[HADES POST]
*After his powerful upswing with his scythe, Hades took a step back to focus on the vanishing Azrael, then brang the blade crashing down with just a swift move of the wrist. Azrael was lucky he narrowly escaped the course of the decending blade, but foolishly Hades backwards step meant he was in range for the new oncoming attack. Whispering in the air the katana blade sliced forwards into hades armour, its tough defence almost pushed the blade straight off of him. Without giving into the force of the attack Hades gripped the scythe further down and used its length to keep Azrael at bay with a series of cross swing attacks before tossing the scythe so it spun sideways in mid air with enormous rage.*

Up in a tree some few yards into the swamp lands just short of the beach Corbin's Ghoul perched hidden among the branches with it's cannon rifle braced, an eye intently staring through the scope as it looked out at the sea.
It'd been nearly ten minutes since the call was sent through to Corbin and he had yet to show up. Patient, knowing nothing else but the orders given to it, The Ghoul waited, rifle ready to fire at the immediate command, and only at the order of Corbin.
Finally Corbin was pushed up from the shadows cast on the ground beneath the Ghoul's perch. Arms folded over his chest as he looked out in the direction the Ghoul did, Corbin spoke.
"Alright, any change since You called me?"
"The vessel has begun to unload more steel ferrys after loading them with military personel."
"Excellent. It appears our adversaries aren't as cunning as I thought possible. We'll wait until they all hit the beach, and then I'll order you and the rest of the Ghouls, which i'll summon then to strike the ferrys. Meanwhile i'll see what I can do about the main vessel."

It was nearly another 20 minutes or so, however the ferrys did finally begin to near the beach front. Finally as the steel slid across the sand and the waves crashed against the backs of them all the doors began to fall and hit the sand, and bodies began to unload.
With slightly less gear then the last load of immigrants the soldiers slowly marched out onto the sand, as the sound of truck engines could be heard coming towards the beach from Barton.

Smirking as the load of immigrants started to file onto the beach Corbin reached across and drew Longinus from its holster, pulling back the hammer with his thumb as he raised his left hand to before his eye.
"Alright kids. Lets have some sea side fun."
He then snapped his fingers and gun fire immediately errupted from the swamp lands. Automatic fire ripped vegetation to shreds as an army of Ghouls slowly marched forth from where they had been summoned. Automatic rifles wailed, cannons roared and grenades shook the sand as both sides began an out in the open frontal skirmish.
In the middle of all this Corbin walked through the ranks of his Ghouls without a hurry only pulling the trigger when a foe directly confronted him, or he could take down more then one soldier with a single shot.
It hadn't even been raging for a minute before Corbin lazily tossed a grenade stolen from one of his Ghouls into a ferry and jumped onto the roof as it went off. Arms, legs, heads, torsos, flames and smoke errupted from the opening of the ferry, though the steel structure wasn't breached as Corbin stood on the roof, looking out at the main vessle with a grin.
"How sad, I wonder if any on that ship have more fight in them, heh."
With a sharp ping Corbin's right shoulder flinched forward slightly, and he glanced back taking note of his torn shirt and his skin being cut by a bullet, however his the bone beneath was left un-marked.
Snarling, he turned half about to glare down at the soldier, missing his legs and hips, hand gun aimed at Corbin.
"Why you abhorent little shi-"
Turning quiet, Corbin then noticed something, and narrowed his eye. This soldier was a Ghoul. Ghouls didn't have red eyes, not luminecant blood red ones at least, like the ones the last fleet of soldiers had dug into their skulls. He then noticed that the Ghoul soldier, alike all the rest wasn't wearing a complete uniform, only parts, and his weapons weren't quite the same as the last fleets.
Baring his teeth with a growl, and widening his eye Corbin glanced up at his soldiers, stillengaging the enemy and swiped his right arm furiously out to the side, his roar booming as shadows began leaping for his body.
"RETREAT IMMEDIATELY!"

