The young girl she had seen gathering flowers came up and seemed to know the guards pretty well from the sounds of it. They let her on in with the lass as her escort. She was rather grateful to the girl. Also seemed to be a total sweetheart as they started talking. She laughed even as she was so excited about all of them being there. The girl was adorable in all rights. Kind of reminded her of a tiger with the blue stripes covering her body though.

"Quite the inquisitive mind you have there, Tiggs. All my friends call me Eve. As you may." She smiled fondly at the girl thinking of her younger sister. "Triali is a grand place to live. Gabe's garden is to die for when in bloom. Whenever I am away that is what I love to imagine. Being there among all the roses and the smell of the fresh air blowing across them. I find my soul always wishing to be there than any other I have seen and visited. But I am rather biased. As you are I would say, no?"

She followed the girl onto the grass as she went after more flowers to put into the basket she was carrying. She had quite the collection from what she could see. Then it was like lightning struck her. Her hair stood on end, hand went to her side to the whip handle, eyes darting around, and sweat began to bead on her forehead.

'What was that? No! Elvira!'

Eve glanced at Tiggs. Still chattering away and picking flowers. Good. Walking on ahead her eyes caug+ht a glimpse of window and could faintly hear something from that same direction. Heart beating wildly she walked over cautiously and looked in. Eyes shooting wide in horror she felt her fangs shoot out. Running a few meters away she spun on her heels and sprinted as fast as she could diving through the window.

"KAEL!"

Her body burned with rage and bloodlust. The whip shot out and tangled around his throat as the glass splintered across the floor. She jerked it with all her might yanking his filthy face away from Elvira. Red. Red. Red. Everything began turning red. Her eyes turned to slits as she charged at him with nails turned to deadly points and fangs ready to sink into him. She was going to tear him apart if she got even a finger on him. Eve was not going to lose another person that she loved. Never again.

Saraphina raised a brow at Kael's comment, "clearly my charm doesnt work on such a young vampire." If he were any other vampire Saraphina would flip him on his back to humiliate him with the whisk of her hand. Lord Gabriel was just a flirt himself but Kael was unbelievable. "So this is the Lord of Nai-rah?" she thought to herself. Then she listen while walking beside Elvira and Kaitlyn about the attacks on Nai-rah. He went from flirt to business rather quickly. She smiled at Kaitlyn when the girl asked about her being new. But surprise by Elvira's compliment. Most of the time Saraphina stayed quiet unless spoken to. When they arrived at Kael's study Saraphina took a look at what he brought out and began to think to herself. "I didn't think a Lyemar captain be so weak," she said. She had learn plenty about Lyemar back in Vi-lon and how fearsome the vampires were. One of them even killed her brother's wife. Something was odd about Kael's story. But then she caught the comment Kael threw at Elvira. How dare he speak to the lady of Triali. Sure Elvira wasn't Sarah's favorite person in the world but to make such accusations towards the woman was unbelievable. She was use to Elvira being held on a pedestal by everyone else and Sarah sure hasn't seen her do barely any hard acts that he is accusing her of. If Gabriel was here or even Ulric they would both hand Kael from his toes.

Saraphina quickly stood up from her seat staring coldly at Kael ready to throw a slur right back at him and that was when Kaitlyn stepped in. What was this girl talking about? What accident? She watched the Lord's little sister scold him which Sarah quite enjoyed watching. Kael was an arrogant Lord. Gabriel wasn't this stupid. Saraphina then turned her gaze at Elvira to see that she was ready to burst like a shaken beer bottle. Then Kaitlyn said, "Saraphina, you better come with me. It's about to get very messy in here." "Wait!" Saraphina tried protesting but gave up when Kaitlyn kept insisting. She sighs and gives Kael one more glance before officially leaving the room when his little said he won't try anything stupid. "Only if he doesn't want Nai-rah to receive a bad report," she said before leaving with Kaitlyn.

Saraphina walked away with Kaitlyn feeling tense. "Oh! What Darn Arrogance!" she shouted in her head. So far she wasn't impress with the Lord of Nai-rah. And what was going on in that room? Why wasn't Elvira being her badass self to throw anything back like she would do with Sarah. Why? Right now Saraphina was sure enough she just wanted to flip Kael in the air and fill his body with air like a balloon.

