Respect gets you a lot in this world... ((Blah. I rarely read the profiles, so since you're a genin... meh. And besides, right now, Ed's burnt so you couldn't tell his age easily.))
Edward chuckled.
"A fair bit, yes. It's not so bad that he might need to be replaced, but every so often it happens. But then, it's something that I've seen happen to many people, not just him, and indeed, I've been told that I wander into trances occasionally myself. It might just be a ninja thing. Now then, you said you're here to receive shinobi training? Any chance that you know what your elements are?" He tilted his head to one side as he shifted his weight from foot to foot to ease the pressure on his burnt body. Are you worthy of it?

Hana Tsukikage
Hana stumbled through the office door holding onto his neck covering the Mark that was giving him a ton of pain. Hana removed his hand for a split second and a strange pattern moved across his body stopping at the middle of his body. "anyone know what this is?" Hana asked as he showed everyone in the room the mark before he placed his hand back over the mark and fought the power back making the strange pattern recede a bit so that it was only covering a fourth of his body now. Hana was using all of his strength to fight the marks power seeing as it was trying to take him over.

"Yes, I managed to cover some of the basics when I trained to be a Samurai; I seem to hold an affinity for the element of Earth"
Yamato's attention shifted tot he young man who had just stumbled through the door, his eyes widening slightly at the sight of the boy's 'affliction', he quickly turned his head to the Sannin as if to ask the man if he knew what was going on. Obviously, there was still much he did not know about the world of ninjas.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Edward stepped over and examined the mark, his eyes darkening.
"A Cursed Mark." He growled under his breath as he pointed his student over to one of the benches.
"Sit. I am sorry to say that Earth is the only element I have no affinity for. I'm sorry Yamato-san, but this is a bit of a dangerous situation." He looked over at Gin, knowing that the man had some experience with Cursed Marks. Makai take the man for falling into a trance now! Are you worthy of it?

Hana moved over and sat down on a bench holding his neck. Hana was preventing the Curse mark from spreading across his body by fighting it with his own chakra. "ugh..." Hana panted seeing as he was using all of his strenth to fight against the mark.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... Edward stepped by his student and laid his hand on the boy's shoulder. He began channeling chakra into Hana, trying to help him combat the poisonous chakra of the Cursed Mark. It was a stopgap measure until Gin woke up from his trance and could help Hana control the Mark. He looked up, watching his Kage for any signs of awakening. Are you worthy of it?

Hana felt his sensei start to help him combat the chakra of the mark. Suddenly Hana fell unconsious due to using up all of his strength and chakra. The marks chakra started to take over by fighting back even harder than before. The marks strange pattern started to seep across Hanas body inch by inch threatening to take him over.

Nightmare walked up to the Otokage's office. He looked around and seen the Otokage he walked up to his office and said down awaiting for orders.

Kageko walked into the office humming a little tune but then stopped dead in her tracks as she saw Hana. "H-Hana?!" she asked with worry and surprise as she rushed over to her friend, her previous errand forgotten, "Are you alright?". She saw weird-looking marks spreading all over his body and Kageko had a feeling that wasn't normal, especially from the looks of both Edward's and Hana's face; well, Edward's face probably wouldn't have looked good even if the situation was normal thanks to the burns but... they still looked as if something was wrong. she thought to herself as she stayed a bit away, not wanting to ruin whatever it is that the sensei and student were doing. "What is it?" she asked, totally clueless, "Is there anything I can do to help?".

Yamato gave the Sannin a small nod as he explained that he had no proficiency for Earth and thus would not be able to offer him any specific pointers and training. He backed off from the boy and Ed; to give the room, Ed's warning ringing in his ears, he crossed his arms, because if things got hectic his best option was to just defend or flee.
He wouldn't dare draw his sword in this situation, and the Kage and Ed should be able to handle this without his interference. He took note as one of the boy's friends entered the room and asked about his condition, he also took note of that strange kid who had entered earlier. He seemed to be completely oblivious to everyone else and the events occurring... perhaps he was touched in the head?

Respect gets you a lot in this world... "For now Kageko-san, stay back. The Curse Mark can cause the bearer to go insane for short times until the energy is spent. Hana is fighting it off for now, but until someone trained in controlling these things helps, all we can do is keep it suppressed." Edward Ignored the boy who wandered in pointlessly, his attention on the only student of his he had actually been able to train.
"Yamato-san, I can help you with basic chakra exercises and acquire weights for you, but beyond that..." He shook his head slightly and grunted when the Cursed Mark flared, making him force more chakra into Hana to hold it in. His already taxed body was protesting the usage.
"Kageko... in my pouch is a small blue pill. I need you to get it out for me." He jerked his head down to a pouch that rested on the outside of the trench coat on his right hip. Are you worthy of it?

Suddenly there was a large burst of chakra as Hana woke up and the Curse marks pattern receded back to the spot on his neck where the mark was. Hana Shook his head as he had suddenly been able to control the power and made recede back to where it had come from. Hana looked up at his sensi and gave a weary smile. "I was able to control it...." Hana told Edward as it was clearly visible that the mark was not activated anymore. Hana looked over to Kageko and gave a small wave trying to reassure her that he was alright. "Sensei... i would like some more training..." Hana told Edward as he looked up at his sensei once more.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... "Give me a second Hana." With the need for his chakra drain gone, he was able to retrieve the chakra boosting pill and eat it quickly. Then he straightened up and sighed.
"Otokage-san, I am going to train my student. Yamato-san, if you want, you can come with us. We're heading to the hot springs again Hana." He clapped his student on the shoulder and bowed slightly to Yamato before heading out of the office. Are you worthy of it?

Hana nodded to his sensei then quickly left the room and followed him to the hot springs seeing as he really wanted to train so that he could get stronger and learn to better control his curse mark.
