Zero quickly blocked the blow and ran back to make some space between the two. "Do you think you scare me?" Zero laughed as he stared at the boy. "Energy blast!" Ace said as a ball of energy shot out of his mouth, aiming for the boy. Seeing Zero run back, he followed after and stood behind his leg. "Listen lady, we don't steal for the heck of it. We steal because we have to. If we didn't we would be dead. It's a game of life, literally." Zero said as he tossed a throwing knife into the air, caught it, and continued the process.

The energy blast caught Kai as he was attempting to stand up. It ended up flipping him on his back, from stiking him in the back of his shoulder. The motion was simular to a wind mill. Except he didn't get back up after he slammed into the ground.
Tyo couldn't help but laugh at Kai's easy defeat. "Wow, Kai, that was kind of sad." He said in the middle of a snicker. He turned to face Zero, clapping his hands, wrapped in the old bandages. "Splended!" He said in amusement, forgetting which side he was on.

"What do you need?" Candy asked softly as she continued to approach Zero. "Food and material? I could prepare some for you, just please stop fighting!"
Being anxious about the two made her sick. Her face became paler than what it already was and sweat poured down her face. Weakly, she tried to reach for a Lady Slipper petal so she could calm herself. Her knees gave in and forced her to kneel. She noticed that Kai wasn't getting up from the blast, and began to tremble.
Dang it...

Kai began to mutter to himself, as his hand rose up, then slammed down on the earth. He began to pull himself up slowly. "I was not... Expecting that..." He muttered slowly, picking his sword back up.

Amitia had attended the battle and was ready to take part of it. She quickly came closer, standing right behind Kai now. The only reason why she didn't fight already was, that Tyo had stepped into the battle. She wasn't an honor stealer nor a show-offer, so she had to wait patiently, but watch carefully. Besides she wanted to see what Tyo could do. She knew he should have something else to throw in than his loud voice and stupid ideas.
Amitia stood there and watched, but already had her katanas on her hands.

Zero eyed the girl. He didn't trust her...He couldn't trust her. Zero had learned that there's only one person you can trust, yourself. "Hmmm...I prefer taking by force. Makes it taste better." he smiled. He turned his attention to the boy. "We work as a team...Alone you honestly stand no chance." he said bluntly. It was very true though, unless he was some super awesome strong magician/elementalist he wouldn't be able to kill both Ace and Zero. "That's right! We're two peas in a pod!" Ace exclaimed, a big grin forming across his face.

He takes things for granted...
Regaining some strength, Candy stood up and walked over to Kai. She took out a small bottle of venom and handed it to him.
"It may be useful..." she whispered softly. "If it gets into his skin... the poison will enter his blood system instantly. While he is ill, maybe you could get some information from him. If he does prove his innocence, I have the antidote..."
She didn't know if Kai would accept it or not. As she walked passed him, she spread a light from her fingers to his shoulder. It was another healing spell she knew that greatly improved strength.

Annoyed by the attitude of the boy, she frowned.
"You have forgotten..."
Amitia quickly attacked at the double - she just suddenly was in front of the boy with her katanas. She slashed him with both and then quickly jumped back a bit, to see boy's reaction and to be ready, if or when he would return the attack.
"...that there are six of us here", she finished the sentence she had started before the attack, while standing there ready to dodge, almost kneeling down.

Taerel's attention flickered from Kai to Amitia. "Mm!" She frowned slightly and nodded in agreement to her statement. Domeki took up a striking position, a ringlet of fire quickly surrounding him. The black fur on his back stood up straight. Taerel curled her fingers tightly into a fist.

Zero jumped back, but not quickly enough. The girls two katanas made a minor wound across his chest. "What can I say? I like it when the odds are against me." he grinned. "Zero, can we start now?" Ace moaned. He didn't really like sitting here talking, when he could be fighting. Zero nodded and charged at the girl with the katanas. He threw his throwing knife at her, than quickly did a back flip. Ace ran from underneath him during his flip and did an energy blast at the same girl. They again ran back, now ready to be on defense.

Amitia got a small scratch from the knife, but managed to completely dodge the blast by stepping to side. Seeing Kai in the same position had taught her. She picked up the knife, checking if there was poison on it. She didn't show her relief, when she noticed there wasn't any. She looked back at the boy.
"In your position, I wouldn't grin like that. You are slowly making me blood thirsty", she said dreadfully calmly, swinging the knife in her right hand. She attended the boy a while more, calculating his strength, possibilities of hidden weapons and spells. Finally she sneered. "The moves are clear", she mumbled to herself.
Then she suddenly threw the knife back at the boy, using the chance in spell casting.
"Amitiai mesenchytraeus technique spellus! Puma concolor couguari blinding cogita'tio!" (some mixed words I threw together from Lathin and English, ask if you want to know the exact meanings. Increases speed and brings icy power to weapons.)
Blue glaring light captured her, and she attacked with blinding speed, the animal as her target. While she lashed out at it, she shouted Taerel's name, face telling her to attack the boy now that there was a good chance.

Taerel frowned slightly, biting her lip in concentration. She turned to Domeki. He looked back at her and nodded.
Domeki took a moment to collect energy and shot out a fairly large fireball from his mouth. The fire evaporated moments before it reached the boy. Taerel revealed herself from behind the fire, running directly towards him. She jumped up and bent her knees, launching herself off of the boy's chest in attempt to send him to the ground. She flipped backwards and landed in a crouching position, her hands holding her weight from infront of her. She retreated a safe distance, Domeki standing on four legs next to her.

Skye grabbed some grazers. He pulled his hand out of the pockets. There was a grazer in between each finger. He threw them at the boy who had attacked first. After that he pulled out a card. He placed it on the ground and a familiar raven came out.

Ace dodged the attack fairly easily, simply by inflating his ears so that he began flying. Zero, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky. The girls kick had sent him flying into a tree, and he laid limp on the ground. The other boys attack had missed though. He weakly got up, supporting his weight with his sword. A stream of blood was running from his lip, but he still wouldn't give up. "Ace...I want you to run..As far away as you can." Zero said weakly. "But Ze-" Ace began, but was cut off by Zero. "Listen to what I say!" Zero said loudly, now becoming a bit irritated. Ace nodded and began flying off, Zero didn't know that Ace had only went up to a very high tree so he could still help. "Now...Let's really get this started." He said, no emotion escaping from his face. "Dragon Breath!" He yelled. A large flow or fire slowly streamed out of his mouth, aiming for all of the enemy. Afterwards he pulled some daggers from his belt and threw them blindly into the flames.

Amitia saw the action happening as it had been slowed down. She jumped, caught the nearest tree's branch and swinged herself up easily. Now that she was safe herself, she could take a look on the situation from the upper grounds.
The flames did loo bad. They would destroy environment easily, as well as it could harm her companions. She cursed the fact that she wasn't any kind of spell caster, and focused on a simple spell.
"Amitiai a'qua spellus! A'quai spe'ctrumi lumeni de'nsitasi energia!"
Bright light hit the flames, but killed barely half of them. But after all it did make things easier.
