Okay. . . I'm in the process of editing my characters profile.
But, I need feedback on how this would sound. If it sounds at least semi-realistic, then this will make this much easier for me.
What if Rose's enhanced powers, battle abilities, ect. came from a small tattoo that was on her wrist or neck?
She would assume that it came from the tattoo somehow because it would have a slight glow when in use.
Sound good or not?
I think I'll leave her apearence as be though, unless I find a picture that looks as close to the picture I can get. . . which I haven't found yet . . .

I think a few characters already get their powers from tattoos, so the idea is a bit cliche. Also, the origins of the tattoo would need to be explained. Just saying she got it at the local tattoo parlor won't cut it lol. Something extraordinary must be involved for this body art to be anymore than a skank tat xd

Hm, this complicates things and I'm slowly. . . well, quickly. . . running out of time. *Tries to think of something that someone hasn't used* Maybe this is why I should read everyone's profiles? lol -palm of right hand is firmly planted into his face while releasing a sigh- I know some of the profiles are lengthy, but getting to know the characters you rp with will better everyone's picture of the rp and promote more original ideas.

In my defense, I do read the people's profiles that my character happens upon, just not many others. . . . now that I think of it, I think I did read someone's profile with tattoo's. . . anyway, this is why I always ask for feedback before changes. I often forget/miss stuff and I hate to seem like someone who just copies things.
*Thinks some more and is starting to think that being exhausted isn't helping her think very well. Too many distractions happen while tired* SQUIRREL! See? Gah, tired!

Novama Is it anything like the scryed anime/manga whose main character also used 3 burst attacks? sweatdrop That was a cool anime, and you know when I thought of the Chaos Bursts and remembered Kazuma's Bullets I was a little irked. Though I can't regenerate the bursts like he can after he uses them, nor can I use them recklessly. Dark's flames engulf him and are a danger to him as it was to everything around him which is why he uses his aura to keep him shielded. As he advances to the next burst the damage becomes greater and he could very well kill himself, too. Also, when I remembered Hiei's Dragon of the Darkness Flame from yu-yu Hakusho I was also annoyed. *sigh* I don't know why I thought that Dark's abilities were original at first. If anything he has his steps. Overtime I also remembered Soujiro's battle with Kenshin in Rurouni Kenshi. That's also like his Infinity Step. Depressing..

I don't remember the username nor does it matter since she quit but yeah. I often read everyone's profile and go back for reference. It's annoying at times but I rather not get flamed by getting something wrong..

I think we all could afford to be a bit more original. Malice has the bland ability of vegetation and animal control....The blander the ability, the easier it is to link it to something somewhere else. I'm not big on total character reconstruction though. Big changes like that just call for a new character or a better rp'er to make the current character work better. I think my goal for the next rp is to make the most original thing I can think of.
....anyone ever hear of something exactly or similar to a universal listener race that wears headphones and listens to the vibrations/music of everything in existence?

To Novama: It isn't my fault that I just recognized the copywright after I made my character. I've been customizing this guy for years (sadly) and I don't exactly try to copy. His story is strickly original (so i think) and I hope so, and I think I've heard something similar but I can't reinforce it because I can't recall it.
And I don't think I'll be participating in your next roleplay. I'll be dedicating my time to my guild after this one and to another guild roleplay I'm currently involved in as well.
