Miya watched Keith leave for his room then looked around to the others of the group. "It was a pleasure meeting you all. See you in the morning, good night." She smiled then turned and left pulling the map out once more and headed off in the direction of the dorms.
She looked at the room number on the key to make sure it was the correct room before unlocking the door and entering inside. She looked around and found more than just her suitcase in the room. So I have room mates... Ok I wonder if any of them are in the blue group. She went to the part of the room where her things were and sat down on the bed to think over what all had happened today before getting ready for bed.

Kieth Hietz Episode 3, The first step Ring! Ring! Ring! The sound of the alarm drove Kieth away from his sleep, and slowly rose from his bed onto his feet, still seated on his bed however. He wiped his eyes and shut off the alarm then proceeded to the restroom to get ready for this so called test. He didn't bother looking at the other room, he wasn't worried about his room mate, he needed to get ready.
After cleaning himself and eating, he went and put on his clothes. He was excited and nervous for the test, although he knew he could anything they throw at him. He grabbed his bo staff and proceeded to where the headmaster and the assistant told them to go to in the morning which was outside behind the gym.
When he arrived there, other team mates were there, but they were not part of his team. Some of them looked dangerous, others he wasn't sure of very much but you can never know. However Kieth stood their and waited for his team, he knew they wouldn't miss this for the world. Eventually the headmaster arrived along with his assistant and a cup of hot coffee. At this time Kieth was completely focus on what they were about to say when they stood in front of everyone, behind the head master and assistant of the edge of the plateau they were on, a steep cliff.
The headmaster looked at everyone and took a sip of his coffee, his face remained emotionless as he began to speak. " You are all probably wondering why we are by a cliff." He said taking a moment of to pause and look at everyone. " There was a reason why I brought up the forest surrounding this school and how dangerous it is from yesterday. It was because I wanted to get you all thinking about it." He said when he grabbed a bunch of papers that looked like maps from his pocket. "Because today you will be descending this plateau and going into this forest to retrieve an item located on your maps. If you didn't believe in monsters, chances are you will be running into a lot of them today." He handed the maps to his assistant as she passed them out to everyone, including Kieth. " Prepare for this, you will be going down this cliff using your own strategy, no matter how you do it, we don't care as long as you get down there all in one piece. There will be a camp and the base of this cliff, it also marked on your map. You will return the item you had retrieved to the person at the camp. Ladies in gentlemen, this is your first step, you may start whenever you are ready. You have till midnight, and keep in mind, were watching." The headmaster walked away from the students along with the assistant, but both of them turned back and the assistant spoke. "Good luck everyone, this world needs more heroes." And proceeded to walk away.
Kieth looked at the map of the forest, now he was very nervous. He did not expect this, He just thought that headmaster was just threatening them yesterday but apparently not. Some people were already beginning to start so Kieth walked up to the edge and looked down. Thinking of a strategy of how to land at the bottom safely, and when he did he smirked. He would meet his team mates at the base of the cliff he hoped, and if now he would just have to go and looked for them. He opened up his bo staff and equipped the crystals so when he fired, it would shoots beams of energy. He then jumped off the cliff and started plummeting down fast.
Before he reached the ground and twisted his bo staff and it split into two. He aimed downward at the ground and held both the triggers and a stream of energy began to burst out. It was both softening the ground and slowing down Kieth's plummet. When he felt safe enough he let go of the triggers and made his bo staff one again, unequipped the crystals, and equipped the shotgun shells just before he landed on the ground safely.

Miya Izukiyaki As usual Miya had woken up when the sun had begun to rise, this was a usual habit that she had been in for as long as she could remember. She was careful to move silently as she got dressed so as to not wake up her room mates. When she had finished getting ready she sat on her bed and sat in a meditative state for awhile. As the sun reached its usual position her eyes opened and looked at the time seeing that it was time to get moving and meet where they were told to. By the time she had arrived the headmaster and his assistant were speaking, she stopped so she could understand what they said. When they were finished she looked around for her team mates and caught a glimpse of Keith, jumping off the cliff... I guess we're meeting below? She wondered as she walked to the cliffs edge and looked down, she paced along the length of the cliff for a moment and stared down. There! She found what she was looking for, she took her cloak and tied it tightly to her along with any other loose particle of clothing. She then loosened her belt with her sword and slid it diagonal across her shoulders so that her sword were on her back then eased herself over the edge of the cliff and began to climb down to the small ledge she had seen moments ago. There was a serious of small ledges one after another, she just jumped down these simultaniously, upon reaching the last ledge she swiftly reached back withdrew her sword with the crystal, activated and created a shield of light around herself, and jumped. "Umph." Bending her knees she landed in a crouch and remained that way for a few moments til she got her barrings then stood sheathing her sword and walked the landing off as she made her way to the camp below. Her legs and feet were a bit sore from the landing but it wasn't excruciating and the shield helped to break the fall a little bit. Also if this was going to be something that would happen often then she might have to start carrying around that durable rope she had packed, she wasn't sure at the time why she packed it but she was glad she did.

