"Saraphina, my past will haunt me until I know what has happened to her. I cannot move on when there is a possibility that she is still alive out there. Until I know whether she is alive or dead, I shall not move on from my past. There is just no way that it wouldn't haunt me..." Gabriel to Saraphina. She only answer him with a nod as she saw the pain in his eyes.

Than, there was a knock at the door and came in a servant name Danielle. She caught the woman's embarrass expression for catching them holding hands. Saraphina quickly release Gabriel from her grasp so he may receive the letter. She had an idea what the woman was possibly thinking when she walked in on them but, nothing happen. All but friendly talk. Saraphina stood quietly with an emotionless face as Gabriel read the letter. She wondered who had sent it. And what about it was so urgent? Then her questions were answer. When Saraphina saw tears running down his eyes and shared, "It's her. This letter is from her. It has her seal on it..."

Her... The very woman he has been sobbing over has finally return. "Maybe now his torture will end that now his love has returned?" she asked herself within her thoughts. But, she will admit and only to herself that Saraphina could feel a sort of pain within her heart. Why? Even though she felt like this one the inside, on the outside her expression was completely different. Saraphina gave Gabriel a warming smile and watched as he wrote a letter back to send Danielle off with. She then walked to his desk and handed him a tissue, "Here, you don't want to look like a blubbering fool when you see her again." Then turn as she made her way to the door. "Well, I'll be on my way now. Don't try anything that I wouldn't do," she smirked and waved her hand in the air. Closing the door behind her.

Gabriel was still in shock, that the woman he loved had written to him. How it made him so happy yet so angry and sad all in one. His emotions were everywhere. He had to go tell Elvira and Elijah, they would be so happy that she is alive and well. As his thoughts raced he had nearly forgotten that Saraphina was in the room. When she spoke, that was when he looked up at her.

"Here, you don't want to look like a blubbering fool when you see her again..." Handing him a tissue... "Well, I'll be on my way now. Don't try anything that I wouldn't do."

Then she was gone. just like that. He had a feeling that he had upset her. But he didn't have time for that. He needed to go tell his siblings of his own findings. After cleaning himself up from his "blubbering," as Saraphina put it, he left his study and headed down the hallway. Stopping at his sister's room, he stopped and listened. Nope, no Elvira. Gabriel then stopped by his brother's room and listened. Nope, no Elijah or Branwen. So he made his way down the stairs. To his luck, he found his sister standing in front of their mothers painting. He heard Elvira say:

"Mother, what am I to do? I am lost and my heart aches... I wish you were here to tell me what to do..."

"Elvira?

Gabriel called to his sister, he slowly approached her. Once reaching her, he stood next to her and looked up at their mother's painting. That sudden pain of the lost of their mother flooded back to him, but he couldn't let that bother him. He looked to Elvira and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"You look just like her, Elvira."

Gabriel smiled at his sister, she really did look like their mother and acted like her too. Always protecting him and his brother. He loved her for that, even though she goes a little too far with it sometimes. Can't blame her though.

All she could do was look at him with sad eyes. Elvira could see the pain wash over Gabriel as well as they both stood there looking at their mother's painting. Elvira smiled, did she really look like her mother? She really hoped so, her mother was so beautiful and strong. She looked at her brother and really looked at him, her expression changed.

"Gabriel, what's wrong? Have you been crying?"

She placed a protective hand upon her brother's shoulder, she was worried something terrible had happened, or. . . Eve. She must have wrote to him. Oh, she is a trickster alright. Now it was time for her to act like she never saw Eve.

After leaving Gabriel's office did Saraphina walk herself quietly and alone back to her room. Here she'll rest and stay till the time comes to go with Elvira to Nai-rah. Saraphina change out of her clothes for the second time today to wrap herself in a silk soft violet robe. She leans herself against her balcony window, behind the glass as the sun's light shine through and touch her exposing skin. Her hair tied into a messy bun.

Thoughts ran to her sister Helena and brother Asroilu. She missed them. She miss Vi-lon. There she wasn't judge as she is here or felt strange feelings. "Hm, look at me. Acting like a blubbering fool myself," wiping the corner of her eyes. Honestly, why is she so focus on the way she is judge? It never bothered her before. Saraphina use to not care as she is the type to throw a punch and ask questions later. Especailly, when it came to those she cared about. Poor Sara. In denial of her own feelings or doesn't know what she is truly feeling.

Saraphina then turns from her window to put on a red violet tunic and tied her white hair into a messy ponytail. Wrapped mythril corset armor around her waist.

