I nod i remain standing to put them on i start wiht my legs moving to my waist then i put it on my neck then my arms I stand there feelign liek my limbs were gonna fall off but then i pump chakra in to my body to increase the ability to hold them. (CP: 55/75)

"Good. Now while training you must keep your chakra focused on the rings so they do not fall and kill you. This will help you keep your mind clear and focused while you move. As you move, your body will become more and more fatigued. However you must not fluctuate your chakra to increase your stamina or the control over the rings will fail. This will cause you to use your own will power to keep your body moving, therefore will increase your overall potential."

Doku then walked over to a control panel and switched it on. Pressing a button the room he was inside, the walls began to open as hundreds of holes opened.
