The comm went dead due to the negative energy in the storm brewing.

Oracle voice chirped from Red Cardinal's Titan comm, "Alright, we'll round up who we can here at Xavier's to deal with the mad man. Do you have anything that you can patch in to me about this assassin. I might be able to help."

"Oracle there isn't much to give, I know that their closest base to you is..."
Kai stopped as the line went to static at the same time Robin's communicator went down.
"Oracle, Oracle can you hear me?"
all she heard from her end was static.
"Kshhhhh..."
"Damn we lost communicator connections."
At the same moment the power went out causing the security systems to go offline and it to become pitch dark inside the Tower Bunker room.
"Robin can you show me your wound? Then I will see what I can do to help for right now."
Kai said as she pulled out a glow stick from her backpack to see her way as she walked over to Robin. She rolled up her sleeves, put her glowstick in her mouth to hold it while she dug through her bag for bandages.

As the power went out, Tim looked up and around the pitch black bunker.
"Great... we can probably assume this isn't just us."
He gave a muffle of affirmation to what Kai said as he took his hoody off and placed it on the table beside his communicator. He then pulled his shirt over his head and winced again at his stomach. It was clear even in the dimmer light of the glowsticks that Castel struck quite a few times in the general place where Tim had already been grazed by a seperate assassin's bullet. The wound had bled through his blue shirt, but the black jacket was covering it up until now.
(In other words... it's probably worse than Kai was expecting.)
Kon's eyes widened a little, his voice projecting his concern.
"Whoa, when did that happen? And it's barely treated!"
Tim shook his head, his gaze turning away from the others in the room.
"I picked it up in Gotham. There were... a lot of complications going on. An issue it looks like we'll have to keep wrestling with."
Easier said than done. Tim couldn't imagine more things going wrong, and yet every time he thought such a thing more problems piled themselves onto the situation.

Then sound of boom tube echoed through the island. Then a cackle so loud was heard that would make Joker's laugh sound like a puppy.
He was he here.
Dark Jetstream:
Cracking his neck , he loosen his body. Dark energy erupted from his hands as it shook all the underground facility.
Opening his red glowing eyes he said to words that echo somehow through everything making it known to everyone,"I'm Back!" as insane laughter followed.

Gar without hearing as good as Kon's began to hear the rumbling outside the tower and a voice stating "I'm back." He looked at Robin and the others.
"We are going to stay down here till we know that the threat is gone. It sounds too dangerous for even the Titans to be out there at this moment."
"Never planned on going up there..."
Kai muffled as she pulled the glow stick out of her mouth.
"Nightshade never treated you Robin?"
She asked. Kai walked over to Robin and placed her hand over the wound concentraiting her aura to that one spot. For the first few moments nothing happened, but then a small glimmer of light shown under her hand and his wound began to close.
"I'll try my best not to let it scar. I haven't healed anyone in awhile so I am out of practice and it takes a lot out of me."

Tim stared as his wound started closing up infront of him.
"Gar, it might not be enough to just sit this one out... I was told we should keep... 'emotion', on a down low too. I suggest we take some mild sedatives...we still have ritalin stored down here, right?"

"I'll go check Robin. You guys hold tight till I get back."
Gar reached into Kai's bag grabbing an extra Glow stick breaking it so that it would light. He walked out the door quickly leaving the room.
"I won't need it. After everything that happened earlier, after exhausting all my energy you know I won't need it."
Kai looked down as she finished healing Robin's bullet wounds. They were slightly scared but barely noticable in the dim lighting of the room. Kai put the bandages away in her bag and she sat down on the cold cement floor next to the wall. She yawned and leaned back against the wall.
Gar walked down the halls noticing the shaking from the storm above. He walked into a store room, right up to the medicine cabinet and opened it. He moved around the bottles shifting them around to read the labels when he came across Methylphenidate (Ritaline). He grabbed it carefully along with a few other supplies and some food sticking them into a bag. He walked back down the hall towards the Bunker room. When he entered he saw that Kai was fast asleep, the assassin still unconscious and the other two sitting down.

When Gar rejoined the group, Kon was already sitting on his 'bed' with a glow stick in his hand.
"How long will Castel be out?"
His eyes kept a steady gaze on the man against the wall. If there was even the slightest chance he was going to wake before they were ready...

"I'm sure he'll be out for several hours Conner."
He walked over to Robin with the supplies. He pulled out a few sterilized needles. He then pushed a needle through the top of the bottle pulling up on the handle filling the needle with a small dose of ritaline.
"Robin... how long has she been in this world without anyone knowing her? What happened to you guys in gotham that has you both looking so worn out?"

"I know your here, you can't hid forever. Your bottling you emotions." he said his voiced echo the same way as before. "One of you re going to burst and I'll find you. Then I'lll kill you if these guys don't find you first." he voiced echo as 5 demons were released. Two mole demons that travel the ground. Two that searched the sky. The other left through the void and went to another city.

Tim looked up to see Gar with the ritalin.
"Oh, she contacted me roughly around... six hours ago. We had a run in with a different assassin near Gotham General. Our group was disorganized so they joined us before we were ready, and there were some... consequences."
Robin was looking at Kai, who had been sleeping against the wall for that last few minutes.

"Bottleing... It's better than being caught."
Gar reached forward giving Tim the shot. He then quickly got ready another few shots giving it to Conner and then himself. He sat down next to Conner on the bed and looked at Robin. He felt like there was something he had to know if he was going to work with RC.
"Since the other Robin knows I think you should as well. When she gets hurt too badly... she can become uncontrollable, her powers, and she can really hurt her team mates although up to this point she has been able to resist it. She came to Batman for protection in Gotham at first, and because she idolized Batman and well you. She became the Red Cardinal. Within a short year she became part of the junior Titans and that's how I came to know her."

Searching his head for something he came up with an idea.
Entry gone in a fray. The void of no return. The cycle of life has seem to end. The beasts are of your least concern if they attack, you'll slowly turn. When all four Sons are gone you at last will have the freedom to roam. the voice echoed to everyone in the dome even through the ground. Then he left for another area.
{Exits Titans Tower maybe}
About to leave the dome, he created a small army of 25 darksides(these re from people around the city.They have excess to flight and Olympic strength. )

Tim nodded, appreciating the information he was given. As the ritalin started to take effect, he exchanged a look with Gar and Kon.
"You haven't... left San Fransisco, have you? Neither of you?"
Kon shook his head.
"Not since however many months ago, Tim."
