Just then, Naoki realized that she had left her bookbag back in a classroom. She gasped, "Oh no! I have to go get it!" she said to noone inparticular as she began to turn. She looked back at Cross and called back, "I'm sorry, I forgot something important, I'll see you around!" and with that, she dashed away.
The exhilaration that coarsed through Lawfayet's body as he fell ended almost as quickly as it had begun. His feet noiselessly landed on a hard volcanic rock surface. He looked around to find himself in a completely black cave, save fr the few torches that hung from the wall. Everything was jus tas he remembered. The darkness that would have permanently blinded a human, the sound of the faint screaming of some poor soul lost inside the underworld. The freezing walls of the cave, and the intense heat that infiltrated every bit of the almost unbreathable air. Yes, everything was just as Lawfayet remembered. He smiled and began to walk along a dark tunnel. After a long trek, he came to an opening in the tunnel which lead into a large dome shaped room made of the same rock that the rest of hell was. In this room on a large bone-white chair sat a female demon. Her tail twichted slightly when he entered the room. The demon bared her teeth, and growled, "What can you possibly be doing here," Lawfayet let out a low chuckle that reverberrated throughout the walls of the cavern, "Oh, I just wanted to see you again, Lucy," and in the blink of an eye he was aross the room leaning over her. He smiled "How have you been, dear mother?" and with that he kissed her on her full lips. Lucy's eyes widened in rage, and she kicked him away with all of her might. Lawfayet flew through the room, and landed smoothly on his feet. Lucy stood up screamed at him in a way only demons can and lunged at him.

((Dasha is taking over Dasha's part X3))

Dasha continued to mindlessly wander the halls, her eyes still glued to her book. She paused as she felt someone ahead of her. She stopped walking and slowly lifted her eyes from her books. There was another....a male...crouched in the window. As far as she could tell, he was one like her, a vampire. She had met other vampires in her long life, but hadn't socialized much with any of them. She had known as well that there were others in that school, but she had never had the luxury of meeting one. But perhaps that was a good thing.

Demetri turned his head when he felt someone look at him. His eyes locked on Dasha and a smile came to his face. He was a shut in, never really meeting any other vampires in his life with his master. He watched her intently for a moment, like a cat waiting to see what another cat will go before he leaped from his perch. He landed swiftly on his feet and in a few strides he was in front of Dasha. "And what book are you reading?" He asked, wondering if it was one of the thousands of books he already read. His eyes didn't wonder anywhere on her body for the reason that he was a raise a gentleman for 200 years, and he has seen his share of women. He only peeked when he got super drunk once in a while.

Naoki rushed to the classroom and quickly located her bag. She took swift strides across the room and picked up the bag. She glanced around the room, and then thought back to Cross, "Oh I was so rude to him...I should go back and apologize," and with that she started back for the library, her skirt flying out behind her.

Dasha Larvin

Dasha stared at Demetri for a long moment, unspeaking. His reaction to her seemed almost the polar opposite of the last guys'....Lawfayet. She wasn't sure if she really cared or not, but he had asked her a question. It was probably best that she answered.
"Fahrenheit 451," she answered him. Her answer, as usual, was simple. They often didn't leave much up for discussion, but, in this case, a book could bring on a long conversation.
She stared at his face as she waited for him to either speak or act. She stopped expecting anything from anyone long ago, so she rarely tried to guess what they were going to do. Or at least not consciously. What goes on in the unconscious mind is often lost, even in beings as sensitive to thoughts as vampires.

Demetri crossed his arms over his chest and watched Dasha. "Read it. How many copies do you have?" He asked. He assumed she was older than she looked because he was taught that it was polite. He himself burned his first copy, and ended up buying twenty more for no real reason than to just fill up shelf space. He was curious as to if she was a natural born, how old she was, and who turned her.

Dasha Larvin

Dasha glanced down at the book momentarily before looking back up at the vampire in front of her.
"Just this one," she said, finding his first comment slightly odd. "And...that's what I intend to do..."
She glanced out the window for a few moments before slamming the book closed in her hand. She looked back to Demetri. It would appear she wouldn't get as much reading done as she had assumed.
"You're a vampire, no?" she asked him. "Я могу обычно узнавать мою собственную гонку."

Demetri shrugged some. "Yes. And, I only caught parts of that, love. I'm working my way to the Russian language. By who have you been sired by? You don't look like one to be from any American or Canadian clans I know of," He said. He tilted his head to the side, almost seeming like an innocent boy if it weren't for the fact that his eyes were burning with a slight hunger.

Dasha Larvin

Dasha stared at him for a moment, contemplating his question. She wasn't entirely sure she understood his entire meaning, but she could guess.
"I wasn't 'sired' if what you're speaking of is what I'm thinking," she answered after a moment. "I was born a vampire and live independently. I don't belong to any 'clans'. I am my own person."
She let her arms drop to the side when she finished her sentence. This seemed rather peculiar to her. Then again, she didn't have many experiences with other vampires, so any conversation held with one could be considered peculiar.

Demetri smirked. "I am the same as you now. Be glad you don't have to worry about clans. I'm Demetri Archabald Von Straten, the sixth," He said as he held his hand out to her. "But I doubt my mortal name holds any meaning to you if my name means anything at all," He said.

Dasha stared at his hand for a short moment before reluctantly taking it.
"It's a bit long," she commented. "Dasha Larvin."
She held his hand awkwardly, apparently not knowing quite what to do with it. She often was socially awkward, though she didn't really notice much.
"Your first name can be considered Russian. Was that the intention or is it from a different nationality?"

He leaned his head down and kissed the top of her hand gently. "Dasha is a beautiful name. My name I think was from my mother's side of the family. Her father was Russian, but I myself am English," He said. "What do you do around here for fun, besides read?" He asked.

"That's about it," Dasha admitted, taking her hand back from him once he was...'done' with it. "I haven't explored much of the grounds other than my room and the library. And a few of the classrooms. I'm not the best person to ask about 'fun'."
She paused to pick her brain for any other possible things to do, but none came to mind. She probably should have looked around a bit more earlier.
"I take it you're new here?"
PostPosted: Sun Mar 29, 2009 5:30 pm

Demetri nodded. "Yeah, but I've found a few fun things to do. For one, if you shoot things at angels they flip out. That's about it. I was thinking about getting me something to eat. Would you care to join me?" He asked.

Dasha shrugged, glancing out the window momentarily before looking back to him.
"Sure, why not?" she said. 'Nothing else to do, after all.'
She wasn't sure what she thought Demetri just yet. He seemed very polite, which was different. She was used to people's, mostly males, eyes to slip down when they spoke to her. She didn't notice him doing it. So he was different. Was that good or not? She'd have to see.