Elijah smirked saying " such a worry wart my love, I will be fine if there are two vampyre who can handle themselves it is me and Gabrial I promise you that" he said looking up and saying "now since it is later in the day shall we grab a bite now and spend some alone time together it has been so long since Gabrials drunken stupor has not made him sleep all day." Elijah loved Branwen more then anything in this world, well almost everything, once they walked Elijah spoke up saying "I hope you don't mind Branwen that ulrik insisted on having a massive wedding for us, when it comes to us siblings or any of his original children he can be....very fatherly" he said, although he called ulrik father it wasn't like he was their biological father but his blood ran through their veigns from when he gathered the great families and shared with them his power. Elijah brought her to the pagoda they loved and a maid came scurrying out and he smiled saying " do not rush dear trust me we are in no rush" as the maid blushed and nodded and he said " I would like several slices of our best pheasant with some mashed potatoes and gravy please" he said looking to his mate and saying " and you love?"

Then he sighed and turned to Elvira, he didn't know how to tell her. Maybe he should have thought about it before darting out of his study like that. He took a deep breath.

"Actually, that is why I am here. A letter came to me. . .and it overwhelmed me with so much emotion, so I . . . Here, read it for yourself."

Gabriel pulled out the letter that Eve had wrote to them. What was Elvira going to do once she hears that her best friend is either in Triali or on her way? Be angry for feeling abandon or be happy that she is alive and well? He hoped happy, for everyone's sake. After she read it, she was silent.

"Elvira?"

Elvira stood there worried for her brother, he was definitely not one to cry. She watched him carefully, he took a deep breath. Then said..

"Actually, that is why I am here. A letter came to me. . .and it overwhelmed me with so much emotion, so I. . .Here, read it for yourself."

Gabriel pulled a a piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to her, it had Eve's seal. She was definitely a little fox, so sneaky. Elvira should have known better, she should have known that Eve would have wrote to Gabriel. He seemed so unbalanced still. Gabriel was fighting a battle between sadness, anger, and happiness all together. He's definitely in a wheel of emotion. . . She took the letter from her brother and proceeded to read it.

'My dearest friends,

I know I have not the right to ask this of you, but I beg of you to please consider my request. My younger sister, Fraeya, is in terrible danger. Word has reached me that her life is to be taken. I fear for her safety and beseech you to find someone who can help her escape our land. She has been unwilling to leave at my behest but I cannot bear to lose yet another member of my beloved family no matter how stubborn she may be. Please. Gabriel. Elvira. Elijah. You three are my closest allies to Ulrik. If you yourselves cannot find someone I beseech thee, ask our dear Original to send for my sister for alas I cannot help her escape myself at this time. There is so much unrest in my lands that it would be unwise and would put her life in greater jeopardy if we were to flee together. I must go now but I will send word once again when I am able. With this letter is one to be delivered to Fraeya if she sent for so that she will know what is happening is true. I shall return for my heart someday, so please keep it safe.

All my love,
Eve'

Elvira read the letter out loud, then went silent once she was finished. "Elvira?" she heard her name. She looked up and saw the Gabriel had become a little worried. "Gabriel, the best thing to do is go to Vil-lon and speak with our dear father. Maybe she will be here by the time you return home. Just don't rush, it seems she has a plan. At least that is what I am gaining from this letter. Don't be irrational, brother." She handed him back the letter, she felt so guilty that she was the first to see Eve and had to keep it a secret. "I'm sure Elijah will be glad to hear the news. Go share it with him as well." She smiled and hugged her brother. Her throat felt as if it had a lump in it. Elvira quickly left her brother standing in the hallway alone, she returned to her quarters. Night was coming soon, she needed to make sure she had everything ready for their trip to Nai-rah tomorrow. . .Nai-rah. . .What will become of us if I go there? Elvira felt worried, angry, sad, and even scared. Her heart felt broken, would seeing Kael break it even more? She sat on her bed and brought her knees to her chest. What now?

Gabriel listened to Elvira as she spoke to him "Don't be irrational," she said. He didn't plan on being irrational anymore, if Eve was really coming back then he needed to get himself together. He took the note from her as she handed it back. Feeling her embrace, he sighed softly. "Alright, be safe on your trip tomorrow, Elvira." Then just like that she was gone. What was going on with her? Was she keeping a secret? Gabriel didn't have time to worry about that now, he made his way through the halls of the castle. He knew he would find Elijah in gardens, surely with Branwen. As he walked through the halls of the castle his thoughts whirled around inside his head. How was going to tell Elijah? Then in no time, he was outside. Gabriel headed into the direction of the garden in search of his brother.

