trumpet (for about 3 weeks - I decided I wanted to learn a new instrument for concert band this year. Flute music was getting a little boring, and I already play horn in the top band)

3. What's your field show for the upcoming school year?
I don't know yet. I'll be at college, and I haven't heard what our show will be. My high school hasn't decided yet, either.

mellophone next year. I've been drum major the past two years, though. I'm really excited about playing mello again though.

right around 100 in my high school (I think there's more like 200-250 at the college I plan on attending, though)

7. How many music classes does your school have? (Orchestra, Choir, Concert Band, Marching Band, Woodwind Ensemble, etc.)
we have a lot of choirs (I'm not in them, I'm a band geek), we have marching band, concert band, and wind ensemble.

only six. Of course, four of those years, I've been in two band classes at a time, but still. Six sounds so...small.
