[[ Kenshin is the awesome, thus why I give myself the nickname xD. (That and a few instances of playing the role.) I just hope I come here again tomorrow -_-. If not, please ignore my existence as if I fell into the ground, leaving not a trace of it. I used to have to go to bed... well, now. I'm just using different buses now (recently moved, but my school schedule didn't).]]
Managing to, somehow, make short eye-contact with this quasi-familiar person as though their passing glances were destined to meet, Kythe notices something familiar about her--something that, he realizes, is familiar because it seems like a quality that he exhibits. That of not exactly being a single occupant of this body of his, and of the other occupant being... well, being the opposite of himself, mostly. It seems rather common, now that he thinks of it, but never seems to fail at making him a bit uneasy.
Trying fiercely to push that notion out of his head, Kythe sets a pot of water to boil on the stove, collectng a nice-sized mug and some green tea, all of which surprising him by being where he remembers them last.

"So you've made a few friends, perhaps even allies," User started, "But I've heard that phrase 'turned over a new leaf' before and whoever said was still a backstabbing fool." The Saiya-jin grinned smugly at the one known as Kirra, "and I've put many of those 'reformed' souls in the ground, too."
"So don't expect us to be friends... and be sure to stay in line," User said loudly and boastfully, his words once more just a thinly veiled threat. He wasn't trying to be subtle but he wasn't going to out right tell her that if she so much as a made a threatening move, he'd be there to stop her.
The prince glanced an eye towards the visitor, having no clue who it was. He doubt he ever met the person and at the moment, felt no need to introduce himself.

[[ Must... be... Metaknight..... Must... be... Sonic..... MUST... BE... SNAKE..... WHY, FATE, WHY!? gonk
Poor puppy. Also, I hope you're feelin' better soon, Deity. I already got my 'once-a-year-beginning-of-winter-sickness.' so I'm pretty annoyed at the cough I've been developing over the past few days. Here comes my pop-in-IC-post. ]]
Watching the stove's small flames lick at the base of the metal pot, Kythe can't help but overhear the arrogant, hostile language of the unfamiliar one. He almost wonders if this type of speech is meant for him to assert his dominance over the one to whom he's speaking, or over anyone in general, but is pretty sure it's the latter. Either way, Kythe can't care much less; what continues to annoy him, and forces him to focus on this one's speech, is how very familiar it is to two people very harshly imprinted on his mind. One, an old 'friendly rival', and the other, once again, that rude second occupant of his body.
Something catches Kythe's eye, causing him to focus on his dull reflection in the smooth, dark counter top.
No... Kythe stares into a dull, glossy pair identical to his own eyes through the low cyan glow his eyes are emitting, except for one thing--the reflections are red.
Yes. Kythe grips the counter, tensing for a moment at the response, the unnerving mental utterance completely unexpected, before quickly relaxing himself, turning, and walking towards the now-whistling teapot.
Water. Mug. Tea. Drink. Imagination, ignore it.
Heh... heheh... You just heard me, didn't you? Oh, it's been SO long, but that'll just make this all the sweeter. It's time again, and you can't ignore me...

Kirra stared into User's dark eyes with her own green ones, listening in silence to his ego-inflating speech. She shrugged her shoulders slightly, lifting her glass of water from the table and finishing off the liquid inside.
Letting out a content sigh, she responded to him. "Honestly, I don't see why you're so threatened by me." She looked rather baffled at his insistence that she was up to something, or would be in the future.
"Your focus on me is letting the real trouble makers slip through your sights."
((Welcome back Unks. *tends to the crippled puppy*))

Once more, the Saiya-jin grunted, "Like who? There hasn't been any trouble on Earth for a few months now. All is quiet," He said. The Prince honestly wanted to believe that. That the planet was, for the most part, safe. Not for his own benefit, of course. Having grown up in battle, living in war, he was actually most comfortable on worlds in all out war, where every day was a new battle for the next. Peace left him uneasy - but peace was best for his daughter and that mattered most to him.
But Kirra might know of something going on that he didn't and he had to know if there was a new threat slipping right under his nose, "Do you know some 'trouble' that is happening, perhaps a new foe for the slaughter?"

[[ So far, all I've got is a cough, some sneezes, and that... sinus... throat... thing. That thing that stays there, despite how hard you try to cough it up. I'm on extra tea duty, even been trying to take the stuff to drink at school, despite others' unintentional rejections of me doing so. (People seem to have a problem with unattended stove remaining 'on,' or something.) ]]
Kythe, suddenly very focused on his tea-making, places two green tea bags into his chosen mug and steadily douses them in the steaming liquid. Once filled to an adequate level, Kythe returns the tea pot to the stove and steadily places his mug on the counter. After choosing a conveniently placed coaster to do it's job on the other side of the cup for once, he calmly retrieves a spoon and small container of honey, placing them by his mug of soon-to-be tea.
You're fine. Nothing to worry about. Kythe takes note of Mr. Alpha Male's sudden, subtle change in attitude. He seems to be trying to convince himself as much as Kythe is. Not that he has anything to convince himself of; he's fine. Kythe turns towards the kitchen area behind him, crossing his arms as he leans back on the counter. He faces the wall, staring at it--anything rather than close his eyes, right now--and leans back on the conveniently out-of-view counter top, crossing his arms with his elbows rested upon his swords' hilts.
Just enjoy some tea. Haven't had any in ages. Things are different now, nothing to wor-- Nothing to worry about? Oh, you've got plenty to worry about. I got through; finally, I'm back up to the subconscious. You'll be the one pushed back in, where you belong, soon enough. Kythe's gaze remains solid, his body still. An intense interest in barely-purple paint, one could only assume, would be the reason for his intensifying gaze; his sudden interest in the conversation behind him, in the exact time it takes for tea to brew to his taste, in how much honey is enough to be sweet but not too much so, in... anything, anything else.
.... nothing to worry about... Nothing to worry about, nothing...
