Parkour is more along the lines of stunts, while Free-running(At least the version I used to do) is more of a race, going over, under, or through any obstacle in your way, rather than around it. Oh, and parkour is German, I think. It's an actual german word.

sorry everyone i've been highly busy with finals having JUST ended and me getting three new jobs, and work, and the new trimester starting and being sick, and everything else, i'm back though i sware! I really am sorry! you have no idea how sorry i am. >.<
