Howecho Echo tried to frown when Jinthel hid her face in her knees but couldn't really do it while he was singing so he stopped trying to frown. He heard her sniffling, it was soft but he could still hear it. ((So I'm not the only one. True, I just think like someone who hasn't heard it before and start from there. I haven't listened to the original version of it but I have listened to the nightcore version by CUTLoveRx on youtube))

She lifted her head to look around, rubbing her eyes with one hand while hugging her knees to her chest with the other. She sniffled again, not wanting stuff to go dripping out of her nose. Her eyes were kinda red from all the crying she had done and hurt a little. She closed her eyes after a moment and hid her face in her knees again, but now she was mostly just listening to Echo singing.. ❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄ ((I heard the nightcore version first... Then looked up the original. I prefer the nightcore.))

HowechoEcho pushed the tissues closer to her when she sniffled again and tapped her foot gently so she'd see the tissues. He continued to sing until it stopped at which point he stopped too. He grabbed the Mp3 player and stopped it from going to the next song. "Did you like it?" ((I haven't listened to the original yet but I guess I'll prefer the nightcore still.))

She raised her head and looked down to see a box of tissues.. Had those always been there? She blinked slowly, then reached out with one hand to pull out a tissue. She blew her nose, wiping it with the tissue.. She dropped the tissue on the ground next to her after crumpling it into a ball. She looked up at Echo when he spoke, watching him nervously as she slowly nodded. It was a nice song.. She had liked it quite a lot. ❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄≋❄ ((I sees... Nightcore is awesome. I've listened to songs that sounded wonderful in the nightcore versions and then the real version was just like "blah, what is it?!"))

He had a nice smile, but she just looked down after a moment. She wasn't surprised to hear it was one of his favorite songs. That was a nice song, which she had never heard before.. But still, it was nice. She glanced up at him, then slowly nodded.. She frowned slightly as she looked at it.. Honestly, she wasn't entirely sure how it worked. This was really the first time she had held one.. She had never really had stuff like this. HowechoEcho smiled when she looked at him questioningly and slowly got up and sat next to her. "Let me show you." He pushed the down button to show her how to scroll through the songs and pressed the center button to select a random song. He did it all slowly so she'd see what he was doing. "That's how you do it."

She was still easily within arms reach of him though, because she wanted to know how that machine worked.. She nodded a little and leaned to the side slightly so she had a better view of what he was doing. She watched him scroll through the songs and saw how he selected one. It seemed simple enough.. HowechoEcho handed the MP3 back to Jinthel once he had shown he how to work it. "Go through and see if there any you know or would like to hear. If you want I'll sing to it as well." He stayed where he was sitting and waited for Jinthel to make her choice of song. ((You get to chose the song now.))

She still wasn't entirely certain what he expected her to do with it.. But okay, she would just look at songs then and see if there was one she liked the look of. For now, she was occupied and, in a way, distracted by this. There were quite a lot, so she wasn't really sure. She had a curious look on her face, eyes slightly wide and was pouting a little bit in concentration. She really was looking for some title that sounded familiar to her, but it didn't take her long to realize that none of these songs were any that she had ever heard before..