"Gute Nacht das süße Herz."
As the shadows frenzied to gather Corbin up there was a series of sharp clicks and suddenly the entire beach was engulfed in a dome of fire. Clouds were blown away, waves reversed to give the main ship off the coast a rocky ride.
An explosion so grand that debris actually flew towards the inner Barton districs like tiny meteors. Explosives of lord knows what description had been set in each of the ferrys, under the sand, in the water and in the swamp lands before Corbin had come the first time and had just now been triggered.
Like a miniture nuclear explosion the fiery dome began to tower up ward and spread out in a mushroom -esque formation, disturbed only slightly by the absolute unloading of ammunition from the ship still out at sea fighting the waves. Cannons of monstrous size and power, missles, torpedoes and rockets of all descriptions were fired round after round into the cloud.
As time passed, the fireing ceased and the explosion faded, the spit of land that was the beach had completely vanished. Nothing was sparred a turbulent fiery destruction.
There was something odd however. What was once ordinary land, with no out of the ordinary attributes, there was now the overwhelming sense of energies. As if it were magical, or spiritual attacks, not explosives that caused this, there was a reminants of mana.

Some time after the explosion, and the ship out at sea had vanished, Two shadowey figures appeared hovering over the water, right about where Corbin and his troops were not long ago on a now lost beach.
As one cackled madly, the other, Engel simply floated barely an inch from standing on the water with his arms folded, and a smirk on his features.
"I cant believe that Scheiße Kopf actually fell for it. vhat a fool und-und even tried to save 'is Ghul's from das trap. I dont see what they found so annoying about zem. If he was so simple to irradicate, the rest should be even easier."
"Narr. Zer ist still the Fräulein. Dont forget she trained him. Und he vas so simple only because of his rash attitude. The others may learn from zis und become more cautious."
"Your right, Kommandant. I apologize."
"No need. There ist some truth to vhat you say, after all. If zis one was so simpley disposed off, then the rest shouldn't be out of our class."
As Engel's company gave a manic fit of laughter, Engel himself turned his head inland, and narrowed his eyes before sighing and turning back with closed eyes.
"Ze media ist on its vay. vee should get going."
"Ja Herr Kommandant."
With that, the pair quickly faded into the air, leaving behind not a sign of their being there, aside from the monstrous crater in the sea bed, and the missing land mark as the news choppers and vans began to arrive.

All over Gaia the news spread quickly. Was it war? Was it terrorisim? No one seemed to know for certain, however each news station seemed to be making up its own stories, even the ones that managed to capture footage of the blatantly armed military war ship now in international waters baring German insignia.
Meanwhile however, scientists and officials were confused by the information they were gathering. Nuclear detection was reading off the charts, however on closer examination it wasn't actually nuclear energy.
At the very same time, Corbin's connection with his clan members and anyone he was thus connected with was weak, at best. His 'reading' or 'signal' was dropping in and out.