Kaitlyn could hear the two of them yelling at each other as they walked away from Kael's study. He really started it this time, what a jerk... she thought. As Kaitlyn and Saraphina walked, it was quiet for a bit. She was trying to gather all of her thoughts. But then, she looked at Saraphina with an apologetic smile. "I am sorry you had to witness Kael's ugliness. He's not always like this. . ." she shared. "Kael is just very upset... You see..." she began, trying to figure out how to tell Saraphina this long story...

"Kael had fallen for Elvira, when she was with another. As time went on the two were seeing each other behind Solomon's back, which was Elvira's boyfriend at the time. Well, Kael confessed his love for Elvira one morning and her, being with another conflicted her." They made it to the dining hall and the two sat down across from one another so they could talk. "Elvira was confused, but she realized that she loved Kael as well. She went to tell Solomon that she was leaving him, but when she got there he had a nice evening planned out for them. Elvira, being nice, stayed and had dinner with him. That was when Solomon wanted Elvira to marry him. She didn't accept the proposal, but Solomon started kiss Elvira and what not. That part we'll skip." she giggled, but then her her smile faded. "Anyway, the next morning Elvira woke up next to Solomon, not realizing that they had imprinted. All she remembered was sleeping with him, then she felt his emotions. That's when she knew they imprinted, and of course the bite marks on her neck. But she was really upset that he made her imprint with him and she didn't even realize it. So upset and frantic, she ran to Kael. Explaining to him what happened, of course, Kael let his anger get the best of him and kicked Elvira out. Without really listening to her. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that Elvira didn't want to imprint with Solomon. But several months later, Solomon was sent out to Jessierys with a group of soldiers. But to our knowledge he did leave, but Kael had beat Solomon from leaving and had a glass of wine with the man.... Kael spiked Solomon's drink with silver... Of course, Solomon was angry and tried to fight Kael, but he ended up getting pierced with a sword." Saraphina felt disgusted with what Kael had down, but she continued with the story. "So Kael made it look like a Lyemarian killed Solomon in his room... So now... that is what is happening in that room. He was becoming rude, so I mentioned that to Kael... so they are speaking of what had happened. Elvira will not be happy, she will be extremely upset, so heed my warning, Saraphina. Elvira will become a dangerous person to cross if you are not careful...."

A young vampyre maid had brought them "blood" wine and a delicious meal. "Thank you dear," Kaitlyn smiled at the maid. "I hope you enjoy your meal. If you can still eat it that is. I know it is hard dealing with Elvira, she wasn't always so harsh. Her heart break led her to this, she began to play around with men after her heart break and her near death experience, which I also forgot to mention. When Elvira and Solomon's imprint broke, when he was killed, Elvira was nearly killed with him.... Kael nearly put Elvira in the ground as well...." she shared.

Saraphina had almost forgotten that Kaitlyn was there and would have if she hadn't spoken up. Her thoughts pause as Kaitlyn apologize for her brother's rudeness. "Upset about what?" she thought. What exactly was going on around her?

Then the girl explained everything about Elvira and Kael's connection. So Elvira wasn't a miss goody tooshoo as everyone else thought she was. "And she had the nerve to scold me about... Gabriel," she thought. But the voice in her head soften on Gabriel's name. Why were things so complicated when it came to "love?" Isn't love suppose to make you a better person or so that's how Saraphina saw the love between her parents. They made each other better. But then the story reminded her of the one she learned about Ulrik and Jessierys. The story may not be the exact same but the content was similar. Ulrik fell in love with another woman while still with Jessierys. Elvira did the same, falling in love with another while with this Solomon. From the way Kaitlyn describe what Kael did it disgusted Saraphina. He was making himself no better than that "witch." But when Kaitlyn said, "... Elvira will not be happy, she will be extremely upset, so heed my warning, Saraphina. Elvira will become a dangerous person to cross if you are not careful...." Saraphina could only give half a smile to Kaitlyn.

