesome, for one of the gross outs, like no [plushie's] left arm, just a severed stub with a pool of blood...sweet...
OR better yet, have red cotton falling out, it is a plushie....
Also, when somebody applies for the job, notify them on your decision through a PM...
Like "You applied for this job, and Congrats, you recived the job!" or "We regret to inform you that the job, _____________, that you applied for is not available for you to take for this reason:" Or something, instead of us just wondering if we got it or not...

maybe a splinter in their head or arm and you have a plushies heart falling out how about his stomach? or a plushies head being cut off and sitting next to him( to add onto the post above a littlt whee )

This has probably already been suggested but what about pets? Like a dead rat, dead fish, dead cat, dead rabbit on a leash that could go with the lil zombies? Maybe even switch up the leashes a bit so one could be leather, another chain, one beads, etc. Apologies if it was already suggested.

I think I already saw stuff about roadkill earlier, but I thought I should suggest this: What about black tire tracks across the body? Like it just got run over.
Also (again I apologize if this is a repeat) but maybe a bottle of booze in one hand with dizzy marks over the head?

Make-up for the plushies would be nice.
Like blushing plush, or eye decals like cat's eye make up or mardigras mask make up.
Also maybe more jem like things like for-head jewls and neck studs.
