Kahlan_BrightBlade I know... it got boring for me too after a while Currently reading:Nothing at the moent. I finished the Tokaido road. WARNING: This is a rant. Feel free to skip it, but the gist is that I think Helen Keller is irritating. 3nodding Blugh. Plus I've decided that she's an irritating person who thinks she's amazing at everything. Yes, she overcame deaf-blindness, but we don't need to keep hearing over and over about how much more difficult this was for her and how incredible she is at overcoming that and how much worse everything was for her personally because of yatta yatta...driving me nuts. xp And she called a horseshoe crab a "poor dumb animal." What gave her the authority to say that? She thought that when she was still unable to communicate with anyone without throwing tantrums...excuse me if I detected some hypocrisy there. Sorry, went off ranting a bit. Just irritates me. Pretty much you can ignore that whole paragraph, I just needed to say that. Here, I'll add a pre-warning so you don't have to read it, kahlan. xd

I have such nice friends! One got a ride out into town the other day and bought me two new volumes of manga, Bleach Vol. 12, and Beauty Pop Vol. 3. It cuts back on what I need to get this summer. I have once again turned my focus towards a few particular series: The Gentlemen's Alliance, Beauty Pop, Bleach, Skip Beat, Tsubasa, and Fruits Basket. sweatdrop Although, I do want the new Yume Kira Dream Shoppe volume when it comes out. 3nodding

I currently have Bird Kiss Volume 3 in my desk right now, but I just read several manga this weekend and I have a few more at home. I just read Volume 16 of Fruits Basket last night. It is a really heart-wrenching volume, at least for me. Other than that, I really enjoyed Tail of the Moon Volume 4 this weekend. I'm really into that manga right now. I've got the first volume of Millineum Snow to read next. Oh! And the new Boys Over Flowers (no idea what volume number). I just read that yesterday. It was good as always. I guess that is it for now. 3nodding

Kaiyo-chan my friend upstairs lent me FB Vol. 16 since I know I asked my mom to pick it up for me so I'd have it to read when I went home. ^^;; So I've read it and it is very heart-wrenching. Gawd I'm praying that Kyo and Tohru get together. So perfect for each other.

In school, we're reading Gulliver's Travels and other 18th century works of satire. For fun, I'm trying out The Three Musketeers. We'll see how that goes. xd

I read Fruits Basket vol. 16. It made me cry... Gotta complain that I don't care how the art has changed. Right now...sometimes it looks nice, other times it doesn't. It kinda looks like Takuya's gotten a bit lazy.

It kinda looks like Takuya's gotten a bit lazy. At least they announced the end of Fruits Basket will be volume 23 now. So I know how much more money I have to fork over for that series. xd

I managed to get my mother to stop on the way home from college so that I could get Bleach Vol. 13, and Skip Beat Vol. 6. Both are very good.
