Question; for the accessory shop in FoP HQ, do we trade stat points or game points?

Quote: Just as he began to open his door the car war riddled with bullets. Being in the back seat he was mostly showered with glass. "WHAT THE ********!" He screamed. Now he was pissed.Tokai took up his Taurus Raging Bull Model 500, .500 S&W Magnum Revolver with glee. Turning to the appropriate window he took aim at their windshield. The old one could go through an elephant from nose to tail, and this new one was supposed to be three times as powerful, now seemed as good a time as any to see if they weren't bullshiting him when his "brothers" bought him the gun. Even if he didn't hit a person it would probably blow out all their windows and rock their car just by the force of the shot alone...of course it would do the same thing to his car, but they only had two door windows left anyways and his car was made of actual metal. The shot rang out over the sound of their car's engine. He was pushed back into his seat as the muzzle flare of the pistol scorched the passenger side window before the bullet all but disintegrated it. The car even buckled a little as he stared towards the other car. Hopefully Tien and Legart could compensate...what was he think of course the could, Tien was just as experienced as him, Legart even more so. His aim had been a little off since he wasn't used to the kick back quite yet, but even a near miss with a gun like this could be deadly. Tokai smile despite the multipul glass cuts on his body as the shot raced on home. One shot down, four more to go. Moo-Is this the post? It didn't look like one to me. I don't believe normal Critical Rolls should be achieved simply by having a powerful gun, even if it's logical. Either one side has to earn it, or the other side has to be incredibly foolish. (Notes to include that in the rules if he ever uses this system again.) Trei: Game points. Just record that it happened, and we'll subtract it from your score in the final tabulations.

Quick question regarding the disappearance of the marbles.
My character, Gareth, hasn't even received his Triad tattoo yet, as he hasn't even met his team. How would the marbles disappearing affect him?

It's assumed that you have the tattoo, and your starter marble at this point.
Now you have your tattoo, but no marble.
Go get one? confused

This is an Opaj-only Judge Request, since Jello/Owle basically said only Opaj can decide. Here's the details: ssjbryces Our team still has possession of a marble that was reported to be destroyed. http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=2&t=7682339#98743307In that post, Zen created a marble out of his own blood and traded it to skyth, though the records show that an attacker marble was traded. The clues for this action lay in the fact that he made a showy act of accidentally dropping the marble, and his hand was bleeding even though he never received a wound. Furthermore, Oliveman (who was one of the people we tricked) was completely aware that Zen had those abilities since he has worked with Zen in the past. I spoke with two GM's to make sure this action was allowed, and both Arc and Jello approved. I think Opaj said we can reveal this whenever we like, so since Skyth supposedly lost the marble anyway, we'd like to reveal that now. So we should have an attacker marble that was secretly in our inventory until now. Furthermore, though points aren't visible, I believe this means we get points for taking a marble with a trick. Is this acceptable? themightyjello Well, considering people without marbles are supposed to be very sickly and more or less unable to move... I'm surprised Olive survived the first day, considering you traded it to him last night. You really should have informed HIM of this by this morning at the very least. Owle Isohos A fake marble wouldn't have gone into the mark like the real marbles do. He would have known the moment he tried to equip it. So, no dice, unless opaj, Arc, and Jello told you that you could duplicate the effects of a real one. themightyjello I can attest that I did NOT. SSJ Bryce S (9:55:13 PM): We gave them a fake marble that Zen created with his blood. SSJ Bryce S (9:55:30 PM): Oliveman's character also knows that Zen has that ability, since they've fought together in the past. SSJ Bryce S (9:55:48 PM): So we want to make sure that we gave them enough hints that it's fair. Opaj said to ask another judge, so here I am. TheMightyJello (9:58:00 PM): I'd say 'sure, fine by me', but I dunno if opaj has a rule about people being marble-less. TheMightyJello (9:58:10 PM): I know there WAS one back in the planning stages, don't know if it survived. SSJ Bryce S (9:58:36 PM): Well, I already talked to him and he said that if we gave them a fair chance to figure out the trick, it's fair. TheMightyJello (9:58:49 PM): Then I approve. ssjbryces Opaj said this to me: opaj How about if you make a record of it, and report it after the event is over? So I took that statement to mean that we were not required to inform him until after the event ended. Three judges knew, so I figured they would handle those sorts of details, when they were suddenly given the mark. If I was wrong, then I guess we lose the marble. Oh well. But Opaj only told me to ask other judges if we gave enough hints IC, which is what I talked to Jello about. I assumed Opaj's word was final on the other details. I await your judgment Opaj. Thanks.

Okay, here's what I say.
That was a bullshit call, and I'm the one who made it. What should have happened is that Oliveman should have been told immediately, or immediately after the marble was given, and trust that he wouldn't Cleo. Because now what we have is a guy who's been using a fake marble without any problems.
My call: insane retcon. Oliveman somehow gained possession of a real Attacker marble or whatever it was.
I normally would not do this, but this was mistake was my doing, so here's my way to undo it without shafting the two parties involved.

Just as a side-note, skythIII was actually the one who used that attacker marble. But yeah Opaj, sorry about the confusion. We thought about telling them OOC, but thought it was okay if we didn't. It won't happen again.

Big situation I'd like Opaj to resolved here. Certain events were resolved after I left and I feel I didn't give my say. I've described my complaints in full within the thread. I request Opaj since he was heavily involved in the rule bending to fit the situation earlier on.
