Hmmm.... You know, I think I'm confused on Constitution.
Each point raises your max hp per level, right? Does that include level 0? Because I just realized Zekir was starting with 5, so should Sick start with 8? Also, how would 0 and negative Con affect hp as one levels? Would they only gain hp every two or three levels?

What dice is the roll for a lance(polearm)? Or are all weapon dices the same?

I'd say it would be the same as another two-handed weapon, most likely a 1d10. Maybe a 1d12?
