Xavior Hellzwing Hopefully the Gaia staff will get things right in the future.
Until then, I keep in mind we're not required to pay for anything to enjoy what free features that exist and that are functional.
Pokemon is fun because it IS complicated, and then yet people don't need to know everything about it to enjoy the game. I'll attempt to use the RNG abuse method again.
Yeah, the pokerus fades after awhile, but if you keep the pokemon in the PC, it won't vanish on its own. Yeah hopefully...I think they've gone mad with power. True theres always something to do and thats why I continue to play. I couldn't miss a game even if I wanted to...my brain wouldn't allow it. Good luck to you and I hope you get what your looking for. Yeah I know that but after I did the trade I turned off the game and later that day I went out to infect pokemon and it wasn't contagious. I think she gave it to me like that and didn't know, she didn't really know about pokerus and what it does. so idk.

I'm still so very curious as to what Gaia's accounting books look like right now. I'd feel less sore if there was more transparency. Hell, I wouldn't even begrudge them if they showed me all the proceeds were going straight to all the staff so they could buy fancy new cars.

Aw, that is a bummer then about the pokerus. It's a nice perk to have, not that the games are too hard for me. Ever play through a game with extra rules? The hard mode available for unlocking on White 2 amused me for awhile, and I especially liked fighting against higher level opponents.

I hope for an item that I want, since then I can snag one off the Market for cheap. It's letting me increase the variety in my inventory without draining my gold dry. I really can't complain about that.
And you should vote me in for that imaginary staff position because ... I know what the average Gaian wants. I know what the average Gaian cares about. I also understand their greedy little hearts. And I value this website first as a place people go to share their thoughts and be heard. Besides, I'm here all the time anyway, and I'm not afraid of speaking to the members.

Three announcements already today, and all about cash items. Although, now I'm laughing at Club Verge. I don't see much of a point to that 'special' store since they'll be throwing all the items at the masses eventually.
But I'm not Pedro. I'm not going to win any elections if everyone runs off and watches Napoleon Dynamite instead of going to the polls.
I'm not sure the number of members has ever been a fair count, because of bots and mules.
Don't forget Gastly. That was the first pokemon I ever saw, and yeah, having to trade some pokemon to get them to evolve will ALWAYS be a pain. Thankfully Haunter is fast enough and hits hard enough that I can usually use one in a game with no problems, if I'm feeling lazy.
Ah ha, but Flaffy is so pink. Okay, I do have a thing for the electric sheep evolutionary line, and I have to resist from picking up a Mareep in every game of Silver. I always end up with the same moves around the same time too, level 30 when Flaffy evolves. Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Thunder Punch, and Charge. Not good if I come up against Ground and Grass pokemon.
I like Ghost and Fire types, but I've found that I enjoy all the types for one reason or another.
I also like Metagross, Tropius, Galvantula, Haxorus, and Gyarados. Add Gengar to that, and I got my dream team. But I got a dozen more 'favorites' on top of those.
Hmm ... I like the move Glare, and I'll train an Arbok just for that. And I've fallen for Serperior because that snake learns it.
I'd actually have to say Snivy is my favorite starter. It was Torchic for the longest time, but the smug snake won out.
I like Lavender Town, oh ho ho ho.
Gym Leader, maybe Cheren, because it was pretty awesome to see where he ended up.
I don't care for legendary pokemon in general, so I don't have a favorite, but Mewtwo is awesome for the movies.
I like training on any stretch of sea. Yessss, Tentacool and Tentacruels as far as the eye can see. Glorious. But training on any body of water is usually pretty awesome, because the variety is commonly narrow. Perfect for EV training.

Um, there's sometimes threads in the GCD when they announce new Verge items. A good amount of them are recolors and too expensive.
Every month they release mythrill wings, horns, tail, and general birthstone stuff. You can spot any of the Verge exclusive stuff because they have a V icon over their image. Then, from what I understand, some backwings are from there, like Daniel's. We'll be seeing that stuff pop up in the regular cash shop.
Haunter is kind of hard to use, especially in the earlier generations since he has a huge special attack and most moves he learns are lame. So until Shadow Ball came out, I'd teach my Haunter Psychic, then keep Hypnosis and Dream Eater. Last move was probably Night Shade.
Pfft, I give my Amphy different moves as it levels up. I'm just making fun of myself because I always end up with the same move set at exactly level 30.

I'm not even sure it's really a thing people choose to support. All I know is that once you meet the criteria of 100 dollars spent in the last 12 months, you can access the store. And then there's an invite to a guild.

Ah hahaha, Skitty. I always try to watch out when I start a new game generation. I've done that before where I've trained something for a long time, being hopeful it'll evolve, but only to be let down. I think Chatot was the last pokemon in recent memory to do that to me.
You'd THINK Chatot would evolve because it's small and cute, but nope. I'm still holding off from looking at the generation six pokemon. All I really know about is the legendary pokemon, that fairy Eevee evolution, and that Jynx finally got another form.
Okay, and so I looked when I heard about that ghost/steel type, the sword one. Then maybe I saw a seahorse, the three starters, and uh, some kind of panda.
Then a dog like pokemon, one that looked like a lizard and ... okay, that's all that I can remember. Oh, and a bird.