"Believe me, I already know," she shared. Then a maid came to give to serve them blood wine and food. Saraphina thanked the maid, took the glass of blood wine in her hands, and looked into the liquid for a minute before taking a sip. Then Kaitlyn said, "... Kael nearly put Elvira in the ground as well...." Saraphina observe Kaitlyn's expressions as she spoke. It was clear that Kaitlyn really like Elvira to be speaking so highly of her. Then again they were close when Elvira was seeing Kael. Saraphina picked up a grape and plopped it in her mouth. She did not crave human food like most vampires did but she could still taste the bitter sweetness of this grape.

"I guess we are all fools when we love," said Saraphina. She gave a soft smile. Kaitlyn was obviously better company than Kael was. Very sweet. "You remind me of my sister Countess Helena. Kind hearted and wise," she shared. "Elvira sure knows how to get herself into trouble just as much when she causes it," thought Saraphina.

Kael felt a cord around his neck as he was yanked away from Elvira, he grabbed whatever was around his neck and soon heard the voice of someone he didnt expect. He turned around to see Eve charge him, her eyes full of rage at the sight she had seen, kael growled at her and dodged her attack as she was more sloppy in her anger. Kael grabbed Eve's arm but was soon slammed against the wall himself as she soon was upon him attacking him. However kael was at his breaking point for patience with alltgese women, "ENOUGH!" He yelled as he geabbed Eve's arms and took out a needle from his pocket stabbing it into her and throwing her at a chair "SIT DOWN!" He said as he grumbled as he saw Elvira give him a look "oh don't, i gave her a sedative to calm missy prissy pants over there" he said as he could still feel the rage from both womens eyes on him. He walked over to his desk and pulled out a letter and three it at Elvira "there is what you want for Father Ulrik" he said seeing the sedative wear off on Ecve and said "you may stay to ight if you wish but i want you out of my territory by the morning" he said walking past them and opening the doors where several guards were rushing at the commotion caused in his study, he apologized and told them everything was fine with a smile and when they were gone he turned to Elvira and said "as for my death that you wish dont worry" he smirked "i wont be long in this world anyways much longer so you won't have to see such a monster, as for you Eve tell Gabrial i say hello and send your regards to your mother for me" he scoffed as he was gone from the study leaving the two women in there.

Eve grabbed her arm where the needle had punctured her skin and ripped it out so not much of it had gone into her bloodstream. Still, it was enough to make her head spin for a bit. She had no choice but to sit while she was disoriented. Once the feeling had passed she was on her feet again ready to attack. If any of them here were a monster it would be her at the moment. She growl with every breath that left her body. Part of her was waiting to be attacked again. The other calculating ways to get to Elvira and stand between them. As the guards came rushing in many of them eyed her suspiciously only to receive a fierce growl in return. Once sent away she moved to Elvira to check on her. She was starting to calm down. When Kael said to say hello to Gabriel she gave him a cold stare. But as he continued talking and mentioned her mother the beast she harbored inside raged again. Eye returning to slits flames licked from her body as if she was kindling. Her body lowered preparing to spring after him. She could hear and feel Elvira trying to stop her. That it was enough. But Kael had no idea what that witch had put her through these past centuries. She sprang after him. All sensible thought had left her. It didn't matter that she was in his territory. His head would roll. Some of the guards had lingered and tried to intercept her only to get burned by her touch and slammed into walls. She wasn't in her right mind. The blood was everywhere in her mind. She was back on that bloody battlefield again fighting anyone who stood before her. The whip cracked again circling his wrist to keep Kael from getting further away.

"I'll.... I'll.... kill you. I'll kill you all!"

The flames grew in size around her and began to travel down the whip towards Kaels wrist. Her voice sounded wrong. Hollow. Eyes were glazed over. Her mind held her captive feeding off the emotions of her reality, targeting Kael as her enemy. But there was a struggle as well. A very tiny voice of reason was desperately trying to be heard above the swirling chaos. She needed to snap out of it before she really did kill somebody.

"You're probably right about that. I absolutely love it here so I guess I am biased. Triali sounds like a wonderful place to live. Or visit even. I wouldn't mind going there to check it out. And see my new friend. Eve? Eve?"

