Lilian smirked evilly before using Dream Eater on them. They cried out in their sleep before Lilian stopped. She licked her lips before saying, "So I know what they mew know right now. And I can help us mew avoid Team Rocket now but these two can be mew dumped at the Police Station." She said to Cadaver. She then picked up her egg and cuddled it. She kissed her egg before looking to Koras. "Did you left our egg with mew the Pokemon? Those two grunts mew could have gotten to our egg." She said tears coming to her eyes.

Koras shook his head frantically, not wanting to face the wrath of a superpowered Lilian, before pointing at Cadaver, indicating that it was his idea... which it had been. Cadaver blinked and stared at the finger pointing at him, then at Lilian... and he couldn't honestly refute the claim since it really HAD been his idea, even if Koras had been the one to blow up the wall and run after Lilian in a panic... "Uh... I'll go drop these two off now!" he said quickly, grabbing the Rocket Grunts and vanishing before Lilian could unleash her wrath on him.

Lilian's gaze turned evil. "Psy." Psy snapped awake. "Get Cadaver back." She ordered. Psy nodded before teleporting away and reappearing with Cadaver. She glared at the two; Koras and Cadaver. She let her ears and tail appear before using her tail to hold her egg. "Do you ave any idea what pain does in to laying an egg? Any idea? None that comes to mind?" She asked trapping them in a bubble. "Now what should I do with you two?" Lilian asked mewing in between her lines. She glared harder. "And really Koras. This egg is our responsibility. I can only say it's a good thing you didn't take it with you to rescue me cause you two would be in deeper trouble."

Koras hung his head, obviously feeling guilty about that even though it was still mostly Cadaver's fault - the Ghost-type specialist could've easily stayed behind while the Meloetta hybrid left to rescue Lilian... then again, Koras could've tried harder to keep his cool and not rush off like that... suddenly the boy blinked before starting to cough uncontrollably into his arm, shifting slightly so that neither Lilian nor Cadaver could see just WHAT he was coughing up, a faint look of panic on his face as he did so. Cadaver blinked in puzzlement was he watched Koras keep coughing... and coughing... and coughing... eventually, when Koras's coughing streak hit the one-minute mark, Cadaver started looking a little concerned. "What's wrong, Koras? You sick or something?" Koras didn't answer, instead only coughing more still into his arm. Then Cadaver seemed to notice something, and his eyes narrowed, looking more concerned still. "Koras... how about you be a good boy and let us in on exactly why you're coughing so much?" Koras seemed to blanch slightly at that particular idea, only turning away further from Lilian and Cadaver and coughing and wheezing still more.

Lilian widened her eyes and darted in to the bubble easily. She gasped pulling his arm away. She saw red and Koras coughing up more. "K-Koras, what's wrong? What haven't you told us?" She asked forcing her way in to his mind to her what he had to say. She never heard his voice cause Team Rocket took it but she hoped he would take to her in his mind. She carefully pulled in him to her arms and asked again, "What's wrong with you?"

However, all she got was a flickering of mental images - a computer screen with a DNA sequence displayed on it, an electronic voice saying "WARNING: FUSION FAILED... DNA FUSION INCOMPLETE..." - before Koras managed to shove her out of his mind, obviously not wanting her to know what the problem was. Unfortunately for him, Cadaver had managed to figure out what was going on. "Lilian, I think he needs a Heal Pulse, pronto!" he told her sharply, watching his friend with concern.

Lilian cried out when Koras pushed her out. Crying, the mew girl was sad her mate didn't want be help. She heard from Cadaver about what she could do. SHe closed her eyes glowing letting the healing waves reach Koras. She thinks that she knows what's wrong with him. "Cadaver, from what I could get from his mind, Team Rocket failed to fuse him with something and now I think his body is failing." She said

Cadaver took a deep breath and sighed as Koras calmed down. "I see... my guess is that the fusion with the Meloetta DNA during his creation didn't completely take, probably because of his disrupting the process," he deduced, glancing over at the now-unconscious Koras. "In other words, he's been working with Legendary-level power in a human body... and that power's been killing him from the inside out. The more power he uses, the shorter his lifespan gets."

"There- There has to be away for him to survive this or to stop it from killing him." Lilian said placing her hand to Koras's cheek. Tears flowed her eyes again. "I-I can't lose him." She said crying holding Koras close. Lilian looked up to Cadaver, "What can we do for him, Cadaver?" She asked heartbreaking.

Cadaver sighed. "Other than Heal Pulses on a semi-regular basis, you mean?" He seemed to consider this a moment before he finally answered. "Well, in the long-term, there's a Pokemon that might be able to do the trick, but if I remember its last rumored location correctly, we're not even going to be allowed in its general vicinity until you and Koras have all 8 Gym Badges. In the short-term, the only thing I can think of is duct-taping his mouth shut, and yes, I'm serious; since all of Meloetta's powers are sound-based, that'd keep him from straining his body any more in the meantime."

Lilian looked down to her mate before going to her bag. She took out some tape and pulled a piece. She sadly placed it over his mouth. "I'm sorry mew, Koras but if this mew is the only way to keep you live mew and with me. I have to do this. mew." She said before using her powers to force the tape to be only able to be removed by her. She added a line so that he could eat but after it would close again. Lilian placed him on to a bed. She looked to their egg and placed it in to his arms. Lilian sighed before looking at Cadaver, "Cadaver, do you think mew Koras hates me? I know it's a stupid question mew but when I try to connect my mind with his, he pushes mew me out. I try to talk with him in his mind but mew he doesn't answer. I don't know if this is mew cause I'm part Mew now but I mean that mental mew connection with the one I love. It's probably why mew I lost my temper with you guys mew before and trapped you in bubbles. mew" Lilian confessed starting to cry harder. She walked to the ghost boy and put her face in his chest seeking comfort. he is a good friend and she needed reassure herself about her relationship with her beloved Koras. Her mew ears drooped with her mood. (yeah I know a little emotional right there but I feel that this would get to a emotional or playful kind of Pokemon like mew and Lilian is half.)

Cadaver considered the question seriously and carefully as he comforted the girl. "Calm down, I know for a fact that Koras loves you a lot," he assured her gently. "My guess is he doesn't realize he's doing it. You need to remember, Meloetta's part Psychic type, at least in its normal form. Add onto that that he's been literally running from Team Rocket for the entirety of his life and has had no training whatsoever in controlling the psychic side of his powers, and he's probably built up some fairly strong mental barriers without realizing it - in other words, he literally doesn't know how to let you into his mind, even though he probably wants to."

Lilian slowly nodded her head to what Cadaver said. She looked up to him before asking, "So how do I have such good control? I haven't had this power for long either." She looked down before she sighed, "Does this mean Koras can't connect with me unless he works on his barrier?"

"No idea; probably has something to do with how Pokemon instinctively learn moves with no outside indicator that they should know said moves," Cadaver freely admitted. "As for that second part, probably, but getting him fully relaxed - as in guard 100% down, not even slightly worried that Team Rocket is going to come by any second now and try to kidnap him, et cetera - might work too... but for that second option, we'd need to get completely rid of the Kanto sect. For that, we'd need to take out the leader here in Kanto, and I don't even know who the leader is, let alone where he is."

"Well then we really need to get through these gyms and towns. I'm thinking that the leader might be some where is a city or town that strong trainers go to for a badge. Maybe the sixth or seventh badge town?" Lilian said focusing to help Koras out. She really wanted to connect with him. Lilian looked to her boyfriend before walking to the bed and laying down next to him. She kissed his cheek before pulling up their blanket to sleep. Her bubble appeared around them.
