 Korvain smiled at Katie. "Actually, I called in sick early this morning so that I could spend the day with you." He then took her hand "I think a nice, warm shower would do us both well, don't you agree?"

Katie pushed him away and she put distance between them once again. "Alright.." She removed her clothes slowly as she made her way inside the bathroom, tossing them on the floor. Katie went to the shower and turned on the water, warming it up.

Korvain followed Katie into the bathroom, stripping out of his clothes. He then stepped into the shower with her, enjoying the relaxing sensation of the hot water on his body. He gently pulled Katie into his arms, gazing deeply into her eyes. The pain could clearly be seen on his face. "Katie..." he said softly "Why do I get the feeling you're trying to put distance between us?" he then sighed, fighting to hold back tears "Right now, all I want is to be close to you... After all I've been through in my life, I need you."

Katie shrugged off his arms and turned to face him. She suddenly pushed him against the wall and blocked him in with her arms. "Because you insist on pushing your feelings onto me." Katie moved her hands to his throat and smiled as she gently squeezed for a moment. "Haha!" Her smile remained as she leaned up and kissed him, moving her hands to his hair. Katie tangled her fingers into his hair and pulled it a bit as she pressed herself against him even more.
Maybe she had scared him..? Could he accept her unpredictable actions and comply to her wants as well as his own. That's what she wanted.

Korvain was not afraid at all when Katie had pushed him against the wall and squeezed his throat... In fact, he was a little turned on by it. He returned her kiss with passion, gently running his hands up and down her back. "I'm sorry if you feel like I'm pushing my feelings onto you Katie... I guess I'm just a forceful, pushy person by nature... But if it makes you feel any better, you can push back all you want." he then grinned at her. He loved the way she was so spontaneous and unpredictable... It was one of the many wonderful things about her that made her so irresistible to him.

Katie smirked and laughed a bit. "Here, wash yourself." She gave Korvain some soap and started washing her hair. She traded places with him so he could feel the water while she soaped up her body. "Do you think you can get my back for me? The one place I can't reach.." Katie looked over her shoulder and smiled.

Korvain smiled, and began washing himself with soap and warm water... Even something as simple as a shower became a heavenly experience when Katie was around.
"Of course I can, Katie..." said Korvain softly... He then gently washed and rinsed her back. Afterwards, he ran his hands along her back in small circles, massaging her - he hoped that it would take her mind off of everything that was troubling her and help her to feel better.

Katie sighed in content as Korvain washed her back. "Thaaaaanks..." She moved under the water and washed the shampoo from her hair. The smell of apple blossoms filled the shower and she smiled, turning to face Korvain. "Want me to wash yours? It feels good, you know." Katie foamed up a washie and started to rub it gently on his chest.

Korvain inhaled deeply, breathing in the sweet scent of the apple blossom scented shampoo. They say that scent was the strongest sense tied to memory - and he knew that for as long as he lived, whenever he smelled apple blossoms it would make him recall this magical moment in his life.
"Yes, I would love that..." said Korvain softly, turning around so that Katie could wash his back.

Katie began to spread the soap over Korvain's back and she smiled, suddenly feeling the water run cold, she yelped and quickly backed away. "Holy crap.. Well that sucks. Hot water must have ran out." She splashed some water on his back to let the soap slip off easily then got out. Katie got two towels and threw one at Korvain. "Things were so relaxing, too bad." She thought, drying off as she went into her room.

Korvain shuddered and jumped a bit as the cold water hit his back. Sighing, he got out of the shower, shivering as he dried himself off. It didn't surprise him that the hot water had run out - after all, the boilers in this building were almost as old as the school itself, and were not very well maintained. He supposed that he should be grateful that there even was hot water.
"It's all right, that was fun while it lasted..." said Korvain, smiling at Katie as he put his clothes back on. "So, are you feeling any better now?"

Katie pulled on some boy-shorts and put on an over-sized black tank top. "I feel fine. I've also decided on staying put." She got sick of how her hair stuck to her body and wrapped it up in a ponytail like she had before. Katie yawned and went over to her bed, crawling under the blankets and cuddling up with a pillow. "At last.. My bed all to myself." She thought, stretching out and sighing as she closed her eyes. "I could go for some pizza or McDonald's. Eh, whatever. I'm too tired to care." Katie suddenly grabbed her phone from the floor and started texting someone. Her mind was much too awake for her to relax just yet.

Korvain climbed into bed next to Katie, giving her a kiss on the cheek. He then slipped under the blankets with her, cuddling up close to her. He smiled, enjoying the feel of her warmth. "Tell me about your dreams, Katie..." said Korvain softly, putting his arm over her "What do you hope to accomplish with your life?" Whatever her dreams may be, Korvain wanted to help her make them a reality.

Katie moved his arm off her and turned to face him. "I want to become the world's fattest person.. Then I want to roll around on the Great Wall of China, knock over the Leaning Tower of Pisa, roll under the Eiffel Tower and then eat pasta while watching a Colosseum show." She smiled, wondering what he'd say after she told him that. What was she suppose to say? She wanted to try and live through next week hopefully.

Ordinarily, Korvain would be annoyed when someone turned a serious conversation into a joke. However, it didn't bother him at all when Katie did it. In fact, he loved the way she was so unpredictable, and how she could be such a smartass at times. He chuckled a bit, then gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I love you, Katie..." he said softly.
