Meme followed her into the kitchen and couldn't help but to smile at her neurotic cleaning. "So...did he say anything that might have been concerning to you?" he asked softly, though a part of him didn't want to know.
 } { Sarah } {
"Come to me and continue the chest compressions. Your stronger so you can do much better than me. Do thirty compressions and I'll breathe for him." she instructed, grabbing his shirt to direct where he needed to be. After the first thirty compressions Sarah plugged Kuro's nose, arched his head a little, and blew a deep breath of air into his lungs but he wouldn't come to. "Thirty more." she instructed, breathing into his lungs once more. "One more time!" she said, raising her voice a little as frustration settled in. Another deep breath into his lungs and Kuro finally came to. Sarah breathed a sigh of relief.

Kuro gasped as he was suddenly forced conscious again, the voice was gone from his mind now. He took a few deep breaths and opened his eyes to see Sarah and Rufus. He didn't need to ask what had happened, he could remember it just fine. Kuro practiced breathing for a moment before speaking. "Sorry to worry you Sire." he mumbled softly.

 Rufus did as instructed, not panicking: Kuro couldn't die on him. Still, he breathed a sigh of relief and smiled as Kuro woke up.
"Don't apologise to me; I think there's someone out in the hallway who'd like to see you're alive," he looked to Sarah, "that is, if he's allowed back in?"

Martha sighed and turned to him. "Meme, please stop asking questions. He's very private and I think the best thing for us to do, is to be there for Akito."
Akito paced outside, worried and wincing every other step. He wasn't in so much pain that he'd need to lie down, but a couple of the stitches were pulling.

Meme didn't expect her to snap back but she had a point. It was best to be there for Akito than to worry about the details. He gave a soft sigh and nodded. "You're right....I'm gonna go see how he's doing." he said softly, making his way out to the hall where he could see Akito worrying. Meme came up to him and embraced him tightly. "He'll be okay." he whispered to him softly.
} { Sarah } {
Sarah nodded. "Yes he can be allowed in now, but not too many guests at once. He needs his rest." she said to Rufus casually before turning her attention back to her patient. "I need to know what happened Kuro." When she received her answer she gave Rufus a rather concerned expression.

Kuro glared at Sarah and closed his eyes for a little while. "There's nothing to know......I don't want to see Akito. Tell him to go away." he grumbled, turning onto his side however painful it was. He just wanted to shut out the world right now.

Rufus decided to let Akito in only after they'd spoken to Kuro. He took Sarah aside. "How do we help him with that?" he whispered.

Martha winced. She hadn't meant to snap, but Kuro didn't want everyone knowing... she kept cleaning.
Akito smiled weakly at Meme, hugging him back. "Thank you."

Meme gave a soft smile and continued to hold his friend. "Come on, lets sit. It won't do you any good if you make yourself sick from all this worrying." he said softly, helping Akito to a nearby bench.

Sarah shook her head. "I'm only a nurse, not a hypnotist. But....if I may be a little blunt Sire....He is your personal servant. He's bound under royal contract to do as you order." she said with a little smile. "If I wanted to get something out of him....I'd order him to say something. He trusts you, he might just open up." she whispered back, walking to her desk once more to make a medicinal water that would help with Kuro's stress.

Kuro could hear the two of them whispering but he couldn't figure out what they were saying. He didn't care right now, he would much rather be under a rock than talk to someone.

Rufus sighed to himself and nodded. Going to Kuro, he sat down on the edge of the bed. "Kuro, I order you to talk to me. Tell me what's wrong, what happened. Tell me what's troubling you so much."

Kuro hated this, he was under oath. According to his contract whenever his Master orders him to do something, if he denies it then his Master would act as judge, jury, and if necessary the executioner. But he knew Rufus wouldn't order something so juvenile if he didn't care. He continued to stay facing away from Rufus, he couldn't stand to be looked at right now. "I.....I started...to hear voices...." he started to say in a soft voice, he could imagine the expression on Rufus' face right now. "They kept telling me to......'hurt'.....Akito. The last thing....they told me to do..." Kuro paused, he didn't want to say this. "Was to....rips his clothes off...and...." Kuro couldn't bring himself to finish the sentence.

Rufus nodded. "I get the picture." Leaning close, he whispered into Kuro's ear. "I'm having similar issues with Meme - not the hurting, but the ripping clothes off."
He pulled back. "You realise, Akito is 20 years old? Tell me: have you asked him how he'd feel about having his clothes ripped away by you?"

Kuro didn't want to think of that. "No....You don't understand.....The voices want me to rape him. I'm afraid of what I might do to him.....But I'm most afraid of these voices getting worse. And they're not just telling me to do this to Akito..." he said softly, sitting up on his bed with his back still facing Rufus. "They wanted to do that to his siblings too.....and to Martha....."

Rufus frowned, then sat forward. "So it's getting worse. Tell me, when did you last have any kind of sexual encounter? Was it," he lowered his voice even more, "Alaric? You can just nod if it was, and if it wasn't... were you attracted to whoever it was?"

Kuro turned his head and glared at Rufus for even mentioning the man's name but he quickly averted his gaze. "I.....haven't...." He just couldn't bring himself to say it, just the thought of what Alaric did to him made his stomach turn. Kuro wrapped his arms around his stomach and gave a soft sigh. "The first scenario...." he mumbled, willing his stomach to settle.

Rufus nodded, his fears confirmed. He stood. "Kuro, stay there and don't move. I'll be right back."
He went to Sarah. "His only 'sexual' experience is with Alaric, and that was brutal and not consensual. Is it any wonder he doesn't know how to react to any attraction, especially when it's for someone 10 years younger - that'd be difficult for most people, but I think it makes him feel perverted. Which lets in those thoughts. What can we do?" He spoke in a whisper throughout, not wanting Kuro to hear.

Sarah gave a soft sigh, so much damage and not enough knowledge to heal it. "That is a wound of the mind and soul Rufus. I am only limited to the body's wounds. There is no science that would have answer for this Sire." she said sadly. "This is something only he can fix. It will take time and he needs to be patient...Forgive me but, I couldn't help eavesdropping on your conversation. I can provide a little comfort about the voices. He would need to be open about how bad they're getting. If the voices get to be too much I can provide a sedative that will cause him to sleep. The voices might have been what put him here."

Kuro hung his head as Rufus left, his disappearances were getting on his nerves. He wasn't enjoying being alone with his thoughts but maybe Rufus would come back with an answer that can help him.

Kuro had turned around this time, facing where Rufus had sat. He looked up at the young prince and then looked back down at the floor upon hearing the question. "I trust you most Sire.....You have always been there, even when you heard about me and your father you did not throw me away. You have saved my life countless times. I would do anything for you."