Caine damn him! And Me... acted too damn late...
*Vengeance, on her way back from a slight side trip to do with her new post, felt the sudden drop in her connection to the General, her mind flickering out of work mode and into personal concerns as she spun the wheel of her lotus, diverting from her route home where she HAD planned ot meet 99... and pre-empt some of what had been happening... and instead she headed for teh beach. On arriving, she calmly parked her car by teh news vans and trucks, then stalked towards the cordon of police and reporters.*
Excuse me miss but... Syn Vengeance. Stand aside. Im sorry miss, but no one is allowed throu... It's ok Sargent...
*She nodded curtly to the DI who came forward as she was stopped at the cordon. Cameras flashed behind her, the light outlining bits of her body that werent physically there... such as Take's wings. Thanks to this she could feel the interest in her arriving at this scene increasing, but only smirked, faint black lines extending out from her feet towards every camera and van. in seconds, there was a loud fizz as every single electric circuit overloaded and tapes were wiped clean by electromagnetic currents*
So your the new representative... heard of you before you made the grade... Im suprised to find out your one of ours Detective... last time I saw you, you were busy trying to book Stead for property damage. Direct orders from the Prince that time. Come on through.
*Ducking under the tape, Roan ifgnored the sounds of the media behind her as they desperately tried to get a hold of their respective bases for more equipment. Anything entering the area would short out... including car electrics. No one would be leaving before the Syn's extensive media control division... now her responsibility... could clear down those already gathered.*
What happened Detetctive? One of mine was down here... Bloody murder, Sir. I heard there was a team assigned to deal with the odd report we'd had of enemy ships in the area... and frankly when I got wind it was the DeSeer branch... I just filed the reports and didnt take much time over 'em. Ddnt even really register where the reports were coming in from. Cant say it much suprises me its all ended in brimstone. You never do things by half... I dont command anymore Detective. Right you are Sir - got promoted I hear. From what we can tell, there was a skirmish just off shore. Cant say for sure, but we have witnesses reporting gunfire and explosions in the area even before it went to hell. I can only assume the Clan branch engaged the enemy here, but something went wrong. On whose side, I dont know... Corbin wouldnt lose control of himself... asnd if he did, I'd sense it. Damn it.. that means all of this is their doing. What are they THINKING?! Surely they must know if they want to be this overt, we'll retaliate? They cant possibly think they're stronger than Syn... Dunno Sir. The mental workings of the enemy isnt my job. The local docks report seeing various vessels on their screens, but none after the big explosions took place. Can only assume the ships blew up... though what could have done so much damage to the beach is beyond me. Hmm. It's not conventional, I'll admit. I'll look into it... for now, I want the media rounded up and fed through my people. Tell them its standard debriefing. You know how to do this. ANYthing you find, bring it to me at once. And someone find my son!
*Striding down the beach and leaving the Detective behind to organise the mob howling for answers, she came to a halt at the waters edge*
Come on Corbin... where are you? A direct nuclear strike wouldnt stop you...
*She glanced about either side, then lifted her arm, the tattoo on her chets moving to form the physical phoenix, perched ready for flight*

Roan's query went unanswered, there was however, a slight glimpse of indigo luminacy out in the water some distance from the new bech limits. About where Corbin would have been during the explosion, the water seemed to glimmer a vague purple.

Go!
*Casting the phoenix from her arm, she stormed into the water, waves frothing and foaming about her as she searched for her son*
Should have realised... stupid, stupid, stupid! Corbin if you can hear me, lift ANY restriction you need to but get your butt over here. NOW! Thats an order!

As Roan appeared over the luminacy, and barking at the light the water began to bubble, as if something stirred on the sea bed. Moments later a steel pin, roughly the size of ones palm floated to the surface. It was a DeSeer shield of arms decoration, burnt, half melted and horribly tattered from the explosion.
As the shield of arms bopped gently at the surface the indigo began dulling, and then brightening, in a slow, hardly noticable rythem. It was as though it were a heart beat synced to Corbin. The general however was still only weakly sensable.
There was however a brief glimmer of change, in the connection. Something was certainly stirring.

Goddamnit Corbin! I didnt realise I'd closed teh restriction system off from you so tightly! Get your lily white undead arse up here NOW so I can fix before I start busting heads! Your my SON, not my puppy! GET UP!
*Angry usually worked. Definitely more so than worry. ANd angry... angry she could do. She even slashed at the water with her claws, eyes peeled for any movement she could latch onto and drag Corbin up by*

A snarl emmitted from the waters, however it was faint. Corbin seemed to have a challenge on his hands, as the indigo began to spread, bubbles turning to a froth of heat as they rose to the surface.
Whether Roan would notice it or not, there was a symbol starting to form in the light. An ancient symbol. A wheel that would gradually begin to take the shape of something familiar to the old cainite Syn. Something she had spent her life monitoring.

I wont go to defend it and our brethren until I know your alive. Now. Get. Up. This is the last time Im going to give you that order, General...
*Overhead, teh phoenix shreiked and wheeled, its eyes flickering red as it watched*

The news of an attack seemed to stir an anger from the lights that now mirrored the wheel as perfectly as lights gleeming in unsteady water could.
Finally, the wheel lights began to move across the waters surface, slowly, inch by inch moving in the direction of the shore, however, they before getting very far at all stopped, and grew slightly brighter as the DeSeer shield of arms started to sink again.
