Caius nodded at her words. He knew no one could run the harem and its affairs as efficiently as Aida could. He would bet money she could run the rest of the palace like a well oiled machine if she was asked to, and probably even the guard as well. As it was he was quite sure some palace workers feared her more than he himself, yet doubted anyone would ever want to challenge that authority she held. He glanced back down to her as she spoke again, pushing the thoughts of home aside as he tried to focus more on where they were now. "Indeed. This is more calming than the games we saw earlier, though I do typically enjoy competitions of any sort," he chuckles.

Aida fund herself glancing up at Caius as they walked. Try as she might, she never could quite get a fix on what her God was thinking. Which she supposed was part of why he was a God. After all, if the Gods could be predicted by mere mortals they would seem less...godly. Aida instead fixed on the one bit of information that Caius shared with her. That being his interest in the games. "I apologize my Lord. I did not realize that my disinterest had denied you a bit of entertainment." She replied with a small frown. "I suppose since most of my time and focus is set on business like matters it sometimes escapes my notice that others might find such things interesting. Though..the fish for that one game looked intensely...odd..." Roman had little to say after Taki rebuked him for being playful. He followed her along with little in the way of thoughts to distract him. His tail swept listlessly behind him while side stepping other festival visitors. He sniffed a bit at the food, but gave no comment about anything catching his eye. At least the streets were not loud. The soft relaxed murmur of the evening lights made him feel less tense and awkward. Considering how he had been the one to upset Taki, he decided he wasn't going to ruin the rest of her evening. He would merely follow her and let her enjoy herself.

Taki was still confused and Roman was still following, she turned to him and said "I must be plain about this Roman, you know I am not good with the subtle ways of other women, guessing and playing games of cat and mouse. What do you want??" She blushed and turned away "I am at a lose when you pulled me towards you then let me go, talk of kissing and flirting.. Is this hunt of yours just a joke against a silly human??"

Caius shrugged "If it was that big of a deal I would have gone regardless of your opionions," he said with a smirk. "And those fish were small sharks, unless I miss my guess. Truly curious, however, I wonder if this goddess has the sort if dark humor I do at times or simply didn't know the difference."

"Small...Sharks..." Aida slowly trailed off. "That is quite odd. Perhaps she is a bit...eccentric. Like the Carnival God is supposed to be." Aida placed a hand over her mouth and smiled faintly. "This is the Goddess of Space, and there is that term...what is it.. Space Case? It is supposed to mean one is a little loopy correct? That would make sense with the small sharks?" Roman pulled up short when Taki turned to look back at him. The wolf slowly kilted his head to one side. "Courtship." He finally answered, as if that single word would explain all things. He did though continue, since she had asked him for more clarity. "It is to learn compatibilities. My attitude and yours. My soul and yours. Wolves are not like humans in their...flighty nature to move from mate to mate. Once the bond is set, that is the end of it for me. I must know that you will be a good match to me."

"Nothing wrong with eccentric, although it is hard to tell as of yet. Either way it will be interesting to meet this goddess, but for now such assumptions should be set aside." Caius glanced around the street a little more. "Are their any shops that garner your interest here?" he asks the fairy.

Irene moved along down lantern street, she smiled brightly. She couldn't wait for her chance to host a festival, though she would certainly go beach party rather than Asian festival. This was fun though, she went to one of the food booths to order food, then she went off to the side to eat her food. She now wore a pink kimono with, cherry blooms on it, she smiled considering perhaps sometime in the future she could one day gain more power. For now, she was content as she was, she really needed followers, but she refused to seek and force. Time would bring others, Irene was sure of it.

Pasha strolled down one of the streets. She didn't quite understand the dress code and went in one of her usual outfits to the festival. She found some were dressed up while others were in their street clothes. With that in mind, she figured her choice of dress was fine. Her eyes scanned the crowd for a certain deity. She had saw one or two others who she could have sworn were deities themselves but not quiet the handsome fireball she was set on meeting.

Solaris strolled down the street with a closed eyed smile on his face and radiating happiness. He wore his typical white outfit, but he was wearing a different cloak. It was white hemed with embroidered Suns and bore a stunning abstract sun design. He swished his golden tail and spotted Pasha in the crowd. He grinned playfully and quietly slipped in behind her and placed his hands over her eyes.

I--LiveWire--I Solaris strolled down the street with a closed eyed smile on his face and radiating happiness. Pasha was starting to wonder if he was going to show but, her intuition told her to wait. So waited she did. People continued to pass by, obvious to her presence except for one or two males who stopped to stare for a moment before being dragged along by their dates. She couldn't help but chuckle a bit at such displays, seriously boys, pay attention to your lady! Time continued to pass until she felt something warm behind her. She was about to turn around when suddenly two hands covered her eyes. Instinctively she tensed but the sensation of heat and oddly enough, security, made her relax. "Oh my... I wonder who it could be?" She questioned playfully. She was praying her gut was right and it was Solaris. If not it would be very awkward.

Solaris felt her tense and then relax, his grin remaining on his face as she playfully questioned him. Trying to keep himself form laughing he spoke in a low tone, trying to pretend he was someone else. "I'm bob and I couldn't help but notice your beauty." His little ruse wouldn't have fooled pretty much anyone, mainly because a light chuckle escaped his lips.

Roman lifted a hand and gently patted Taki's back as she hugged him. At her admitted confusion, he quipped. "Courtship is not that confusing. It is ladies that are confusing." He lightly teased. Though he did not push Taki away. he merely let her hold onto him as long as she wished. Sinbari "Nothing wrong with eccentric, although it is hard to tell as of yet. Either way it will be interesting to meet this goddess, but for now such assumptions should be set aside." Caius glanced around the street a little more. "Are their any shops that garner your interest here?" he asks the fairy. Aida's smile remained on her face as she listened to her Lord. He had a good point about assumptions, though it was hard not to let her mind wander down certain paths about this mysterious one. Aida's eyes had begun to drift to another tall and clearly god like being when Caius question prodded her logical mind. "In particular I find no one shop personally intriguing. However, the possibilities presented by the shops do peak my interest." She shared eagerly with Caius. Perhaps a bit too eagerly. Someday she would learn how to leave her work in the harem. "While the style of fashion I find questionable in taste, and I clearly see little use for it protection wise in the desert sands..I have noted that the material and designs are of note. I can think of many uses around the palace for such fabric. On your warriors it would do no good, but on palace servants and the like it would suit for lighter cloth against the heat. In addition the decor seems to hold promise. I rather like the manner of wall hangings I've seen. The thin wooden paintings could provide excellent window shutters to keep out sand but allow through plenty of light. Oh..and I suppose I am warming up a bit to those odd fishes. There might be something calming about the silly little things."

Pasha's ear twitched at hearing the chuckle but decided to play along. "Well... thank you kindly but I'm afraid my sights are set on someone else Bob.." She gracefully ducked, slipping out of his hands and turns to face him. "A certain fiery deity that has the most charming smile." At this point she was smiling warmly at Solaris. There was no denying she was happy the deity did come to the festival after all. Even more so that she got to spend quality time with him. "But it looks like this Bob has left, hm? You must have scared him away." She laughed.

Taki laughed "Wolves are clearly more confusing than females" then she sighed and let him go, she still wasn't sure about matters. Did Roman really like her, was this all a game?? Hell it didn't matter for now, if Taki's heart was to be broken at least she would be living and feeling. Then if Roman did break her heart, she would have knowledge for her next relationship. She then decided to lighten the mood, she went back to Roman, kissed his cheek and said "Tag" then she ran off down the street, looking for a place to hide for a few moments..
