Edward didnt react to the kick but then he grabbed Sirius by the scruff of his neck and yanked him backwards so he'd release his grip on Kiara. "I told you before not to ever touch her." Edward snatched the gun so fast and without thinking he shot at Sirius with it hitting him in the arm slightly.

Kaira shook her wrist. Sirius had brooken it, but it would heal fast enough. "Entertainment? That is stupid." She said still scowling. "I don't feel like dealing with you right now anyway, so run along, before you end up dead meat." Thanks. She said to Edward silently, realizing it was stupid to get mad at him when he stood up for her.

Sirius howled out a bit when he was hit with the bullet. He pulled it out of him as quik as he could wincing. "Aw how sweet." He said mockingly, though his teeth were clenched. "....Unfortunatly I told you that I don't listen....son of a b***h." He growled at them both. "Well I have to run along anyway. And it isn't cause I'm scared of you niave mutt, or you moody leech. I just have some bussiness to atend to." he said as he threw some sand in their faces and disappeared off into the distance before they could reply.

Edward blinked a few times getting sand out of them. He slowly and silently handed the pistol back to Kiara. Edward barely looked at her as he spoke. "You okay?"

Joey laid in the sand, feeling the cold grains between her toes and fingers as she grasped at it at regular intervals. It was an involuntary action mind you...she was completely lost in her thoughts. her unending gaze was directed at the new moon that shone on her form, revealing a beautiful creature, her dark blue eyes glistening in contrast to her sparkling red bikini.

"So this is the best of what L. A. has to offer?.....it's cozy out here," Joey muttered to herself as she sat up, grabbing her jacket and pants from the ground, careful not to let her munitions fall. Slipping her pants on right ovr her suit, she began heading into the city, fastening her belt just as sh reached the outskirts of the beach.

Midnight Drowner Edward blinked a few times getting sand out of them. He slowly and silently handed the pistol back to Kiara. Edward barely looked at her as he spoke. "You okay?" Kaira wipped her face off and shoke her wrist again. "Yeah I am fine. You?" She looked off into the distance. "At least he isn't as bad as Blair, though he is more annoying. What the heck is his problem?"

"The guy has issues." Edward muttered. He looked at her his eyes more red than green now. Looking down at her wrist he said, "GOod thing you are a lycan, you always seems to get injuries. always a good thing to heal faster than anyone else."

"Obiously." Kaira said rolling her eyes. "Maybe nobody ever loved him or something." She noticed his eyes but choose not to say anything. "Oh yeah, I guess that is one good thing about being a lycan. I might have been dead by now without that, but being a lycan also might be the cause of an early death. It is debateable I guess. Same with being a vampire, I guess that would have it's good points and bad points as well."

a little ways down the beach fromt he lycans, a small figure washed up from in the waves, unconcious. they coughed a bit though.

"Wha-" She began to ask Edward as she peered over her shoulder. She squinted her eyes. "It's a little kid!" She said swirving around in the sand so fast that she fell, but she quikly stood up and ran over to the kid and shook him slightly.

the kid coughed a little, and a wave rolled up around him, washing sand off of him, revealing several wounds covering him. his hair was a pale grey, slowly becoming paler...

Edward moved foreward slightly but he kept distnace between him and the kid. His eyes looked at each wound as he tried to keep the bloodlust under control. He looked at Kiara then to the kid. "What are you going to do?"

Kaira picked up the kid and carried him back further so the waves didn't go over him. She set him down back far on the beach and then knelt down beside him. She noticed the wounds and thought of Edward's already red eyes. "I don't know what I am going to do...Edward can you help me....or not?" She asked him looking up at him longingly.
