jace scott KaShash jace scott KaShash "The Wings of a Falcon" by Cynthia Voight (also read her "When She Hollers", that is a verry scarey book surprised )
I also have several Manga series by Clamp, (manga = my paperback-crack)I am a manga addict... "When She Hollers" was a very scary book. Very surreal, almost. yeah... it was written almost like the way a person in that situation would think.. like her thought patterns and such. scary surprised *Shiver* Seriously! I had a hard time following what was going on at the beginning until I figured out why the author was writing like she was. I usually write in my lj like that, but it's not always a story... so I caught on kinda quickly.... That and I've read some books where the first 75 pages the main character (a male) had no name... and lived on an island of guys gonk (ironically my fave book sweatdrop )

Erisad Sarah Kirk Has anyone read Artemis Fowl? My sis says it's good but I am not sure I agree. Oh those books are brilliant I think. Even though they're for children, it's acceptable for older kids too (we have the whole series in our high school library.). Some of the characters are so dumb it's funny. I think you should give them a chance, 3 books in the series and they're delightfully short. 3nodding I tend to read Anna Rice Novel's and in between a childres book ( usually Series of Unfortunte Events ) to kinda balance it out, I'm weird that way i guess. So I'll give Mr. Artemis Fowl a go, might be a nice change of writing style. ^-^

Gemstone I'm addicted to the Harry Potter books, the 4th was my favourite and the 5th was my least-favourite. I would say Jean M. Auel, for 'The Clan of the Cave Bear', but it's sequals were wretched. I liked the Golden Compass, the Subtle Knife, and the Amber Spyglass, by Philip Pullman, but they're the only books of his I've read... I've read all 7 books of the 'Acorna' series, they were great, and were a joint effort by Anne McCaffrey and Elizabeth Ann Scarborough, I think they're pretty good authors. 3nodding I don't read as much as I used to, I work nearly full time and seem to find so many other things I've got to get done, however if I do find a book I want to read (Harry Potter book 6 is due out 10 days after my birthday!) I'll read during every waking moment not already claimed by work and cleaning. xd iv'e read them all and they just get better. the only problem i have with them is that you can't read them out of sequence, it totally messes it up.
