Some Badass Name So I have to work the closing shifts at work tomorrow and Saturday. I'm extremely peeved. One, because I'll have to drive to work instead of taking the bus since we'll get out around eleven at night. This is dumb! Why do we have to close an hour later because of holidays? And why don't the buses run an hour later for the holidays?!?! And second, Saturdays are my band days, and now I can't go. <******** lame. Just lame. All because one guy decided to quit and another wanted to take a last minute vacation. What happened to a two weeks ******** you guys... I don't get paid enough... nor am I allowed enough hours. I work my a** off to try to get somewhere, yet I literatlly live pay check to pay check and do not have a dollar to my name. I hate my job. I didn't even want to work there. I just jumped on bored from the layoff. I did it not to appease my mom and then they fired her after six years. I hate retail corperations. My eyes hurt so bad, and I can't go to the eye doctor because, guess what? I don't get benifits from work. Fun... I'm in so much pain, I can't see and... ugh. Yet my girlfriend is having the time of her life at her new job that just fell into her lap. And she says I shouldn't be so negitive? Of all the things I earn and don't recieve, I think I'm allotted some complaint time. Yes, I think so. Either give me a break or let me complain. ...I'm done now. Oh honey, I know what you mean. This will be the first Christmas EVER that I won't be able to spend with my family, all because my work was like, "NOPE. BLACKOUT FROM NOVEMBER TO JANUARY. CAN'T REQUEST ANY DAYS OFF." Looking into being a massage therapist though. Apparently they get paid a ton when they're really good and word gets out. The medical field is the place where jobs will always be required - even thirty years from now. And, unless I can appeal to the ******** judge on Monday or Tuesday, the next three years of my life are ******** RUINED. D< I just won't spend any money anymore. ******** this b***h, and ******** America. I'd rather live in Greece.

SilentShadowDreamer ...MOST periods go for a week? eek I have never met anyone besides me whose period went for a full week. Ever. In my life. And my range of knowledge is fairly broad, because last year I was basically a student pharmacy - all the girls on my floor knew I was the one with a ******** of Midol and Advil and they'd come borrow some whenever they ran out. We'd get to commiserating. *nod* But if yours is irregular and makes you really sick, have you considered going on birth control pills to help that? It helps regulate your hormones, which should theoretically help regulate and lighten your periods. You'd probably want to ask your doctor about it first, especially given your age, but it can really be helpful. As for the rest of that...suckish. *pat* That is why the rant page is here. haha ohh I mean 5 dayss!

Pssh. If he's old enough to be on Gaia, he's old enough to have had at least one Sex Ed class. I'm sure he's mature enough to deal.

Sex sounds like it's painful.
Whats really scary is pregnancy and childbirth. I watched a movie called "The Miracle of Life" and it shows a live birth and ... gah.
What grade are you in? I started getting sex ed lessons in the sixth grade and again in the eighth grade.

I attribute my sixth-grade sex ed class to the fact that I got my first period that year. Wearing white pants. Gah.
Because also, in the fifth grade my teacher shooed all the boys out and gave us all pads - to look at them and know what they were for. When I first grew my boobies, I refused to wear bras and it's possible my teacher caught on. I was a very early bloomer - my boobies sprouted when I was in the middle of fourth grade.

I assume you'll be getting your first sex ed class near the end of the year. Most of the time, sex ed classes happen at the end of the year. If you really want to know if you're getting one, talk to your teacher.

*lurk lurk* I had Sex Ed in 7th grade, then we learned more about it in Personal Health, which I took sophomore year.
I started my period at 11. UGH. And mine always last exactly 5 days, with the first day/two days with cramps. And I get either really angry or really sad just before I get my period. ; ~ ;

I got my first period when I was in sixt, and OMG WAIT A MINUTE!!!
Both of those happened to me. I was an early bloomer! smile
(Except for the white pants LMAO!! No offense)
I wore a sports bra when I started. Now I need a new brah >.<
I wore pads two months after I first started. Until then, and a month later, I ONLY used Tampons.
I still use tampons.

Pssh. Oh, Infinity. You haven't really lived until you've started sex ed at the age of eight and watched The Miracle of Birth by ten years old. In a class of mixed boys and girls. :3
I started getting my boobs when I was about seven. I remember quite distinctly because my mother noticed it for the first time - and loudly pointed it out - in front of a room full of guests. *sigh* I got my first period when I was eleven, too. On December 25th. Merry ******** Christmas. >.<
Jesus, Lights, you still haven't had a sex ed class and you're thirteen? They haven't told you anything at all? Have you even talked about it with your parents? Talk to your parents. They are supposed to be helping you to understand all this scary adult stuff, like sex and jobs and university. *nod*

LOL! Creeperrr! I get cramps before I start mine. it suxxx! HAHA!! Lmao I bet the ugys HATED that classs!! I asked my mom about my boobs x,x No Not one class. BUT I have a dirty ind so it's okayyy! I know what everything is...... I mean. Do you know how many times my parents had said in front of me "Don't come in, we're nekkid" I MEAN SERIOSULY!! It was scarring! But it still scaress meee!

Hey, I sat right next to a boy watching "The Miracle of Life" and screamed so that the whole dang class could hear "I'm afraid to get pregnant!" Can you freaking imagine? I don't remember anyone's reactions, thank goodness.
Yep, first period at eleven. -nods- And I take no offense in your laughter, miss Star Lights, because it's funny to look back on even for me. If only I knew then what I knew now.
Mom's 'sex talk' with me was very short and very akward. xD Lasted ten minutes tops. And my Dad was in the hallway singing the National Anthem really loudly because he didn't want to hear it and I had wished I could be anywhere but there. Ah, good times.
Until about sixth grade, two years after my boobies sprouted, I never even wore a bra to begin with. -laughs- I don't remember anyone ever pointing it out directly to me, but one day I finally put one on because I noticed that in pictures my high beams were on, you know? Pretty weird stuff.
I've only put a tampon in once. Oh! But do I have a gross-a** story for you!
It was actually just a few months ago, back in August. We went to Soak City (Chula Vista, CA) and I was on my period. I was standing in line for something and suddenly a woman taps me on the shoulder.
"Are you on your period?"
"Oh no, am I showing?"
"It's running down your leg."
GAH! I hightailed it back to our chair and wallowed in self pity until my sisters came to get me.
Oh yeah, and cramps suck. I get them for either just the first or the second day depending on what time I started. For instance, if I started when I woke up in the morning the cramps would be gone by the next morning. If I started in the late morning / afternoon the cramps would be gone by the late morning / afternoon. So my cramps last about 24 hours.

LMAO!!! OMFG my parents would FREAK at this conversation! They can already hear me laughing! >.< Lol OMG that NEVER has happeened to me. God am I luckyy! I have irratation under my nose cuz i'm getting over a cold. I keep putting Petroleum Jelly on it cuz I looked up how to get it the f*** away!! It isn't working >.<