Approaching the couple, he smiled softly. "Good evening, brother. . .Branwen. I apologize for disturbing your dinner. But I have some news to share and Branwen you do not need to leave. You may stay for this." Then he handed Elijah the same letter he gave to Elvira. Once he had finished reading it, he smiled. "She is alive Elijah. I don't know if she's in Triali. But she's alive. After all these years of thinking she was dead. . . She's alive."

Elijah had enjoyed their dinner and was meerly chatting with branwen when gabrial came up to him with a rather excited tone. Elijah took the letter from gabrial and read it over thoroughly several times and handed it back to his brother and said in his usual matter of factly tone "Of course she is alive Gabrial if you stopped partying all night and worked during you know, the morning you would read several reports from our scouts saying there was somethjng going on" he sighed a little frustraded at his brother. "If somebody like her was to die we would have known right away however irregardless of that i heed caution on this matter brother" he said looking his brother in the eyes seriously " i dont loke the timing of this letter brother not with everything that has already transpired" he said in a hushed tone " maybe it is coincidence but i advise you as not your advisor but your brother to tread carefully even with a woman who abandoned you and never said anything to us" he finished.

Although Elijah did not show the same expression of excitement with Gabriel. Elijah spoke of "i heed caution on the matter brother", " I don't like the timing of the letter", and "i advise you not as your advisor but your brother to treat carefully". How would this bit of caution from brother to brother sit with Gabriel. Branwen was curious who they were talking about and wish she had touched the letter. She didn't need to know the content of the letter but a simple touch of the letter would open a different door for her. She gave Gabriel a smile.

"Wine?" she asked standing and offering him a glass in case they would discuss the matter a little further.

Gabriel could not believe what he was hearing, caution? Why would he need to be cautious about Eve. He loved her and she loved him. "Elijah, I cannot believe what I am hearing. Eve would not do anything to hurt us. Maybe there is a reason she needed to leave. I would never hold her down if she wanted to leave." He started to become angry with his brother. How could Elijah think that Eve was any form of danger? That was when Branwen offered him some wine, his expression softened and he smiled at his future sister-in-law. "Just a little, we've got much to do and I must keep a level head. Thank you" he took the glass and sipped it gently. Then his attention went back to the conversation they were having. Gabriel reached over and handed the letter to Branwen. "You may read it. You will soon be family, there is nothing to hide here."

The letter reads: (just for a recap)
'My dearest friends,

I know I have not the right to ask this of you, but I beg of you to please consider my request. My younger sister, Fraeya, is in terrible danger. Word has reached me that her life is to be taken. With this letter is one to be delivered to Fraeya if she sent for so that she will know what is happening is true. I shall return for my heart someday, so please keep it safe.

All my love,
Eve'

He began to explain to Branwen who they were talking about. "Eve is a friend of ours. We met her many, many years ago. Her and I had fallen in love and she had returned to Triali to be with me. She is Elvira's best friend and Elijah's too. Well, one night I went to her quarters, there was something off about that night and just wanted to be with her. But when I got there she was gone. . .Her window was opened, but no letter or anything was left behind. I assumed someone came after her. . .I was upset and had our warriors on the search for her. We cannot enter her homelands, we did not have previous permission so we never went there. After a few years, we presumed she was dead. It was the only way that would help me get pass the hurt. Though later, it had become a worse matter for me. But anyway," Gabriel looked to Elijah, "I will not caution myself around Eve. If she returns to us then I will welcome her with open arms. I don't care about the timing. Have you thought that maybe she has been held captive somewhere? Maybe she still has to hide. Though I do wish she had come to us if she needed help. . ." Guilt had settled in as Gabriel spoke, but he couldn't let it get to him. He took one more sip of the wine that Branwen had graciously offered to him. "But brother, I do not mean to disrespect you in anyway, but in this case, I cannot listen to your advisement on this. Eve is the love of my life. I cannot just dismiss her just because she left. I am sure she had a reason. Whether it was willing or not."