Tiggs had kept going on and on until she realized Eve wasn't standing with her anymore. She saw her walking up to a window then next thing she knew the loon was jumping through yelling Kaels name. Running over she stood in shock at the site. Then she screamed as loud as she could. Guards came running from what seemed like every direction. Had she let in a spy from Lyemar? She had to of been to attack Kael like that. But then... he called her Eve. And she said that only her friends called by that name. So... did they know each other after all. I guess so since he had sent the guards back to their posts. But still she couldn't move from where she stood watching and listening. Then Eve went after him. AGAIN. She couldn't stand still anymore. She may not know what their past was but she knew what hers was and role he had played in keeping her safe when she felt scared. She ran inside after them down the hall. The flowers dropped all around except for the couple she still had in her hand. She didn't think it through all the way. Just acted. The injured guards would have to wait. Her duty was to her king. To Kael. She ran in front of Eve to block her from advancing on him any further.

"Eve! Why are you doing this? Why?! I thought you liked it here. I thought we were friends! Why would you attack Kael like this? I-I can't let you do this, Eve! I can't let you hurt the people I love here. This is my family. I love Kael. And Kaitlyn. Everyone! Even you, Eve! Remember what you told me? About Triali? About being in the gardens? The fresh air? The smell of the roses? Of Gabe? Do you remember? You love being there. Well. I love it here. Please Eve. Please stop! Just... please..."

Tears ran down her face as Eve got closer but she wouldn't move no matter what. Even when she heard Kael and the others. She didn't understand everything. But she also didn't want to see anyone else get hurt today. And she was scared. Terrified. So much so that she shook. She held up the few wild flowers that were wilting in her trembling hands for Eve to see. It was getting unbearable from the heat that radiated from her. Sweat began to pour from her face and she could smell the bloodlust. It was intoxicating this close. And then she noticed something. Eve had stopped moving....

Elvira was still struggling against Kael. No... she thought. She squeezed her eyes shut as she pulled her neck away from his fangs. Then suddenly, she heard the window break...

"KAEL!"

Elvira's eyes shot open to see Eve flying through the shattered window her whip around Kael's throat. What was happening? She much have heard my plea... She watched as Eve charged at Kael, nails pointed and fangs erect. What was she going to do? She didn't want Kael dead nor did she want Eve to kill anyone.. She's already been through a war, this can't happen to. Ulrik would put her down if she were to kill anyone, especially the Lord of Nai-rah. As she watched this horrifying scene in front of her, she gasped when Kael hit the wall.

"Enough!" he stabbed Eve with a needle and thrown in the chair. "Sit down!" Kael yelled. Elvira glared at Kael, "oh don't, i gave her a sedative to calm missy prissy pants over there" Elvira snapped her fangs at him. "Shut it, Kael!" Then she watched him walk over to his desk, pulled out a letter, and threw it to Elvira. "there is what you want for Father Ulrik.....you may stay tonight if you wish but i want you out of my territory by the morning " She watched him as he walked to the door. Elvira was shocked by his next words... Death? What is that suppose to me? Thinking it was all over, Eve walked to her to see if she was alright. "I'm alright." she saw Eve's eyes turn red.

"I'll.... I'll.... kill you. I'll kill you all!"

Eve was not herself, she used her whip on Kael once again. Her eyes glazed over. Elvira had no idea what was happening to her dear friend. Then a young girl came in and started to talk to Eve. Did she know her?

"Eve! Why are you doing this? Why?! I thought you liked it here. I thought we were friends! Why would you attack Kael like this? I-I can't let you do this, Eve! I can't let you hurt the people I love here. This is my family. I love Kael. And Kaitlyn. Everyone! Even you, Eve! Remember what you told me? About Triali? About being in the gardens? The fresh air? The smell of the roses? Of Gabe? Do you remember? You love being there. Well. I love it here. Please Eve. Please stop! Just... please..."

She watched the girls, tears rolling down her face. "No! Don't get close to her!" Elvira darted for the girl, trying to keep her safe from Eve's rage. Eve had stopped moving. But that could be a good sign...or a bad one...

