_The year is 2108, or 29 After Cyberization [AC]. The place is Daitokai #3, A Sprawl consisting of a good portion of what used to be north-eastern United States. The Daitokai 3 Sprawl houses 2 billion people from all walks of life, creating the most complex experiment in social science. Including the surrounding areas that are farmed and regulated with consumables used by the sprawl, the Daitokai #3 can become completely self reliant for up to 7 years before running out of resourses. A highly cyberized populus regulates and maintains every aspect of life in this city, from bio-engineered crops to provide food to bio-engineered pets to keep children and the elderly company.

_The city runs off a central government which reaches all decisions based on the 'Majority of Five' rule using 2 AIs and 3 elected officials. The unit is always connected to each other and are often referred to as 'Governor' as a whole.

_The general feel of the city is of a mechanical nature. Everything, people, buildings, machines, the predictable, the unprodicted; they all work in unison. Somehow making the city bulge with life, both natural and artifical. Even great crimes and catastrophies are worked through and assimulated into the 'life' of the city.
