Eve turned when Alice called her name. The girl smiled. "So brother isn't with you. He must be off hunting then." The girl said thinking about her brother. "He must trying to get an elk for you. He may not be as good as a romantic, but he will shower you with meat."

Alice laughs nervously some, "yeah...listen Eve. Can we talk in private? I need to tell you something important." She says in a sadden tone.

"Yes of course. My hut isn't too far." The girl commented as she lead the way. It didn't take long till they got into the hut. It was dark as normal, just without Julian around to lurk in the halls.

Alice follows Eve to her hut. "Eve...before I said anything, I need to not hate me for this." She says and takes a deep breathe. "Eve. I wasn't willing to mate with your brother." She says quickly. "He didn't take it too well...I tried to fight him...tried to get away but...he..." Alice says as tears started to tear up. She starts shaking some and then, the tears fell. "He...mated with me...without the ceremonially blessings...without my consent..."

The pale girl was about to ask why she didn't want to be her brother's mate when she mentioned that she had been raped. The healer grew paler as the blood rushed from her face. "What?" She said with wide eyes. Julian was so gentle to her and nice. It was hard for her to believe that her brother had done such a think. "There's no way. You must be lying." She said in disbelief.

Alice shakes her head. "I'm not lying to you Eve." She says as she rolls her sleeves up, revealing some rather dark colored bruises on her upper arms from her brother. "These don't lie. I have other wounds that are healing...but I fear for the next few months Eve...this is the time of year were we are most fertile..." Alice says as she sits down, which was uncomfortable to do.

Eve couldn't believe it. She could see her brother's hand and finger prints with the bruise. She started to cry. "Why can't both of you love each other. My brother is a great guy." The girl cried out.

Alice lowers her head. "The world isn't perfect Eve. It wasn't your brother, I never wanted to mate...now look at me." She says, getting up and started to walk out. "Eve, please understand that I couldn't give myself to him. Now, we're all suffering because he just couldn't leave me alone. I'm sorry for being selfish...but now, I'm stuck with no mate and going to be a mother. I'll see you later Eve," Alice says and starts walking out.

Eve was upset. She wasn't going to be the good little girl her brother wanted her to be. She wanted to have a mate. She wanted to have a family. She was going to seduce someone now. She just didn't care anymore. The girl went off to find the man who she treated earlier.

"Ok. Well this is it." Lilian said closing her door and locked it. She had cleared out everything. Her boxes were in her wagon, she sometimes used while gathering outside the village. She pulled the wagon along to the new hut, their home. She smiled at it before pulling her wagon to the front of it.

Rosario helped his bride with the stuff and as soon as they were at the house he unloaded the wagon and put things in the house. He was happy to do so since they could now be together forever.

Lilian then started to set up her things in their rom. She placed her clothes in her draws smiling. The young lady made sure to keep everything in order before placing her other things like plates adn herbs in the kitchen.

Rosario helped as best as he could. He would flirt with his mate here and there by kissing her or some part of her body or holding her close for a moment. He didn't think he would ever regret choosing her to send his life with.