Kaitlyn took a sip of her wine and sighed softly. "I just ask that you are not too hard on Elvira. She's been through a lot in her many years of life. It's not easy being a vampyre. You find many loves in your life time, it is only natural to fall for another time to time. It happened to Father Ulrik, it has happened to Kael. Even Gabriel. He had a girlfriend before Eve. It didn't last long, cause Eve had stayed in Triali and he fell in love with her.. It happens. It is life. You will find someone one day. Just becareful who you seek out though." Referring to Gabriel. Saraphina had received letters from the Triali siblings time to time. Which Kael knew nothing about. But she wanted to keep in touch with them, despite Kael's feelings towards Elvira.

"Anyways...." she was caught off by the sound of guards running through the halls. "Sounds like there was a bit of a commotion in Kael's study. Which doesn't surprise me at all. I guess we should go check on them, no?" she asked with a small smile.

The heat was extreme. So much so it left scorch marks in her wake of her footprints. There was something wrong. Who was that talking? Freaya? Was that her little sister talking? The flames died out and she stopped walking and stared at Tiggs thinking she was her sister. Eve began to calm down again but still wasn't in her right mind. Slowly she reached up a hand to take the flowers from her. But something went wrong. Instead of reaching for the flowers her hand shot up to her head, finger tangling into her hair as if she were in pain. With her other hand she dropped the whip and lashed out only meaning to push the girl away from her but ended up pushing into the wall just as she had with the guards. Both hands on her head the sounds that came from her were chilling. Something between a scream and growling. She staggered back and forth holding her head, growling. What was this pain? Why? Why was there so much blood?

"Daddy.... No! GAAAAAAAH!!!"

Eve's body jerked around violently keeping anyone else from getting too close to her. She slammed herself into the wall. Over. And over. And over again. It was beginning to crack under the strain. Stop. Stop the pain. Stop the blood. Stop! Burning through energy she was getting weak. Stumbling over her own feet she fell to the ground. Trying to get up she slumped down leaning against the wall with one arm to support herself. She was breathing hard. Gasping really. Her fangs retracted and nails receded to normal. The womans body shook with fatigue. Looking over to where Tiggs was she knew what had happened. She lost control. Again. Slowly she raised her head to look up at Kael and Elvira.

"I.... I'm.... I'm so sorry, Kael. Elvira. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry...."

Tears of blood began streaming down her face. This wasn't normal, even among vampyres to cry blood. Severe pain normally only used in torture or the breaking of a mates bond could inflict such. Eve was a prisoner of her own mind, her own demons. Her head felt light. Body heavy. She knew she was about to faint. Just before she heard footsteps. Looking over she recognized them. Kaitlyn and Saraphina. She locked eyes with Sara.

"You were supposed to protect her...."

With that Eve was out and fell against the wall. If not for the blood and destruction she would have looked peaceful in her sleep.

"I guess you and I have a different out look on the idea of love. In Vi-lon I am taught that such a bond between two vampires is sacred and should not be taken for granted. But, who am I to know what true love is for I never had a spouse but I have seen what it looks like," she shared. It was the type of love she has seen from her parents and also between Ulrik and Siena. Even if Ulrik ha previous lovers before. Although, Saraphina doubts that she shall ever find such a spouse but that doubt she will never show to anyone but her own siblings. To hear that Elvira and Gabriel tales of woe only made them sound as careless or naïve as Ulrik may have been once. Still Kael and Elvira's story sounded no better then Ulrik and Jessierys. Both Kael and Jessierys would kill out of heartbreak. Then this made Sara think her feelings on Gabriel. This affection was it love or just desire? It felt wrong now to think of him in such a way especially know that his heart shall always belong to another. To a woman who had left him.

Then came the commotion and Saraphina followed Kaitlyn back to Kael's study after taking another drink of her blood wine. At least they will no longer talk about "love." She wasn't much for sappy stuff or so she guesses. When they arrived back at Kael's study was when this stranger woman with blood red tears streaming down her cheeks did this woman had the nerve to blame Sara on the spot, "You were suppose to protect her..."

Saraphina had locked eyes with Eve the moment a finger was pointed but she quickly scurried to Elvira and Tigg's who looked distress before noticing a ruffled Kael. "Who has harmed you?" she asked quickly. She then looked over her shoulder to see maids attending to a now fainted Eve but strange woman to Saraphina. If anyone in this room laid a harmful hand on the Lady Elvira despite their dislike against each other Saraphina shall blow them into burning light. She was sure Gabriel would have.

