(Eh, sorry)

Vandor looked at Noktal. "I'm proposing to attack Sarra." he said, looking at Bagarth. "I wouldn't be asking if I didn't see it destroyed."

-Fire burns burns his hands and mind burning mind burning stop or death in fire, cool the fire fire.- Sesshil contemplated the wind's words. Certainly they weren't about mild mannered Plato. The demon woman was used to ambiguous running commentary from the air around her. It knew so much but did not think like a living creature thought. Demons like herself lived a long time, but had a birth and a life. The wind's conciousness was an eternity and lack of identity that came from constantly being recycled from other pieces of yourself.

"I would love to accompany you on your journey. I find myself currently unengaged." she smiled at him, twirling around once and knocking an itchy horn against the wall, gauging a rivet in it as they walked along. She pulled back again and shook her head, letting the dust fall off of her horn and out of her hair.

The wind slowly died to a soft breeze that seemed to stay close to Sesshil's skin, lifting her hair and clothing slightly as she continued to follow Plato.

"Do as you wish." Plato replied simply in his neutral tone. He then continued walking again. He wanted to find Fenrir before his brother's boredom got the better of him and something happened that could have been prevented. After a bit of walking in silence, Plato glanced over at Sesshil briefly as he continued walking. "Have you seen him?" was all he asked. He could have made the question longer, but Plato being the type of person he was, wanted to get right to the point.

"No, not recently," Sesshil responded somewhat dreamily. She had always found Plato to be somewhat refreshing in his brevity, and emulated it when around him. She really had nothing much else to say and followed along slightly behind him in her fluid fashion, heeled boots clicking on the pathway.

Her eyes drifted lazily from side to side, taking in the sights and smells of burning human flesh. Ah, the aroma of home.

((Yeah, sorry. RL has been a b***h lately.))
Noktal pondered that for a moment.
"Attack Sarra? But why? What would we gain out of it? We still don't have the Regiment fighting beside us. We only have Sydney and she's more likely to betray us at this moment. I can understand your desire to remove the angels from existence. I have as much hatred for them as every other demon out there. They've taken my friends and family's lives. I am the only one left of my family to date. I have had children that were crushed by demons, angels, and humans. Vandor, I know you have the ability to fight against them, and the will, but a full assault this early will end badly for us if we are not cautious." Noktal wasn't used to talking this much, but he knew Vandor. A man of logic, that often lost sight of the whole. He was a good demon, and Noktal trusted his reasoning for the most part.
"Tell me Vandor, give me your logic as to why you believe an assault right now on Sarra would be successful. What do you see that I may be missing?" He made a small motion to Bagarth to remain patient, and hopefully stay and hear. Vandor had something on his mind and it would not go away. Noktal needed to get this one out of the way. And the way it was, more and more Greater Demons were looking at the Devils as if they had been here for far too long. Noktal was somewhat used to it. He had killed his own children for trying to usurp him. He would kill anyone that threatened him. And the leader of the Devils, of course. Noktal never wanted to lead. It was easier to be in the back seat. You saw the way everything was going, and you had more time to jump to the side. Yes, Noktal wasn't going to ever be the Devil Lord. Just the one that helped picked them.

"It feels right." he already said he saw it, and saw no reason to repeat himself. "Look, we need to get the Angels out of the way, it's our top priority." He braced himself, if they weren't going to listen, he was done. This was the reason he needed to attack them. The reason to save everyone. "They have a bomb. A purge. If they use it, it will wipe everyone out but the Light. Our empire would turn to dust in mere seconds. That is why we must act now. If you don't listen, I'll find someone else to save us."

"Hm..." Was the only reply Plato gave Sesshil. His completely blank expression didn't not give away a shred of emotion. Yes, he was still worried about his brother getting into some sort of trouble, but not a bit of that worry showed on his face. But then again... did he honestly care if his brother got himself killed? Maybe. Maybe not. But that was an entirely different path of discussion.

He began to wonder why Sesshil was following him, and the thought only briefly crossed his mind to ask her. However, Plato did not do so. Mostly because he figured he could find some use for her in finding his brother or something else entirely anyway in the future.

((Gah! I don't know what to have us do!!! crying ))

Sydney eventually decided to make her way towards the courtyard. She didn't really have anything else to do at this point in time.

