She heard the hesitation in his voice, but ignored. "I'm going to see if she has anything to give us or if we have to pack anything special."

"Just twist it here then a deadly poison comes out and will kill the person after 12 hours but it will instantly knock them out." explained Viper.

Flash got woken up by Q which made him look at the time. It was 8:00 A.M which made Flash think for a sec about it been a long time since he been this tired. Q also notice a bruise on his face and stomach being that were he got punch by the terrorist yesterday. Flash then notice that he didn't have his shirt on.
He then said "Sorry Q," as he he got up slowly and walk like a zombie to get to his shirt but while he did that she notice a scar on his back that went from his neck down to the to his lower back. Flash put on his shirt but he knew he would be too tired to focus on shooting a gun so he knew what he had to do. He made a fist with his right hand and punch his bruise stomach and did his best to not scream out in pain but it did the trick as now he awake and fully focus. He walk back to her, took the gun and fire 10 bullet at the target which hit 9 time on the mark with one being a inches above the target.
He look at Q "How was that?"

She saw the scars but didn't comment, they all had their scars, instead she walked over to examine the target, "Not good enough," was all she said, before walking away, "but there's no more time to practice. Shower, change, and eat, we've got a long day ahead of us.

Silver put her bowl away. She got up and headed to the training room. She saw Q and Flash. "Did she give you a hard time?" Silve shook her head "Well a least she is going easy on you. Imagine staying up all day and night for 10 days straight trying to master daggers." Silver sat down