 Ventera Ven had already been up before the sun was even rising. She had left the room careful not to wake her roommates in the event of doing so. She wondered around a bit before finding a spot outside. She made her way to the roof of one of the building and sat there. She watched the sunrise as she use to back home. It was a calming feeling, she loved it much better than at home for some reason. Maybe because she knew she wouldn't have to hear it from her fake family later.
Time started to pass and the sun started to rise. Once it was up a decent amount she jumped down from the roof and made her way to where the headmaster told them to go today. As she made her way there she had noticed there were plenty of students already there, they must have gotten up early to impress the headmaster, but for some reason Ven was thinking that it wasn't about how early and quickly you do things, but how strong and fast you actually are.
Ven came up to the group and listened as the head master was speaking to the students. Something about making your way down a cliff and encountering lots of monsters today. In a quick recap, basically lots of fighting. This was something Ven was used to, such as sparring and actually fighting. Though Ven might not have looked it, but she was the type to get into fights back home and in the end she would always win. Ven was ready for this. She hadn't done anything this exerting in a while, but in truth it would be easy for her to get down the cliff.
After the head master walked away. She moved to the edge of the cliff. She looked over it and examined her terrain. She was judging where the largest ledges would be. She knew she would make it down before anyone else on the other teams. She got ready to jump, but before she did she heard footsteps walk up next to her. She looked up and seen the same boy from before. He stood a foot taller than her and had white hair. He simply looked at her and smirked as if daring her to a race to the bottom. In most circumstances in other words with regular people that would be a suicide challenge, one that no one would win.
Ven simply glared at this boy her eyes shown a fiery passion to beat him. She accepted his challenge and took off jumping off of the cliff. She felt the air pass by her, her clothes and hair blazing as she fell. She then landed with a silent gentle thud, keeping her eye on the white haired boy. She was quick to make her next jump off that ledge. She was making ninja like maneuvers as if she had trained for this sort of thing. She kept jumping from ledge to ledge eventually making it to the bottom.
The two of them had tied. Ven glared at him. How? How was this possible? No one had ever tied with her unless.... Ven was broken away from her thought as she noticed someone else at the bottom. It was one of her team members. The boy with the bo staff. Kieth was his name. Ven turned and looked for the white haired boy, but he was gone. What?...That made no sense there was no way no one else here could move like that. She shook her head and made her way over to Kieth. She didn't say anything she just simply stood there her arms crossed in her own thoughts waiting on her other teammates.

 Takagi YoshishiroWhen Takagi awoke his roommate had already gone, he thought back to the night before remembering everything the headmaster had said and how he had been assigned to the blue team. He got up and quickly got ready, grabbed his bowsword and headed out. Takagi arrived in time to hear the headmasters explanation of what they were supposed to do. He approached the cliff side just as Ventera went over, he just kind of smiled as he looked over the cliff, "this will be fun" he said smiling. He jumped over the side of the cliff unsheathing his blade as he fell he converted it to bow form and replaced the bolt in the chamber and spun around. He took aim and fired a grappling bolt up the cliff which caught between some large rocks, as he reached the bottom he slowed his descent with the grappling cable attached to this bow and came to a safe landing. Takagi retracted the grapple back into his bow, converted it back to sword form and sheathed it seconds after landing. ((sorry I haven't been able to post lately, classes start this week so I should have more of a chance to get online and post))

Kieth Hietz Soon others fell from the cliff, using their own original strategy that Kieth would have never thought of. He watched a few of team mates also descend which made Kieth sigh in relief that his team mates were able to handle the easy descend. The fact very few people did take some damage falling and seeing someone almost die, but he figured that it wasn't everyone's specialty. He took a moment to look at the map to figure out which direction to go. Seconds later he saw Ven walk up to him, and he could tell that she was a little irritated but brought nothing up about it. He also saw Miya land near them and Takagi as well, and wondered what team he was on. In fact.. He only knew 3 people that were on his team. "Any one else on the Blue team?" He said out loud before walking towards Miya with Ven. He heard some strange noises coming from all around, and he could of swore that he saw glowing red eyes from a small distance. He gripped his bo staff tight in case anything decided to jump out for a surprise attack.

