Lightface's fur bristled. "Does Torrenstar care about his apprentice at all? Sandpaw's said about two words and looks like he's unconcious again, and he's very sick!" She looked at the small bundle of fur. "Fine, but don't blame us if StarClan claim him tonight!"

Dragoneyes started. "But.. I thought he was feeling a little better? And Torrentstar is coming tomorrow, not tonight." Her eyes wide, she gazed at the tiny apprentice. "If he is not able to travel by tomorrow, Torrentstar won't take him. Torrentstar is wise enough to know that."
Dragoneyes flicked her ears. "Is he really that bad off?" she asked, apprehension in her voice. She had thought he was just sleeping it off. Was he that injured?

Hazelpaw backed away slowly out of the medicine cat den. She kind of wanted to stay there and get to know Sandpaw, but she knew that he was still asleep. She slid next to Lightpaw, just barely brushing her pelt.
"I wish Sandpaw would wake up..." she mewed to Lightpaw with a small smile.

Lightface grimaced. "Going into RiverClan camp means crossing the river. Does Sandpaw look ready to cross the river?" She motioned to the non-moving form. She flicked her tail, and thought briefly of Minxpelt. It made her calm down a little, and she mewed softly, "Remember what the dogs did to Minxpelt? I'm afraid of that happening again..."

((I'm sorry i don't mean to say you're wrong or anything lily, i'm just wondering for myself, isn't it thunderclan's border that the river travels along? Even if that's so just leave everything you've posted as it is! it makes sense to the story... the crossing the river thing... sweatdrop ))
Lightpaw nodded to Hazelpaw in agreement and interest as she followed her friend out of the medicine cat's den. It would be awfully interesting to meet him she thought. Her mind flickered back to Torrentstar. She wondered if he would really come... well no ... she knew he would come... she wondered if he would really come to take Sandpaw away, even in his condition. Then an unexpected wave of disappointment washed over her suddenly as she thought about it. She had been so eager to meet him. To meet another small, apprentice and see how he was compared to the huge, suspicious, Riverclan warriors she had previously met. But then she thought the sooner he was off their territory, the better. She glanced back at Hazlepaw. She seemed tired too... Lightpaw yawned, her questions would be left unanswered for tonight, and unavoidably would be answered tomorow.
((btw has anyone been in contact with kei? his presence is necessary, I'm afraid for the next part of this gonk ...))

Hazelpaw yawned after seeing Lightpaw yawn, and padded into the apprentice den. She curled up in a tight ball and closed her eyes. Slowly she began to slip away into a deep slumber.

(Just great. We have no leader of WindClan at the moment, not to mention Sandpaw's going to be unconcious forever. We've sent him a lot of PM's...And Kei has like what, ten characters?)

(Sandpaw. Definetly Sandpaw. And...what's basically happening is that Torrenstar is going to pick up Sandpaw, Lightface's angry about it, and we're angry because Kei is never online.)
