Hazelpaw could finally see camp as she limped awkwardly when Sandpaw started to slip off her back. She turned to grab the scruff on his neck and push him safely on her back. When she reached the medicine cats den she let Sandpaw slide gently off and he landed with a soft thud. Hazelpaw leaned in closer to him, listening for a heartbeat. "Well, at least I didn't carry you here for nothing," she mewed hearing his heart beating slowly. She pressed her muzzle into his pelt to feel that he was a little cold. Tucking in her paws, Hazelpaw nestled up next to Sandpaw and began to lick him slowly. "Maybe this, will warm you," she mumbled.

Lightface immediately got up, mewing quickly to Hazelpaw, "If you don't have any serious injuries, I'm going to have to ask you to watch Sandpaw, and if Hawkpaw collapses, Hawkpaw. Make sure Sandpaw is alive from time to time." She immediately ran into her den, picking up cobwebs and thyme, and something for infection. She went to Sandpaw's side, first apllying the infection herb, then the cobweb, and saving the thyme for when he woke up. She groaned, licking her own leg. She'd have to put that in a cast. She looked at Smallstar, Hawkpaw, and Hazelpaw. "Smallstar, any injuries? Hazelpaw and Hawkpaw, any injuries?"

Hazelpaw watched intently as Lightface applied herbs to Sandpaw's wounds. She shook her head. "No serious injuries. I'll watch over Sandpaw, you take care of the others. We should be fine. I'll keep an eye on Hawkpaw too." she mewed, still resting by Sandpaw's side.

Lightface smiled. "Thank you." Before busily heading back in her den. She came out with a few more herbs. "Cobweb." She muterred, placing it on all of Hawkpaw's wounds after putting some goldenrod near Sandpaw, in case he woke up. She smiled. She took out more cobweb, she had taken quite a bit since Minxpelt's death. She put the cobweb down, and walked over to the fresh-kill pile, grabbed a few voles and mice, and laid them down in front of the cats. "Eat." She mewed simply, before sitting down, and looked at her back leg. It was broken pretty badly. She winced, and began to take cobweb and firmly wrapping her leg until it felt like stone. She started to limp, and went over to Smallstar. "Smallstar, let me see your leg again." She felt Smallstar's leg, trying to see if any more fractures had been maken. No more, just a little more strain on his leg than she'd like. It had broken a little further, nothing that couldn't heal. "Fine, thank StarClan." Seeing that she had looked over everybody except Hazelpaw, she put cobweb on Hazelpaw's few scratches she had. "There. Now we just have to wait until Hawkpaw or Sandpaw wakes up, or Dragoneyes and Lightpaw come back." She went and took a mouse she had gotten for herself, and began to eat.

Hawkpaw woke up suddenly, and tryed to jump onto his legs only to fall down. Looking around he calmed down and slowly got up and stretched. He was hungry and sniffed the air, smelling fresh kill.

[Hi everyone! I'm new!]
"Is everyone alright?"
The quiet speaker padded into the medicine cats' den, her amber eyes flickering with worry and with two rabbits dangling from her jaws. Sparrowflight put the rabbits down, and she spoke again. "I heard what happened... You should be hungry." Hearing the calico warrior speak was an unusual treat; she hardly ever spoke. "Is there anything that I could do?"

Lightface glanced at Sparrowflight. "Um, Sparrowflight?"She shuffled her paws nervously. "D-do you mind if you go to the RiverClan border? We had to send Dragoneyes and Lightpaw over, do you mind if you could watch over them? Don't go over the border, just wait and.." She sighed. "I don't know if RiverClan would've attacked them or not, and I want to see that they get over safely." She turned to Hawkpaw, and mewed, "Hawkpaw, you feeling alright?" She pushed and piece of fresh-kill towards him.

Sparrowflight bowed her head, then quietly mewed, "Alright. I'll be back." The calico warrior steered her slender body to the exit and loped away.

Sparrowflight padded back into camp a few minutes later, and she padded back into the medicine cats' den. "They crossed," She mewed simply. "There was no sign of a struggle."

Smallstar looked at Lightface. "Yes," he mewed. "I'm fine." He shook his head. He was still a bit dizzy, but who wouldn't be after hitting a rock? He doubted it was anything serious, though. Licking the blood off one of his paws, he began to notice Sandpaw stir.
"He's waking up," he said quietly. "Don't pester him with questions just yet."

Lightface sighed. "Fine, fine. But I will have to ask him questions later." She turned to Hawkpaw. "At least you don't have any serious injuries." She hated the cast on her leg, it was starting to feel like lead, which was making her cross, but still she had to get around. She nodded to Sparrowflight silently.

Lightface looked at Sparrowflight, and mewed, "No, I think we're fine until Sandpaw wakes." She glanced at the forest uneasily. "Or at least until Dragoneyes and Lightpaw get back."

((yea, I'm gettin kinda bored just laying next to Sandpaw, keeping him warm...how bout he wakes up? If there are any objetions, I'll delete this post.))
Hazelpaw was starting to get sleepy when she felt Sandpaw move. She looked up to find that Sandpaw was starting to wake up. "Hey, are you awake?" she mewed, sniffing his pelt. "Don't worry, you probably figured out by now that you aren't home. Your in WindClan, you passed out on our territory. I'm Hazelpaw."