((I was assuming that we would find your brother. Then we would interact with the people there and go onward. I joined you because it gave me a reason to join them so that more characters would be in the same place, because it usually causes more dynamic interactions. If you have no way of actually locating him, and if I have your permission, my character can follow wind whispers to find him.))

Sesshil gave out a laugh that was like bells on water. It resonated across the hall and echoed back at them causing the wind to stir again a little more heavily.

"Dear, do you even know where you are going?" she, for some reason, found this extremely amusing. Here she was looking for direction and had decided to take it from someone who had not a clue of their own. She twirled and laid her hand gently on the shoulder of a large spiked demon who was headed down another hall.

"Excuse me, friend, but have you seen Fenrir?" the demon gave out a roar.

"Yeh," he grunted. "Saw'm yesterdayy." the look on his face did not denote a happy meeting. Perhaps he had gotten beaten by the smaller foe and was still feeling the stings on his pride? She shook her head and spoke slowly.

"Have you seen Fenrir today?" The demon shook his head and a small imp flew up to sit on his shoulder. His tiny voice screeched like nails on a chalkboard.

"I DID," he squeaked, turning about on the spot. "He's with GRATHRYM." Sesshil smiled delightedly.

"Oh good, and where are they now?" the little imp screeched again and turned a backflip.

"How the F*CK should I know! Just me, I'm just little ME I leave the demon king all alone. They were with some SOOPED up HUUUMAN, though. Weird strange not sure why-HEE." he sat down and promptly began grooming himself. The bigger demon he was perched on had become bored of their conversation and had begun to meander away. Sesshil turned to Plato once more.

"Well, we know more than before, I suppose." her smile in his direction was radient.

((Yeah. That was what I was planning on doing. But I had no idea how to go about it. And sure. go right ahead and use that wind whisper of yours. lol. Plato doesn't have any ability he can actually use to find Fenrir. Wait! Actually maybe he does! O_o I totally forgot that he can use the thread manipulation like that... sweatdrop However, I was thinking that there was some sort of range for him to use that type of thing on finding someone. Even someone like Fenrir, who is his brother.))

Plato stopped as he heard Sesshil begin to laugh. He knew she was laughing at him. Yes, he had no idea where he was really going. Fenrir hadn't said any sort of destination when he had stormed out of their chambers. The older of the twins sighed lightly under his breath. Why did Fenrir have to be so difficult?

He watched patiently as Sesshil pulled aside another demon to ask about Fenrir. It was a given that any demon in the Netherworld had a little beef with his younger brother. But that was a story for another time. As the imp that had landed on the other demon's shoulder gave out that Fenrir was in the company of Grathrym, Plato was kicking himself mentally for not assuming that that was where Fenrir would go given how annoyed he had been with being bored.

Plato then turned away from Sesshil and the demon and imp she was conversing with. He closed his eyes and held his right hand out a little bit in front of him, as if he was about to start playing the keys of a piano. Which was exactly what was going to happen. Plato was feeling along the threads he knew so well. One of these was always keeping watch over Fenrir. There were others keeping tabs on important demons nearby (Noktal, Bagarth, Vandor, and even Grathrym at times). This was very useful when Plato was in the vicinity of one of those people. He had checked the one watching Fenrir before he left the chambers and hadn't been able to pick up any signals. That was why Plato had been wandering really: so he could find anyone that could give him a decent idea of where his brother was.

As Plato became involved in searching amongst the threads, he found the one watching over Grathrym along with the one on his brother. He would now just begin to follow the threads until they led him to those two demons. Plato did not really hear Sesshil as she turned back to face him. He reopened his eyes. "This way." Plato stated flatly as he began walking in the direction of where the new building where the humans were stationed.

"Yummy," Sesshil replied, pleased that they were actually headed somewhere now. She gave the imp and demon a wave that she didn't notice them not notice. Around her the air spun in tiny tornados of energy.

-Can feel the pulling the watching the watching he sees he sees he looks and pulls at the lifelines!- Sesshil gave a little frown of confusion, having no way to tell whether her air companion was trying to warn her of someone watching, or inform her of something entirely unrelated. It was frustrating at times. Convincing it to be straight with her was really beyond her. Mostly she used it to make herself out the diviner. People would ask her questions, she would ask the wind. It would reply ambiguously or not at all, and if it did she would relay the message and let them make of it what they would.

