Skyler shrugged again before helping again with the boar. "Well time to get back to our dragons and back to our homes." She said walking back to the dragons.

Skell nodded. "Yep. And then in a few days, we become chained together by the shackles of marriage forevermore... or until one of us snaps and brutally slaughters the other in a sudden fit of temporary insanity... whichever happens first, really." he noted, the small smirk on his face indicating he was just kidding as he carried the boar.

"Yeah, it might happen if I am in lobar." Skyler said smirking as they walked in to the clearing. Stormburner woke up and growled happily at his rider. "Hey, Storm, had a good nap?" She asked looking for the sack under his wing. She checked it and it was there still full of the boar.

"I don't doubt it," Skell agreed before absentmindedly stepping to one side, bringing the sack with him... And thus dodging Bloodbolt's predicted lunge at the sack of meat, causing the albino Skrill to smash headfirst into a tree instead. Skell grinned slightly. "Sorry 'bout that, buddy, but you should know by now that that doesn't work on me."

Skyler shuck her head at the two before getting the boar sack on to Storm's back. She strapped it down with rope before looking through one of the saddle bags. She took out a fish for Stormburner. Stormburner gratefully ate it before getting ready to fly. Skyler turned to Skell and Bloodbolt, "We'll see ya later. I guess." she said getting up on Storm and taking off.

Skell nodded, smiling faintly. "Maybe we should meet up again sometime tomorrow?" he suggested before she could actually fly off. "After all... er, hang on a sec." He sidestepped again, once again dodging his dragon's lunge for the meat, once again causing Bloodbolt to slam headfirst into an object, this time a large rock. "As I was saying, we're going to er, you know, get married, so we should probably get to know each other better, right?"

Skyler stopped Stormburner from flying. She looked back at Skell, "Oh um, sure. I guess we can hang out tomorrow. I'll come over here tomorrow morning after my duties, ok? I'll bring breakfast!" se said as she took off.

Skell nodded back, smiling slightly even as he mounted Bloodbolt, securing the sack of boar behind him. "Calm down, buddy - I'll make sure you get your fair share once we get back, okay?"Bloodbolt seemed satisfied with that, taking flight toward their home island.

Skyler landed down by her house. Stormburner let Skyler take the boar before taking off to the pool her father built for him. The young woman started on taking a part the boar as she worked on making a stew. As Skyler was doing this, she thought about Skell and the time they spent together today.

Meanwhile, Skell similarly reached home, giving his dragon his promised portion of the large boar. He then started roasting the rest, similarly thinking about Skyler.

Skyler greeted the sun the next morning. She had some smoked boar meat that she had smoking over night for breakfast. The young woman decided to wait for Skell before eating. Stormburner growled happy to see her. The two went to the sea to get the daily fish for both the village and Storm. Once done, Skyler lead her dragon over back to where they were yesterday to meet up with Skell and Bloodbolt. Stormburner chewed happily on his fish as they landed.

Sure enough, Skell and his dragon were there, the young soon-to-be chieftain munching on some well-done boar of his own. He soon finished it and smiled when he saw Skyler. "Heya Sky, how's it going?" he greeted her, a lot more relaxed and casual around her now that he knew she didn't hate his guts.

Skyler got off Stormburner, "I've been good. It's been a good morning for me to be honest. So what should we do today?" she asked him as she sat down on a rock to munch on the smoked boar. Stormburner greeted Bloodbolt.

Bloodbolt greeted the Scauldron back lazily, licking his lips free of some blood. Skell opened his mouth... then paused and closed it, blinking owlishly. "...Honestly? I didn't plan anything beyond 'meet up again and get to know each other better'."