During the night before, Leon had remained on a balcony outside of the school, he didn't want to be near the 'hustle and bustle' of the other students. It was a long night, but a quiet one as he lied down under the moon.

The next day he had awoken to see a group of students walking toward an unknown location, believing this to be part of one of the school's lessons he quickly jumped from from his perch and making his way down from roof to roof until he landed on the grass below. After a quick dusting he walked after the group.
Within a few minutes he was in the group, who had now stopped at the edge of a cliff. The headmaster just barely starting to announce the upcoming event. Seemed simple enough, but at the same time rather boring to Leon. He waited patiently, or at least tried to seem that way, while the announcement continued. Once he had finished and students one by one began to jump off the edge, he didn't hesitate to run off the edge himself.
Free falling off the edge of the cliff, his arms at his sides and his legs straight as he began to steer himself away from the cliff and closer toward the trees nearby. In his mind he was quickly thinking about how to approach this, the trees were too short to use as his 'breaks' and they were likely too weak to take the impact, but the cliff was obviously sturdy enough. He steered himself away from his intended course and slowly toward the cliff, in a split second he had armed his weapon and slammed it into the cliff, catching it and now cutting into the stone as the cliff fought against the blade that had pierced into the stone.

Miya Izukiyaki As she walked she switched her sword belt back to her waist the sword settling on her left hip, though she could have left it on her back it was faster to have it at her side instead. She cringed, though only a little, as the other students landed around her, the sound of bones breaking quite audible. Miya's head turned as she heard Keith's voice and she turned to face his direction as he and Ven walked towards her, she turned to meet them halfway and looked around. This forest, there was something she could sense about it, something she didn't like as she surveyed their surrounding area and immediately prepared to defend herself and fight should, as it will, the need arise.

 Jason arrived in the meeting area just as the headmaster began his speech about the so-called task that the teams had to do and wondered exactly what the item was that they were supposed to get. When the headmaster had finished speaking, Jason took his map from the assistant and proceeded to the cliff that he had pointed to and watched to others make their ways down before looking for one himself.
Jason saw what he was looking for close to where he was standing and made his way over to a section of cliff face that had more rocky points sticking out of it than others. When he got there, he tightened the straps on his gloves, made sure his sword was secure at his waist, turned so that he was facing the edge of the cliff, and took a step back. As he was falling he reached out to grab the first outcropping and barely missed his mark. Dammit. was all he had time to think before the next one came at him and this time he grabbed it and was able to hold on, simultaneously letting out a sigh of relief and gritting his teeth in the process. Gathering his bearings he continued climbing down the cliff face using the rocks as handholds, jumping to one if he couldn't reach it, and eventually made his way to the bottom. When he reached the bottom, he looked around for the rest of his team, he saw keith and the dark-haired girl a few feet away walking towards the other new girl, Miya and headed in their direction. "Morning, everybody here and ready?" He said when he got to the group. Noticing in his head that it seemed like they were a couple members short compared to the other groups and their sizes.

Kieth Hietz Kieth nodded slightly, "Ready." He said still paying attention to his surrounding. He knew the direction they needed to be heading but first he had to deal with something. Something was indeed snooping around them watching, Kieth was bothered by it. He figured they chose to ignore, it is just going to haunt them later so he figured it was best dealt now.
Soon after large black beast, which looked similar to cat jumped out of the bushes. It then pounced on Kieth and opened it's jaws wide. Kieth remained calm and twist his staff it split into two then with one hand he punched toward the inside of the beast's mouth. It bit down hard on the halved staff. Kieth's hand still completely safe and the halved staff. As the Beast struggled to break the halved staff, Kieth smirked and pulled the trigger twice. Two rounds were fired through the beast's skull thus killing it. He then pulled the halved staff out of the beast's mouth and connected back. He had to admit the beast slightly terrifying but their couldn't be any room for error or it would of been fatal to him.
Sighing he looked over to the direction they needed to go. " It is probably going to get a lot worst when we go deeper.." He said out loud. He figured everyone would show each other what they got here in this test. There was no doubt it was going to get worst, that beast was probably the runt and not to mention that it was only one. Kieth twisted his staff once more reloading the next shot gun shell, ready to shoot down anything that comes along. With that he proceeded forward with a walk at first. "Well I guess we should get going, I think we may be behind, and I don't know about you guys but I want to be first." He said teasing a little, it didn't really mattered to him if his team was first or not. He just wanted to have fun and pass the test. With that note, he then started to sprint.