Grathrym, Fenrir and a human, hm? Well, hopefully something interesting would be about.

Bagarth nodded to Noktal, staying for the moment and being patient. However after hearing Vandor's reply full of no details...

If Bagarth was many many years younger, she would have thought, Loser!. But she wasn't that many years younger, and so she thought differently. Vandor was increasing inconsistent. The demon obviously just wanted to attack the angels with no regard for the big picture and was using his "seeing" ability to his advantage only in certain circumstances such as this. He would claim that he didn't want to see to far into the future to disrupt it or influence others... Well, he was doing that right now.

The Purge was old news. Everyone knew that the angels wanted to kill everyone but themselves. "Vandor, do stay on one topic at a time. Explain to Noktal your plan, the first one about halfbreeds, and how, that, according to you would take a few months versus you now saying you want to attack right now literally." Bagarth decided to direct Vandor so he could hopefully explain himself better in front of Noktal so Noktal could understand where this whole train of thought was coming from. She had a feeling that if she didn't Vandor was really ujst going to spell his doom and never understand that it was because he wasn't explaining himself well.

At about this point in time, Plato didn't seem to care that Sesshil was still following him. He kept going towards the new building. But he stopped just outside the entrance. Plato looked up at the immense building. What had Grathrym done? Had he made an alliance with the humans? It could prove useful. But on the other hand, it could spin around and bite them in the butt later by the humans trying to take them out of the picture later. But Plato pushed all of those thoughts to the back of his mind for the time being. They would be answered in due time anyway.

Plato suddenly held out his left arm to the side to stop Sesshil from going past him. "He's in there." was all Plato said this time before starting to walk forward into the building. He made his way past all the people they saw along the way. None of them really dared to stop them seeing as they were demons after all. The threads led Plato all the way to the testing room where Grathrym, a human, and Fenrir were. The older of the twin brothers stepped to the side and waited near the doorway, waiting to be noticed or the time to actually say anything. The reason for this was because he wanted to find out what was going on and why Grathrym had Fenrir imprisoned in a cage of his black flame.

Sesshil felt a stab of irritation as Plato's arm went out to block her. She swallowed it and continued along, nearly floating as she always traveled. After a breif pause, Plato went inside, making a b-line towards his destination. Sesshil took her time a bit more, glancing around and throwing little smiles at people. Many of the humans seemed rather jumpy. It was amusing.

She came to the doorway where Plato was stopped and gazed inside. There was Fenrir and a human, all locked up in firey cages. Wouldn't keep Fenrir back, not really, but he wouldn't dare to insult Grathrym by absorbing his prison. If the demoness had to guess, using that method of confinement was a test of patience and obedience from devil lord to demon follower. If he failed it would mean she would get to witness a slaughter. That would be tasty.

Sesshil stepped in just farther and stood just in front of Plato, knowing she was short enough that he could see over her, and finding herself also wanting to be somewhat discreet in this particular situation.

"It seems we have visitors now. Your borother is here Fenrir. I wonder what he would think with you in this cage. And it looks as if Sesshil is here as well. What is your borther doing with her I do wonder." Grathrym looked at Alaric. "As for your previous question I intended to use this shiled to protect us. I intentionally plan on fusing our power with the shield. It will keep us all safe from this purge." Grathrym walked up to the energy shield. "Watch." Grathrym chants a small incantation. and purple and black energy pulses surge visably through his body. He shot his arms forward and the pulses shot through the ground. He raised his energy from the ground and it fused with the shield. A large purple shield surronded his body. "I can make it follow me by pushing it with my aura. Does this answer your question?"

Fenrir tensed as Grathrym said that Plato had arrived. The younger brother turned to glance at the doorway. His eyes landed on Plato, who did not look at him. "Like he cares that I'm stuck in this damn cage." Fenrir replied, pretty much scoffing at Grathrym's open ended question about what Plato thought of his brother's situation. The younger demon shut his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest.

Plato just stood behind Sesshil as she came to stand in front of him. He watched, waiting to see what was going happen. He wanted to ask what Grathrym was doing with these humans here, but it seemed that he really had made an alliance with them and that he was planning on using their technology with their magic.
