They wouldn't let Ian kill Gino in that fashion. Too morbid for the site. I think it was all just a fantasy of Ians until he was snapped out of it by Sasha commenting about his cutting.
Ian is jealous but too much of a momma's boy to actually kill anyone. For some reason when I was thinking of a killer my mind snapped to Liam.
Somehow I think Gino is gonna go evil. He already totally has the look for it, I mean with the red eyes, devil locks of hair, father's legacy, ooh too good smexyness 3nodding
If Gino does end up going evil and kidnapping Sasha the most Ian would do would probably be pushing him off the new tower that Gino would build.
I dunno, just my thoughts.

I think that gino might be a clone of papa gambino, but raised as a son, you know, just in case something bad happened so that the gambino legacy wasn't interrupted by any sort of sabotage and what not. And I think the pills have to do with keeping cloney alive for some reason or another.
Thats my theory.
