*after walking into the forest he sees a large beast heading for him, however the beast seems to not notice him. Kamui jumps out of the way just in time and doesn't bother chasing after it, it seems to be a bit pissed off at the moment. He then turns and sees Aonice taking out a cell phone and her eyes starting to twitch. He then sees her help out Kurai who must've been in the way of the beast. He then puts all the pieces together findng out what had probably happened. He then gets Aonice's attention and says, "Hey, Aonice, do you need to borrow a cell phone? I have one you could use." *he then takes out his cell phone and starts shaking it a bit to show it/offer it.*

Zon walks into the forest, looking around. Shrugging some, he continues to walk deeper into the forest, looking at the different treet as he does.

*flying away from the pier with the original intent of heading to teh volcano, Rake finally took in all the details of the islands layout, including the bright vision of a human settlement to both its left and right as it flew just below the clouds. Recognising the buildings to its left as militarian, it flew instead to the right, over the streets and housing below, its sick taint flowing over the ground beneath it like a living disease. It was then its eyes fell upon the forest and a wicked smirk lit its full red lips. Turning its glide into a dive, the massive winged entity landed just on the forest edge, furling its massive appendages tight to its back as the blackening darkness that accompanied it instantly moved in on the rich life giving trees. Slowly, it walked into the forest depths, not seeming to notice as each tree it passed turned grey-black, lost its vigour and leaves, teh branches becoming scrawny and grasping as the Daemon God moved beneath them. By the time it had reached the middle of the forest, a clear path of darkness lay behind it, ever spreading outwards as it stopped and touche dthe floor, muttering softly to itself, a blue runic circle surrounded by sigils appearing beneath it, glowing brighter with each syllable spoken in the strange, foreign tongue of its fore bears*

*shortly after, Rake straightened, having completed the comlicated invoction. The trees, all grey black now with lines of blue crackling over their bark, gave off a oaloable aura now, their power seeping directly into Rake itself, negating the beings need to feed for now. As well as allowing the god to sustain itself, the trees bore their roots down further, into the realms of mana, tapping latent Wyrm lines and Dragon paths, freeing up power ready for Rake's use should it be attacked. With each stop it made, teh god would stregthen its power base here and increase its reserves. With that in mind, it exited the forest and headed now for the caverns, another seal to set down in its remorseless quest to instill itself in this island*

"Damn, not here." Quint spoke softly to himself, flying near the volcano, not spotting the creature's sick taint. For the moment he was glad that it didn't try to use the volcano, because even though it was inactive, there was sure to be some lava if one went down far enough. Taking a close aerial view, it didn't take long to notice the trees to his east, black and dying, almost crying out to the earth. The sight of this infuriated Quint, and he took off again, this time a lot faster, determined to find Rake and stop it from it's plans.

"Oh my....." Tsuin-chan says, stopping at the edge of the blackened and dying peices of the forest. She had sensed a great amount of mana being drawn from a single point in the forest and decided to investigate, finding this dying earthen beauty. Just stepping upon the blackened earth made her body ache, and yet yet she continued onward towards the drawing point of the mana.
The remaining blue essenses of the trees slowly bled out, bleeding their last bit of life before finally dying off and becoming completely black. Ahead of her a large runic circle came into view, despite her half-human heritage, her demonic senses were finely tuned and were easily able to pick it up. Placing her hand at the base of the cirlce, her body is overwhelmed by the sudden surge of Mana...
"Who has the power to tap into the Mana of the Wyrms? Baal was banished a milennia ago, and could never have done this......perhaps a Demon Lord?" her confusion and curiousity never faded from her concerned features, when she stepped away from the circle, having drawn enough Mana to last her for several battles where th odds would be stacked mercilessly against her.

