Axle started to fall backwards due to the trip, and used the momentium to back flip and land a few feet from where he was. He charged Kira-Sensei once more and put all his weight into a left hand punch

Kira dodged to the his Axle's right side and launch an attack up to his ribb and kneed him hehehe...this is for performing sexy no jutsu in front of me

Kira stand up straight and crack his knuckle "is that all you got?" he jumped into the air and raised his fist up trying to knock Axle out cold

Axle saw the attack and twisted to the side and caught Kira-Sensei's arm. He then clamped himself onto Kira-Sensei's body and started spinning them as the descended.

Axle held on as tight as he could. When the neared the ground Axle pushed off of Kira-Sensei, sending Kira-Sensei straight to the ground head first at a fast pace.

Kira quickly shot out his palm and stand upside down on the ground and then back flip himself toward Axle then launch a kick with his feet

Axle's feet barely touched the ground when Kira-Sensei came at him. Axle had to think quick, and jumped onto a nearby tree.

Kira stand about 20 feet away from Axle looking up at him "whats the matter? nothing without your jutsu?" he ran toward the tree and send a kick on the stem and break the tree in half

Axle didn't anticipate that and fell with the tree, hitting his back against the piece of trunk he landed on.
"GAH!"
*Flashback*
"Axlemelee, I'm proud of your new ability!"
"Really, Dad?"
wink "Of course! What kind of father would I be, if I wasn't proud of my son being able to activate his Sharingan?"
"But... I don't know the proper seals..."
"Axlemelee, Sharingan does not need hand seals in oreder to be used. It is our birthright."
"Birthright?"
"Yes, our birthright. You know what it can do, now Axlemelee promise me something."
"Anything!"
"Gather as many skills as you can! Heaven only knows how much longer I will be around, and I can not teach you in the state i'm in."
"B-but you'll get better?"
^^"Only time will tell, now let's ask the nice nurse to get us some lunch!"
*End Flashback*
"NO! I wont stand to be humiliated any longer! I'm tired of failing, when I should be succeding! It's time that I take training seriously, and push my boddy to the limit, then beyond! KIRA-SENSEI! I'M COMING FOR YOU!"
Axle jumped out of the tree and activated his Sharingan, jutsu or no jutsu, this was his birthright. No one was going to take that away.
"I'd say I have less than 5 minutes left, i'm determined to last an hour, is that ok, Sensei?!"

Axle grinned. This was the first one on one where he finally realized how to use his Sharingan. Slowly, a second dot appeared in his left eye. Axle noticed that a few things where clearer and thought that his sudden seriousness caused him to advance one small step. Taking up a defense position, he didn't take his eyes off of Kira-Sensei.

hehehe Kira clones jump out of him and multiply themself and charged at Axle, then Kira himself go through hand seal of tiger,ram,ox,boar "grand fire wave no jutsu" the fire wave charged at Axle while the clone attack him

Axle smirked. The clones may have prevented him from seeing the hand seals for Kira-Sensei's jutsu, but the clones stood out as crisp floating flames of chakra. Axle leaps up in the air and quickly snaps hand seals out.
"Fire Element; Phoenix Fire no Jutsu!"
Axle spit out balls of fire and some of the clones went *POOF!* Noticing the quick moving Fire Wave Axle preforms the hand seals for Body Substitute Skill, and quikly switches places with a piece of wood to the left of Kira-Sensei. The skill worked, though most of Axle's left side was burnt. Pain shot through him like wild fire. He gritted his teeth and looked at Kira-Sensei.