Well I haven't seen any of those items with the v on em in the mp but then again I don't really look. If someone didn't support them people that don't buy cash wouldn't be able to get em.:T I joined in 08 when things weren't going bad yet. Well Skitty evolved but Delcatty isn't very useful for much of anything but the pokemon contest. Oh that parrot pokemon? Oh not me I saw that coming...I knew he wasn't going to evolve....don't ask me how I just have a sense for these things. I don't really watch the show either last I saw of Ash he was in the Johto region. sweatdrop I don't think jynx got anything, I saw a few clips that looked like they were from a legit magazine but I don't think it was real maybe in an update...if they can do that.o.o This gen made me sad cause there weren't that many new pokemon added, like 60 something new pokemon...*bangs head on wall* the first time we get pokemon released worldwide at the same time. like I was waiting a whole year for that only for disappointment. The pokemon that is not the game, the game is really good but the pokemon make me sad. Oh and don't forget the cat...the cat everyone keeps calling creepy which is kinda ticking me off. Its really cute.:/ Well there always has to be a bird and for the other pokemon I assure you they have their own look to em, original in my opinion but I don't like most of em anyway. I'm really disappointed in them like I saw better fan made pokemon during my wait. emo

That is the most perfect reason why I don't give Gaia money anymore. Even $2.50 just doesn't go as far as it used to.
Well, if you want to see the Verge icon search for any of the Mythrill horn/tail/wing items. Or Inconsolable Hunger, Siolfor Summoning, or ... um, Sinful Spice.
Whenever I think of the pokemon contests, I think of Milotic. I already maxed its beauty to get it to evolve, might as well enter a few contests too while I'm at it. But I never really got into the contests. My crappy poffins and bad move combinations made me lose interest.
Chatot is adorable though. It probably has my favorite cry of all the pokemon. It needs to evolve into something badass, like how Murkrow got an evolution.

I checked. That's bullshit. I want a lady ice/psychic pokemon up on par with Electivire and Magmortar. That's downright cruel to do to me, Game Freak.
Let's see, generation five left off with 649 pokemon total. After generation six, there are now 718. That's 69 new pokemon. You're right. They owe us at least 30 new pokemon. Makes me hope there's soon going to be another release, but I'm betting they had to cut way back because of the extra data it takes to make all the pokemon and moves 3D. I was worried about that.

Give it some time. I always tend to dislike every new pokemon generation when they come out. They'll grow on you, and before you know it, you wouldn't know how you managed to play the games before without them. Or at least, that's how it is for me.

Well, if you want to see the Verge icon search for any of the Mythrill horn/tail/wing items. Or Inconsolable Hunger, Siolfor Summoning, or ... um, Sinful Spice.
Whenever I think of the pokemon contests, I think of Milotic. I already maxed its beauty to get it to evolve, might as well enter a few contests too while I'm at it. But I never really got into the contests. My crappy poffins and bad move combinations made me lose interest.
Chatot is adorable though. It probably has my favorite cry of all the pokemon. It needs to evolve into something badass, like how Murkrow got an evolution.

I checked. That's bullshit. I want a lady ice/psychic pokemon up on par with Electivire and Magmortar. That's downright cruel to do to me, Game Freak.
Let's see, generation five left off with 649 pokemon total. After generation six, there are now 718. That's 69 new pokemon. You're right. They owe us at least 30 new pokemon. Makes me hope there's soon going to be another release, but I'm betting they had to cut way back because of the extra data it takes to make all the pokemon and moves 3D. I was worried about that.

I remember items would go for 30gc in the cash shop and the most expensive item would be 999gc. now items for for 50 dollars a piece...you know what I can do with 50 dollars? I can do a lot. Well I never had one due to Feebas being a p***k and avoiding me and Milotic is good for battling unlike Delcatty. Delcatty just sucks. Hey. you never know they might do a favor and give him an evolution. I wonder what it would look like.o.o I'm sorry lol I was hyped too when I saw the pictures and deeply disappointed when I found out there wasn't one.:/ heh hehe 69...wait no. no! thats not funny. Thats just sad and I'm not entirely happy with some of the new pokemon. Espurr. Its psychic and I would guess people are saying its creepy cause of its description but lots of pokemon have weird or creepy descriptions but they don't get the same treatment. Oh thats not gonna work...I assure in each and every generation there are pokemon I just don't like and never will.

I agree, Feebas is a jerk, but I'm crazy enough to go on a fishing expedition for days to bring back a boat load.
Yes, and it certainly doesn't hurt that Milotic is a strong pokemon. Not one of my favorites, but it felt like an ACCOMPLISHMENT catching the Feebas in the wild and evolving it. Just like grinding a Magikarp up to level 20 when it's useless in battle. (Unless we're talking about a Baton Pass chain in the rain onto a Magikarp with a Focus Sash and Flail.)
There's a lot of artists out there that love imagining possible evolutions. I'm sure you'll find some of the same I've been looking at if you search it. But I actually don't recommend it. So many times I've looked at a fakemon and begged the gaming gods for it to become a real pokemon.
I giggled at 69 too, but I'm sure they're going to do a legendary event release sooner or later, and we'll bump over to 70 and beyond.
Ah, Espurr. Now I have a name to go along with the face. That stare is a little unnerving, but I love me a few darker themed pokemon. I'm always a fan of more Psychic pokemon.
Pfft, I sure hope you don't like every pokemon in existence. I would start to worry about mind-wave brain controls or a commercial brainwashing. I've always hated Magmar for it's butt-forehead, but considering I always keep one on hand to help hatch my eggs, I do have a soft spot for the butt-face, duck-lips fire pokemon.
Hell, Nosepass used to bother me so much, and it's evolution. But there will always be someone out there that likes the oddballs, and I like hearing their opinion. Makes me look twice at pokemon I've passed over.
