*She laughs softly, her lips curled up in a smile. Snuggling up closer to his arm as the walked.*
"Because I'm happy. My jewel always glows that colour when I'm happy. When it's red I'm angry. When it is blue I'm sad. But definitly green when I'm happy."

The birds were heading right for him for an attack. Apparently he had hit one of the own and were ticked! Scorpio tried to run, but the birds were too quick. They swooped in to scratch him when ever they could get close.
Having enough, Scorpio faced them, took off his glove on his right hand, and began to suck their energy and the birds themselves into his body.

The birds squawked in terror as they were pulled in. When it was all over, nothing but a few black and brown feathers were left. He stared at his right hand for a bit after he had put the glove back on, watching the energy surge up his arm. "For later use..."
