"I kinda figured I shouldn't have gone for the wallet." Julian joked. "And yeah. I've been doing it for a long time. It's how I got water. I got food from what I found in take out boxes in trash cans."

"For the pickpocketing, not quite." Julian said. As a man walked by Julian took his wallet. "Sir." He said, tapping the man on the shoulder. "You dropped your wallet." He said, holding the wallet out. "Oh. Thanks." The man said, looking through to make sure Julian hadn't stolen anything. "I like an honest kid like you. Here's ten dollars for picking my wallet up before it got into the wrong hands." He said, holding out a bill. "Thank you very much." Julian said, taking the money and sitting back down as the man walked away. "See? I can get us money without stealing it."

"Nice." Zai said, leaning back and taking another drink. "Yeah, 'cause alot of this money I plan to spend on updating the place, ya know? It needs the walls and some pipes and stuff replaced, air conditioning would be nice, and so on."

"Hmm... too lazy." Zai said, finishing her sandwich. "Good kid. Anyways, gonna call people over late tonight and early tomorrow morning to work on the place. Of course, if they steal or harm anything, ya know. Good thing the place is so large, and that no owner has showed up."

"If they steal anything, just make sure there's no blood. Why else would a hobo know that some people pass out from seeing blood other than the fact that he's a hemophiliac?" Julian said, draining his drink. "You could just use whatever they tried to steal on them." He suggested.