*Landing in a clearing with a soft 'whump', Rake sighed and held its arms loosely at its sides. Some way away where it had first entered the forest, the seal it had originally placed lit up once more, the restored veneer of the forest melting away to reveal once more the skeletal blackened trees and blue light that followed Rake everywhere. Opening eyes exactly the same colour as the rising energy, Rake strolled through the trees calmly, touching one every now and then, an exact clone of itself walking out of each tree to wander in a different direction, all of them including teh true Rake keeping their energy signatures balanced. This was it would be easy to throw unwanted company off its trail, and find the person it was looking for at the same time*

Dante had been waiting on Rake in the forest for quite some time now. He had taken the liberty of slipping away from the shrine while everyone was otherwise preoccupied and headed to the meeting place that he had mentally arranged with the being prior. He once again found himself leaning his back against some object, this time a tree, whistling to himself to pass the time as his fingers were wrapped around some object in his pocket. Suddenly he realized that the sound of his whistling was the only sound in the forest. Upon opening his eyes, the saw that the entire landscape had changed. The blackened trees, the shifting blue light, the lack of any animal presence … it was definitely Rake’s handiwork. He remained where he was for the time being, figuring that it would be faster if Rake was looking for him than if both were to wander the forest looking for each other.

*Soon enough the bewinged creature passed close enough to Dante to sense him and its steps turned in his direction, booted feet crushing crisp fallen leaves to dust as it came closer, brushing its hair away from its red eye*
Did you bring it my friend?

It was not much longer until Dante heard Rake’s approach. At least, he assumed it was Rake. He honestly didn’t think that the “mosquitoes”, as Rake called them, could try anything stupider than what they already had. Though he was proven wrong time and time again, so who knew. A few seconds later, he was proven right. It was indeed Rake that was coming to visit him. As the being drew nearer, he turned towards it, giving one of his token answers in response to it’s question.
“Indeed I have. One copy of Richard Simmons: Sweating to Books on Tape.”

*It smiled sweetly*
If you would LIKE to find out what it feels like to have the spike of Ferago rammed up your arse and several thousand volts passed through it, by all means, continue. If not... tell me you have what I want. Im a busy deity. Corbin... is himself once more. I dont trust him NOT to try and find me. That would be awkward.
*It pouted*

“Point made.”
With a smirk he withdrew his hand from his pants pocket. Within his grasp, a single vial containing an odd greenish liquid. He handed this vial to Rake, for it contained what the being desired. There were no tricks, nor clever ploys, nor smart assed comments: this was the real thing. With the vial now in Rake’s possession, Dante returned to the tree, lazily leaning against it..
“Now then, about Corbin. Anything I should know about, or was that an attempt to get me worried enough to hand it over?”

*It smiled grimly and took the vial, closing its long talons over it. Then it replied to Dante*
No, nothing too concerning. For various reasons, I had to cut the clans links. I can feel all of them, but they cant feel me. You know how close Corbin and the host were... now he's completely himself again, even though I told him to stay away until I was MYselves again... I dont know if he will. It could cause complications - last time I was near him and I had a slight lapse of judgement and did something foolish. Nearly got myself killed.
*It grinned*
BUT... I did manage to help save the world again, stop Abaddon and give Narok a chance to be free. All that by nearly dying.
*Sniggering, it spread its wings and headed over to the nearest tree. Uncorking the vial, it gently let a single drop fall onto the bark*
One for the physical world and all it laws.
*The blue light spiralling around the diseased forest turned red, Rake's blue eye following suit*
And so... it begins. Thanks Dante... you made my life much easier.

“I see.”
That was all Dante could really say. Rake making a foolish decision? That was rare enough, but actually admitting to it? He could honestly say that now he had seen everything. The rest of Rake’s words literally went in one ear and out the other. It wasn’t uncommon for Rake to save the world merely so that there would still be people for it to torture. He had born witness to such occurrences before and would undoubtedly see many more. He watched Rake as it went about it’s business, silently wondering to himself what exactly the being was up to.

You wanna see fireworks Dante? Meet me back at the shrine in a few hours. I have some more work to do here first.
*Winking, the god moved away through the trees, its tail flicking happily as it disposed of the clones of itself wandering around - now it had recieved the vial of Dante's blood, nothing would get in the way. The next tree was somewhere nearby, it just needed to find the right one*
