Its okay. I just . . . well . . . I succumbed to a fit of rage like I am very unaccustomed to yesterday. Put my foot through a wall rage. No, that isn't a metaphor.
Today was much better. Weekends don't mean much to me in my line of work, but I do have tomorrow off, and am going to take my older daughter to see Avengers 2. I've seen it twice, but the local theater is showing it and she hasn't seen it yet.

Just got back from the movies, had a blast. It was fun talking with her about the film. My wife isn't much of a talker concerning movies. Me? I love discussing it right after to share the joy or discuss interesting plot points. It was quite enjoyable.

Cool, glad you had a fun time. I am definitely in your crowd, where I like analyzing and discussing media.

I find myself getting some hype for Ant Man for the humor involved.
One of these days, I should come your way and just hang out for a day. It would be nice to put a face to the name.

New Transformers game. New Dishonored game. New Mass Effect game.
E3 is doing rather well this year.

I am a terribly uninteresting person, really, and you wouldn't want to see me in my current state. I'd rather you not waste your time. sweatdrop
Yeah, a lot of big happenings this E3, and there's still plenty more to go. Ninty & Squenix are what I'm looking forward to, as I only have Sega, Nintendo, & PC (Squenix has been warming to PC lately).

Perhaps, but that doesn't mean I don't want to shake the hand of one of my oldest friends. On principle, if nothing else.
Yeah, Sony dominated the show thus far with their info and direction. I had a small hope for backwards compatibility similar to the Xbone, but what was presented was enough to make me sit in stunned silence.

Sony unveiling several long-anticipated games was quite the shocker.
PSN has a wealth of PS1 (& PS2?) games, though, which makes up for the lack of PS3 compatibility. XBone's announcement is the first step toward making any previous games playable, I think.

I suppose. The problem is that while backwards compatibility is not easy, it is also difficult to just give up on the last generation of games. I still play a large number of my PS3 games. Particularly since I do not have but two games for my PS4- and I've had it a year. Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark and Infamous: Second Son. Instead, my activity was just completing Mass Effect 2 & 3, and now replaying Fallout 3 again.

Not really feeling Fallout 3 . . . Now I am wondering if I will continue with it.

Oh, yes, backwards compatibility is very difficult, especially if architecture changes significantly between generations. Nonetheless, games need to be preserved somehow. GOG is doing a great job on PC, but the console makers are only doing an okay job with Nintendo Virtual Console, XBox Live Arcade, and PSN.
FallOut 3 is in the same period as Oblivion at Bethesda, and that wasn't the best time, as they were clinging to an outdated Gamebryo engine and had yet to make Skyrim's Creation engine.