Slamming against the wall she had been thrown in by Eve, she slid down landing on her rear end with a hard thump. Tiggs stayed motionless as the air was knocked from her lungs. And then when she did try to move it hurt so much tears sprung to eyes. The noises coming from Eve scared her most of all. She was a monster. Like the ones from Jesseryies palace. Like the ones that attacked her not so many years ago. Daddy? Why was she calling for her father? Tiggs tried to move again but still it hurt. Part of her wanted to run away. Another to protect Kael. And still another to comfort Eve. Hearing her sobs and apologies wrenched her heart confusing her all the more. Then lady Kaitlyn came in with one if their guests. She looked up at her with tears in her eyes and mouthed 'I'm sorry' since there was nothing she could do to stop it. She tried, but there was something seriously messed up with the unconscious woman before them all. And with what she said it was as if all of this was to defend her friend. Kael did attack that other woman from what she glimpsed. It was all so confusing. She couldn't bring herself to look at Kael right now. He was her lord, yes..... So much had happened in such a short time. All she wanted to do was ball up and disappear.

Kael getting caught by Eve was unexpected but when he saw her going in for the killing he knew at some point his time would come where the actions of the past would come to claim him, however when the flames stopped just short of engulfing him he sighed as he saw Eve snap out of her rage and soon collapsed from her body not being able to take the strain of the amount of power she exerted against him. Soon everyone was there all yelling and scrambling trying to figure out what happened, "quiet all of you bumbling idiots for one minute" Kael said with power radiating from him that silenced them all, "Elvira you are to go to your room under guard and await my summons with your....escort, that is a order" he said looking to his sister, "take care of Tiggs she is pretty shaken up" he said seeing his sister nod and he picked up Eve and said "I will deal with this fool myself" he said as he began to walk away with her until he saw Elvira standing in front of him with a glare he knew all to well. Kael sighed heavily saying "You have two options Elvira, you can either let me go so i can treat this moron of a vampyre who attacked the Lord of Nai-Rah not once but twice and save her life or you can try to keep me from taking her and let her die, at which point you must answer to your brother as to why the love of his life died within my borders and i am sure the last thing you want is your brothers going off and starting a war with me and my people" he said narrowing his eyes. once he saw her step aside he took Eve to his personal quarters, "Do not let anyone besides my sister into this room" he said as a whole squad of his most elite troops nodded their approval to his orders, "and find my damned general and his wife, I can't be everywhere with that emotional vampyre here" he said referring to Elvira.

Once the doors to his chambers closed he marched Eve over to his bed which was quite modest and normal for a Lord, he lied her down on it and immediately went to a closet where he kept hundreds of potions, elixirs, anything that could be concocted to grab his necessary equipment and ingredients to stabilize Eve. the most powerful ingredients, potions, everything was within his room and only Kael knew how to properly make these, it was why he was well known as a master healer and given the position of Lord by Ulrik a long time ago, he brought back what he needed and set it down beside him as he grabbed a knife and said "Sorry Eve but I have to do this" he said taking the knife and slashing her clothes off her to be able to help her. Kael picked up a vial and said "Let's get to work here" he said as he began to mix and inject Eve with different potions and Elixirs to get Eve back on her feet and feeling normal. After about a hour Kael had finished, he wiped his brow and covered Eve's naked body up so as she would not get cold and let her rest. Kael rubbed his eyes and started to undress as he walked into the bathroom and turned on his shower which was filled with diluted water to allow him to clean himself off, once it was nice and hot he stepped in and let the hot water wash away the sweat as he closed his eyes and sighed, "Elvira, I am sorry" he said quietly in a hushed tone. Kael always wanted to say those words to her but he never could, he had committed the worst sin of his life and nearly killed the woman he loved... "I guess I will truly be alone forever" he said as he let his thoughts drift off.

"Eli... no..."

