My problem isn't so much the dubbing as the fact that it's liscenced. Cause now it's gonna be a hellalot harder to get my fansubs. But hey, I found a place. heart
As for Kurogane's voice.... I gotta say, I give kudos to his JP seiyuu for expressiveness (he rocks) but he doesn't really fit the character, so I don't think they could get him much worse in the dub, unless they gots a woman or something playing his voice. And no one's THAT stoopid. I't's Syaoran, Sakura, and Fai's voices that I'm worried about. Cause they're all pretty good in sub (cept Sakura's, whe always sounds like she;'s on the verge of orgasm) and girls especially tend to have stereotyped voices so I'm just afraid that Syaoran will have a deep throaty hero voice, Sakura will have a cutesy adorable "heehee I'm so ditzy happy girly WAI!" voice, and Fai... well, I'm not sure cause I've never heard an english voice actor do that kind of character.
But that's just my fears, I aint judguing yet. I'm just irritated because the whole liscenced anime issue has slowed down my illegal activities. ninja
(What? I don't got money to pay for NUTHIN. I'm about to be a poor college student. I'm rehearsing.)

FUNimation got ahold of Tsubasa?! that makes me very happy blaugh you is the first person I heard say that....(rather, read) everyone else: weeeeeep----- you, my dear, are the only one of us all that is happy. you and that other new girl. why are you happy? are you happy that, that kurogane will stop swearing his brains off all the time and start saying "great scotts!" or "what in the world?" instead of "what the hell?"?! are you happy that fai-san will start having some australian accent, and have a freakishly LOW voice?! or are you happy that sakura will have the voice of tohru honda, all sensible and horrifyingly yucky?! or are you happy that syaoran will sound like some idiot, talking like a toya?! or what? how can you be joyous?! winged_sakura_san Zettai Daijobu Daioh!zettai=absolute daioh=is being (sort of) daijobu=all right, okay, fine -mokona Kyuuu~^^ to add on to Sakura-san's small lesson, Zettai can also mean "of course!" or "absolutely"--I think absolutely fits zettai more than absolute does. Absolute is more like--"perfect" which is [I'm taking a guess here...] "kampeki da!" [well, adding "da" it's now "IT'S perfect". NOTE: I am guessing--based on my knowlege [which is very minimal] of Japanese.*takes a red marker and crosses out Sakura-san's spelling of "da yo"* biggrin and to add on again~here's a good way to know how "da yo" is used: Daijoubu [da] means--"it's okay" saying "Daijoubu da yo~!" is like saying "it will be fine!" 3nodding o_o Hope that helps too...