Miya instantly pulled out her sword when the large black beast jumped out and watched carefully as Keith fought it should be need aide which he did not. In another swift movement her sword was sheathed once more and she couldn't help but to agree with him. She was interested in his weapon never seeing one like it before but now was not the time to ask, perhaps later as Keith moved forward and began to sprint. Miya left her hand on the hilt of her sword as she began to move forward and running after him wondering aloud as they went, "Perhaps as we get to know each other we should configure a formation of which to move in." She did not say more saving her breath for the running and keeping her senses alert for any incoming danger.

Takagi YoshishiroTakagi heard Keith ask if anyone else was on blue team and replied "I am" before the beast jumped on Keith, he quickly unsheathed his sword but Keith. Takagi followed behind Keith as he started to sprint, they hadn't gone far when Takagi unsheathed his sword again but this time converted it to bow form and fired at a nearby bush piercing the head of another beast as it leaped from it's cover. He quickly reconverted his weapon and sheathed it.

Jason nodded towards the newcomer who's weapon looked like some kind of collapsible sword. The nod was all he was able to give before hearing a growl behind him, turning around with his hand on the hilt of his own sword and ready to attack whatever it was that jumped out at them only to see Keith hit it with his staff, make a few quick adjustments, and kill the cat creature, barely getting injuered himself. hmph...I guess I really did underestimate the kid after all, he just may be able to hold his own in a fight. He thought, his hand loosening it's grip on the sword as they prepared to head into the forest
As Jason followed the others he noticed the girl from the day before staring at one of the other team's area. "Hey princess, you'll have plenty of time to stare at the others after this 'mission' is over," he said to her, a hint of a joking tone in his voice, "but right you might want to join the rest of us back here in reality if you want to get in on the fighting." He turned to follow the others but stopped at the edge of the woods, "besides, wouldn't want me to kill more of these things than you on this excursion now would you?" he added and followed the rest of the blue team into the forest.

Kieth Hietz It seems we have a new member.. Kieth thought to himself seeing Takagi follow them, the video game guy. He wonder what he would offer to the team, and what the others offered. He watched him convert his sword into a bow to fire in a bush and he heard something get pierced and Kieth smirked. Seems useful, Kieth thought to himself focusing more of Takagi's weapon then anything. When he took his eyes off Takagi and back to the direction he was heading a tree stood tall in his path. He quickly leaped to his left to dodge it and the g force he was under was too much that Kieth had to point his bo staff to the left of him and fired to convert him back to his normal path. However the blast did send him leaping forward as well. "Would be embarrassing if a tree was the only thing that was able to take me down on this mission." He said out loud, even though the whole event was a tiny bit embarrassing. Minutes past and Kieth could tell that they were deep in the, forest since the surroundings started to get dark. Moments Later Kieth heard a very discouraging sound and he skidded on the grass into a stop. " Do you guys hear that?" He said in a whisper. The sound of bushes being crushed and something skidding through all the leaves and grass. Kieth Held his staff in front of him and waited, carefully looking around. Soon a large snake appeared in front of them, It was entirely black, its eyes were deep pools of red. His head was a little bit bigger than Kieth's entire body. It was like nothing Kieth had ever fought against and it made him feel like he was nothing. He pointed his staff at the snake and fired a few shots but it seemed like it did nothing. "Well anyone have an idea?" He said taking a few steps back from the now angry Snake.

Miya Izukiyaki Miya watched as the others attacked a creature of their own then stopped directly behind Keith and studied the creature, staring at it as she drew her sword and activated the crystal within the hilt. Her eyes darted as she sensed how the creature might attack, she did all this within a span of a few minutes. "The creature may attempt to attack each of us one at a time. Perhaps to find the weaker, or slower, one of the group." She sincerely hoped it wouldn't be her. "We could split into two smaller groups, one to distract the snake, the other to attack it from behind." She had never had to come up with an attack strategy that involved a group before, nor with such a large creature but only with other people. She wondered if anyone would listen to what she suggested, since it was only a suggestion, especially since Keith seemed to have taken the leadership roll of the group his could be the final decision.