Even in her sleep Eve was dedicated to keeping Elvira safe. When Kael picked her up she fussed, wriggling a bit, then calmed down. She called for her friend in a whimper. Her body was still hot to the touch from her outburst. The fever she was running was out of control and would have killed any human. She didn't wake up at from the time Kael picked her through the procedure. While he was in the shower she began to stir hearing the last part of what he said. Although she thought she dreamed it. Her entire body felt heavy as she woke and was instantly aware of the fact that she was nude. Feeling all the needle pricks and whatnot from his treatment she knew there had been some sort of medical attention given to her. Looking around she never would have expected it to Kaels room, no, his bed she was lying in. Nose flaring, absorbing the scents around her, thats when she realized it was him she was smelling. Blushing she pulled the sheet up under her chin. After a few minutes of him staying in the shower she moved to edge of the bed and tried to get up only to promptly fall back onto her bum. Quickly wrapping the sheet around like toga dress contraption, she tried again. Still pretty out of it she opted to remain seated this time. That was until she heard the water stop.

"I'm awake, just so you know. What exactly am I to wear now that my clothes are gone, Kael?"

She spotted the pile of slashed garments she had on before passing out near the wall. And that was where she kept her eyes locked in case he tried any antics. Trying to kill him twice was enough exposure for one day. She didn't need to see him with less than sheet as she was.

Elvira did not reach the girl in time, Eve had slammed the poor girl into the wall. "Eve!" she yelled, she reached the girl to help her up. She was in a lot of pain. "My dear, I am so sorry you had to witness this..." she said to the girl. There was water on the table not far from them. Elvira raised her hand up to the water pitcher, as her and moved the pitcher moved. It landed gently in her hands "Here, drink." she offered the pitcher to the girl. "Quiet, all of you bumbling idiots." Elvira looked up at the familiar voice, Kael.

"Elvira, you are to go to your room under guard and await my summons with your..escort, that is an order." Elvira rolled her eyes, she didn't need protection from any of these people. The only person remotely close to hurting her was Kael. Physically and emotionally. "I will deal with this fool, myself." She watched as Kael walked over to Eve and picked her up. Quickly, Elvira stood in front of Kael and glared. "You're not taking her anywhere." she snarled. All Kael did was sigh and said. "d up Eve and said "I will deal with this fool myself" he said as he began to walk away with her until he saw Elvira standing in front of him with a glare he knew all to well. Kael sighed heavily saying "You have two options Elvira, you can either let me go so i can treat this moron of a vampyre who attacked the Lord of Nai-Rah not once but twice and save her life or you can try to keep me from taking her and let her die, at which point you must answer to your brother as to why the love of his life died within my borders and i am sure the last thing you want is your brothers going off and starting a war with me and my people" Elvira stepped aside, still glaring at Kael. "Emotion Vampyre?! You sorry b*****d!" she started after him when two soldiers stopped in front of her. "Seriously? He needs little boys to guard him." She was so fed up with being treated as if she were a train wreck. With anger, she looked to Saraphina. "Come, we are to be escorted to my old quarters and I'm fine, thank you."

After the mess was cleaned up, Elvira and Saraphina were escorted to her old living quarters. When they got there a guard tried to enter her room. "I don't think so, big boy. You can stay out here. I have Saraphina to keep me company." Her eyes were red, to show she wasn't didn't want him there." The guard raised his hand and back away to the other side of the hallway. "Much better," she huffed and let Saraphina into the room. "Well, this went way worse than expected... Kinda..." she said. "I am sorry you had to witness that, Saraphina. The estrange woman was my friend Eve, Gabriel's love. She found me last night as I was leaving the meeting we all had in Gabriel's study. We went to my room and spoke for quite a while. Gabriel does not know she is here, so please, don't tell him. Eve has her own plans with meeting up with Gabriel again. She's been through a lot, since she left home..." Elvira sighed. She felt bad for Eve, she had been through so much. War... heart break... Poor woman..

The castle was bustling with people. Tensions were running high, and Rosette had no intention of getting involved. Just because a few people were stress out over things that had happened centuries before, didn't mean she had to get involved. She whistled as she turned around the corner, trying to find a quiet place to put up her sore feet. The trainer had the guardians running laps for at least an hour, just because Rosette had stepped away for a quick second. After the day she had, she didn't feel like putting up with anymore crap. Up in one of the top towers was a small sitting area, one that was usually empty. Seeing that the coast was clear, Rosette leaped onto one of the couches, stretching her dirty feet over the edge. It felt good to just relax!