Elijah sighed and rubbed his eyes "both of my siblings are so stubborn about their loves, i swear even father had a easier time with you two then i did" he said sighing heavily and looking at his brother. Elijah hated being the one to play decils advocate but it was his job as the advisor to his brother and said "whatever your decision is gabrial i support it you know that i am just looking out for you, with mom and dad both gone it fell to you both you and elvira to raise me and now it is my turn to guide you" he said softening his gaze "all i ask brither is that if you are serious still aboit her you are upfront with her and you confess your sins as well, I will be behind you always" he said but there was a part of him that didnt say what his other intentions were to queation eve alone himself but he his this from gabrial. However he couldnt hide it from branwen, they were already imprinted and she could read his thoughts very easily and gave him a sideways glance letting him Know she knew his thoughts.

Branwen felt uncomfortable with Gabriel and Elijah knowing that their conversation was going to turn into a dispute. Gabriel's face was showing very clearly how he did not like what Elijah's had said "i advise you as not your advisor but your brother to tread carefully etc." That was when Branwen offered Gabriel a glass of win and luckily he took the glass. That was when Gabriel handed the letter to Branwen and just as she was going to read it. He began explaining who Eve the woman who wrote this letter. Although when handed the letter there was a shiver down her spine and she nearly felt faint. She grabbed her own glass of wine to take a drink and continued to listen to Gabriel's explanation. Gabriel told Elijah "I will not caution myself around Eve. If she returns to us then I will welcome her with open arms. I don't care about the timing. Have you thought that maybe she has been held captive somewhere? Maybe she still has to hide. Though I do wish she had come to us if she needed help. . ." and Elijah although sharing support told his brother "all i ask brither is that if you are serious still aboit her you are upfront with her and you confess your sins as well, I will be behind you always". Branwen shook her head and looked to them both in seriousness.

"Your dispute is silly. You don't know how lucky you are to have each other." she said shaking her head and turns to hand the letter back to Gab. "Gabriel, I may not this Eve but it is obvious to me how you feel for her. Although, don't let your feelings for her blind you. Trust you instincts not your feelings. Our feelings can blind us of the true reasons behind this letter. Please, know I am not siding with you or Elijah." she explained before continuing. "Remember you gave your own version of how you discovered her gone. We truly don't know what happened or the reasons for them. Although when I toughed this letter the moment you handed it to me. I felt weary and weak inside." she said looking to Gabriel. "Please, listen to your brother and tread with caution. I have been long without family before I met all of you." she said reaching for both their hands. "The thought of losing either one of you is. . .is a life I don't want to picture." she said shedding a tear and hid her face under her dark long black hair.

Gabriel was still angry with his brother for what he said about Eve. Caution himself around her? Never. He could have sworn it was some sort of joke. He glared at his brother, but saw Elijah's glare soften. But when Branwen spoke up, he was surprised. His eyes grew a dim crimson color and felt sick all together. He couldn't believe it, even Branwen told him to caution himself. She didn't even know Eve. Gabriel needed to get away, he thought he might lose it. His heart began to ache.

"Elijah, I appreciate you still taking my back on this. Eve has my heart, it longs for her. I cannot just turn away from her because she had disappeared into the night. I shall confess my sins to her, I planned on it. But caution I shall not. If she happens to rip my heart from my chest, then so be it. I drank my sorrows away in belief that she is dead. Now I have a chance to know why she was gone. . ." He sighed. "You just don't understand. . . "

Gabriel's emotions were every where, which could make him dangerous or vulnerable. He decided to have himself a drink, but one drink only and maybe a small feeding session. He was hungry and was beginning to feel dizzy. "I am going to go to the tavern for a bit. I need to get my thoughts together. . ." He started to walk away, but stopped. "and don't worry. . .I won't be getting drunk this time. There is too much to do and to prepare for." Then Gabriel had disappeared into thin air. He made his way to the Tavern and away from the castle. . .So much to think over. . .

((Off to the Tavern. Gabriel shall see Elijah there shortly lol))

Branwen gave a disappointed sigh when Gabriel left them both upset. She crossed her arms looking away from the direction Gabriel left. She didn't understand what Gabriel was so upset about. Elijah was there for regardless of his feelings and well she couldn't help what she felt when touching the letter. "Was I suppose to ignore what I left? Lie?" she asked herself forgetting Elijah could hear her thundering thoughts on the matter.

"You should go to him. I feel I have done more harm than good in the matter. Gabriel is not thinking clearly. He's much to emotionally connected than to understand our wishes for him to be careful. What is family for if not to look out for one another?" he asked looking to Elijah in worry. "I know your not my...family...family but you are all I have. Does he not understand that?" she asked looking to him sadly taking her glass and taking a good drink.
