Kenji lowered his arrow. "Right...I believe you..." he said heading into the cave. "Drea...it's alright..." he said quietly as he walks over to the frightened girl. "...I'm sorry..."

Gwendolyn shook her head, "You're absolutely right. Forget that I mentioned a 'Ragna'... Anyway, that's very good. I would say that your 'likeness' for him is... unconditonal." She sighed, "I need to reminesce about the past... please, go off and enjoy the village. It is full of... wonderful people." She smiled weakly at Emi and laid down on her bed, "Come back in a few hours. Perhaps I may feel the need to indulge our conversation further."

Drea whimpered, blinking rapidly to try to keep from crying in a mixture of fear and relief that they had survived. "W-we can't st-stay here anymore. Or c-come back..."

Akiba tucked his tags back into his pocket, strung his rifle onto his back, and put his knife into his sheath. "Kenji, you ever serve any time in the BOO army before SIN took over?" Akiba asked, following Kenji into the cave.

Xircas followed the trail, but he couldn't make out where Kenji was. "Dang where have you gone to.." He wanted to yell out his name, but that would call in unwanted attention, so he continued looking until he stumbled upon a cave. He knew it would be dangerous to go in but he was curious. Looking around he could hardly see so he snapped his fingers and made himself a light , and ventured into the cave.

Akiba heard steps outside the cave. He looked towards the entrance when a figure appeared. Akiba unstrung his rifle from his back and aimed at the figure."Move and die." He said to the unknown person in the entrance. "Charge me and I will not hesitate to fire."

Shigure's ears perked up as he smelled Xircas entering the cave. He growled softly for a moment, then stopped to simply sniff the air curiously.

Kenji hesitated and pulled Drea close to him. "...I'm sorry but Drea...we can..."he stopped himself short, realizing that they could not replace their home. He sighed and tried to hold Drea close. "I never really served along side BOO." he said turning his attetion to Akiba. He saw Xircas enter the cave and sighed. "Relax...he is an ally..." he said glancing down at Drea. "Look, can everyone just please wait outside for a bit...?" he asked with a sad tone.
Emi blushed. "I...fine." she said firmly. She crossed her arms and headed towards the door but stopped. "Can I ask you something...?" she Sao quietly. "What was Levin like when he was little?"

Xircas quickly stopped dead in his tracks when he heard the sound of a gun being loaded. He soon saw the person who was pointing the gun right at him. Looking a bit surprised it reminded him of a certain person that he encountered many times, but it wasn't him. "I knew I smelled gun powered around here, but don't need to point that or I might get the wrong idea." said Xircas.

Akiba lowered the rifle and walked from the cave, he went to a tree and climbed into it, looking for birds. He was thirsty. He spotted a small bird on a tree branch a little farther above him. He jumped several branches to it and grabbed it before it could take flight. He spotted the neck of the bird and sank his fangs into the short neck. The crimson liquid flowed through the bird and into his fangs smoothly. He released the bird and it fell lifelessly to the ground below him. "That was a nice snack." He said aloud.

Drea nodded, blushing deeply before huddling against Kenji. "...I kn-know... W-we were the ones that s-showed him where the inn w-was... But all these others..." ...Now that they kn-know where our home is we can't ever come b-back... Or e-even stay here now... So we should j-just go...

"Well I ain't much of bird person.." Soon he turned his attention to Kenji, then noticed Drea was with him. "Well thanks, keep this up and I'm going to have to owe you, but what's new with you?" asked Xircas.

Kenji frowned. "Shh...Drea...you can return, they don't know you leave here..." he said kissing the top of her head. He glanced at Xircas. "Uh...nothing much really." he muttered with a faint blush on his cheeks.
