No,Touya is the one with the redish hair wearing a cross necklace.
But the 2 characters you questioned...I have no clue.

The two characters circled in that big character poster is Asuka and Manato from one of Watase-sensei's first manga series ever, Shinshunki Miman Okotowari. It's your "typical school romance with a slight twist" manga. biggrin
